I could not be more pleasantly surprised with the friendliness, honestly, and complete customer service.I was in the market for a diesel pickup truck and drove 90 minutes to visit IVAG. I had the pleasure of dealing with Rose Kerlin who is fantastic. Her no pressure approach is perfect. She did not make me feel like I was dealing with a sales person.The truck I purchased had a part on back order and their service department was excellent at getting it installed and everything working like new.The value of the cars they have in stock is definitely worth seeing. The only place I will ever buy a used truck from ever again. The team at Illinois Valley Auto Group is the best! I live in the south burbs of Chicago and have been looking for a dependable used truck for weeks with no luck. Spoke to Matt Kristenson on Christmas Eve and explained to him about my terrible credit and told him what I was in the market for.. I called there inquiring about a 06 f250 with really crazy low millage. Was told about another truck they had just got in as well.. By Saturday Matt had me approved for not only the f250 I called about but also for what I can only describe as my dream truck. A black on black, lifted ,4 door f-350.. After selling my soul for an hour and a half ride to Peru on Monday.. Lol.. I met Matt and took both trucks for a ride.. They were both great.. And after a few hours of paper work I was in my way home with the f350.. Couldn't be any happier with my purchase it looks new and most importantly it runs like its new. Thanks Matt I look forward to doing business with you again one day in the near future..

My husband, and I plus our 3 small children drove to Illinois valley auto group from about 3 hours away. We came from wisconsin. We tried and tried with no luck from other dealers and ended up being beyond blessed by the kindess and hardworking people here! My husbands father passed away and we needed something to help us on the farm, to help his mother keep going strong. Without Todd Spayer and everyone from Illinois valley auto group we could not have made this happen! If you are looking for a place to not only get a new vehicle but to have great customer service and people who truly care then you need to stop here. If i could give more stars i definitely would! This is a great dealership to buy from! I highly recommend!Matt is very fun to talk to, laid back, knowledgeable, he doesnt beat around the bush, which makes it a pleasant experience. Buying a car isn't always a good experience, so the fact that we found this dealership, and Matt made the whole process great. He went above and beyond for us, to make sure our dog (we had to bring her) and us were taken care of. He ordered pizza since we hadn't eaten all day, due to going from dealership to dealership, and long drives. We came to this dealership from South Bend Indiana (3 hour drive), and we were very glad that we did. They had the exact vehicle we were looking for, and amazing staff. Highly recommend!! We would definitely do business with them again.

They do everything they can do to help you find what you looking for they also do everything they can to make sure it’s the right vehicle for you and your family.I bought my first truck almost 2 years ago. The shop has helped me so much with making sure I have a safe reliable truck for myself, my animals and my family. Bought a 2017 F150 King Ranch… had issues with it since I bought it from them. Alternator went out within the first 2 months due to an oil leak. Turns out the timing belt cover has a major oil leak that was covered up by them (auto Body Shop mentioned it was recently replaced). They definitely pushed me to get the warranty with the truck which is why I assume they were well aware with the issues it had.I am now told the motor will need to be replaced.Thank you for selling me a ticking time bomb 👍🏻.
