First time buying something that was on special and had a bad experience. The sour cream had mold! no wonder why it was only .99c . Thankfully management was very considered and replaced my sour cream. They take care of their customers 😊

Produce is always great. Staff is friendly and helpful. Store is clean, stocked and laid out nicely. They have a great meat and deli area. The bakery is great, as well! They have a huge liquor selection, as well. I truly have nothing bad to say about Hy-Vee in Peru!

This place is bonkers great. Food as far as the eye can see. And deals, too! Built in coffee shop and restrooms if you are tired, state-of-the-art self-checkouts if you are in a hurry, a pharmacy if you are sick, flowers if you are sad, and sushi if you are starving. And chopsticks, too! Just passed by on a long drive and decided to stop on a whim. What a big country I live in! Not quite small town America, but nice, really, to stumble upon.

Tesla chargers are all 150 kW (down from 250 before) now that they added additional charging stations. The store needs hooks in the restrooms, and it would also be nice if there were more than 2 bathrooms for the whole store. Otherwise, a great experience

Lay out of the store doesn't flow very well and didn't think that the aisle signs were very accurate. Still, I love the selection that Hy-Vee offers, specifically in the health market.

Better quality better service then others and having their perks card which cost you nothing but you can save lots of money on fuel at their gas station I have saved over $2 a gallon it adds up especially with the price of fuel today

I purchased some sushi rolls against my better judgement but having no issues on a recent purchase , I went for it . I bought the crunchy shrimp ( it being "deep fried " felt ..safer ) . I came down with the worst case of food poisoning I had ever experienced. Being it was the only different thing eaten by Me and no one else , there was no doubts it was sadly the deep fried bad shrimp . I've never prayed more harder to the porcelain gods and it showed as my stomach tried to follow suite . I love Hy-vee even though, it tried to take my innards.

Steak meals were FABULOUS tonight. Hats off to the HyVee staff for grilling outside and keeping the line moving!! By the time I paid it was close to 530 and they had surpassed 300 meals!!!

Wonderful store, when needing to order food for any occasion even if you're out of town they work with family to arrange to receive the order, that's great customer care they go above customer service!

I am so thankful for Hy-Vee because when my service dog alerted me when I had low blood sugar and Hy-Vee helped me out by giving me orange juice and also made sure that I was feeling better and also the nurse that was there and guided me back to my uncle's car and made sure that my uncle was aware of the situation and the nurse said to him to make sure I eat something that has protein like peanut butter so once again thank you very much I am so thankful that all of them helped me out.

Store is clean quality of food is absolutely wonderful cold food just taste better than Walmart. Meat is higher quality then Walmart or Jewel yes sometimes their prices are high, but keep an eye on their sales that’s what is keeping food in the kitchen right now for everyone basically and yes, they have a couple very good sales all the time

Had a Whalburgers "Our Burger" and added bacon with Tots on the side. Delicious. Better than fast food and not bad on pricing. Will be back for sure!

They have a deli and bakery, as well as a Starbucks and a hot bar and prepped sushi. A walburgers restaurant is adjacent to the store but their flowers are terrible, stay away. Their prices are insane and the bathrooms are just gross. And the makeup is all used and tested.

Just wow! I didn't expect this in the middle of Illinois corn country! This place is so amazing, with such a huge variety! Just wow! I would expect this to be a draw even in downtown Chicago. Worth your time to stop, and really appreciated the Tesla charger!

I went in as a Door Dasher, Hy-Vee messed up the order and I was forced to unassign, which hurts me.I guess I don't like them as much. This community really is very rude.

The place smells horrible when you walk in the front door not only does it smell but it’s hazy from cooked onions and burgers. It’s awful. Who the heck wants to hangout in the produce section selecting fruits and vegetables with all that going on…..Do something with your exhaust system, change the grease on your Fryers…. YUCK! This used to be a clean store….

I love the Peru HyVee. I think they have great produce. I love the food bar for picking up hot food that is ready to eat. Their green onion brats are amazing! Staff is always kind, professional, helpful and working hard. I also love their mini gourmet cupcakes in the bakery! They also have a large liquor department with a huge selection of products at good prices. Bathrooms have always been clean, too.

Always a great shopping experience!!! And the Fuel Perks are a great additional benefit...they really REALLY add up if you use them! We saved up 3.03 in fuel discounts and got 20 gallons of gas at 56 CENTS PER GALLON today! And the shopping experience is fantastic, the prices are great (2.78 for a gallon of milk, two jars of salsa for three bucks, red bell peppers 98 cents each, etc). And the friendliest staff around is here too. SHOP HERE!

We went inside to use the restroom while waiting for our supercharger. What a surprise inside, this is an impressive grocery store. There was so much to look at and that we wanted to buy. But, being on the road and in a time crunch, we didn't get much. We just bought a small container of chicken bites from the hot deli counter. We munched on them after we hit the road, and they were delicious. It was a very pleasant surprise on our trip. Thank you!

Man this place is awesome! Whatever you may be looking for they have such a variety it meal planning fun again. The workers are incredibly polite, and helpful not to mention she were in no short supply. If you've never been there you are missing out on a secret club. Go check it out!

I’m getting so disgusted in HyVee lately. First, if you are using a HyVee Saver Card make sure you check that they are giving you your points for gas discount. I have been there every Wednesday to get certain things in the Health Department and every time I had to go to the service desk to get my point’s…. Shouldn’t have to do that. Second make sure you look at the expiration date on the things you buy. Just bought something Wednesday and the 3 drinks were expired last month. Ridiculous that they do this. Please be alert next time you go there. This is one of the many things I have bought that was expired.

The best bakery around! The absolute best sourdough bread I have ever had. I am a huge fan of the cranberry-walnut bread as well. The baked goods are made fresh daily.
