They didn’t have what we were looking for but they still had a great selection of everything else. The staff was friendly and the store was clean and organized. Always have a nice experience at any of the harbor freight locations.

The staff was very helpful! I was going to buy a shop stool for $115, but the cashier let me know that the stool I was going to buy breaks often and that I better buy an extended warranty with it for another $30. Based on his recommendation I decided not to buy it and instead I found an almost identical stool on Amazon for $39. Thank you for saving me over a hundred bucks and saving me from the potential hassle of having to constantly take a broken stool back to the store every few months when it breaks!!! 👍

I only visited the parking lot. It was tight, and difficult to access due to being on the end of the building and behind an auto parts store. Lots of stalls, though. Below average but functional.

Place has plenty of parking with multiple handicap parking. Store is clean and nicely laid out. Personal there is polite and helpful. Store has lots to choose from.

The store is in a great location and well stocked. Lots of parking. The above 50 year old female clerk wasn't helpful or friendly, until checking out when she started calling me "hon" which I found very offensive. I am older than her and she barely saw me, let alone know me well enough to call me by a term of endearment. Sir, ma'am, still sounds way more respectful!

Typical Harbor Freight. My only complaint so far is that I had a coupon for a discount on a tool cabinet. When I tried to use it, the cabinet was discontinued and they wouldn't let me use the coupon on the replacement version.Other than that, service is good . They don't have as much inventory as some of the larger stores, but it's not bad. I'm happy to have one close to home. If you understand what you are buying, most items are a good value. Mostly not great quality but a few items are excellent. I have the opportunity to own tools that I could otherwise never afford. Many of them can be beefed up to become very serviceable if you are handy.

I searched everywhere for a discontinued item I needed. They still had 2 in stock. I drove 5 1/2 hours each way to purchase them. They were very helpful on the phone and made certain they had the items is stock and they had them ready to go when I got there the next day. The store was very clean and organized and the employees were great.

I tend to come here for specific things, usually consumable items like tape where I can get it in bulk. There are some good deals here if you do your homework but overall the prices are usually close to others in the market.In the end it is nice to have a simple place to get the tools u need without having to battle your way through a big box store

Harbor freight is a great place for inexpensive tools. Many times, you get what you pay for, but many of their items are actually very well made and durable for the price- particularly wrenches and sockets. This store is clean, well stocked, and the staff is pleasant and helpful.

Have to know what you're looking for or ask for help, but the parts quality is pretty good. Bought a C clamp from Menard's and one from here and the one from Menard's broke within the 1st use. Didn't have any issues with the Harbor Freight brand. You could tell just looking at it and holding it it was better quality. Pricing is competitive and I love the 20% off 1 item coupon they always have in the paper and on the web. Makes it my first choice.

Drove 45 minutes to visit the store, and made a purchase. Was advised to pull up out front and they would bring the item out to my vehicle. After 20 minutes the clerk advised me that they could not locate my purchased item. After an additional 10 minutes I requested to have the item shipped to my house or to allow me to take the floor sample. Both offers were refused and staff made no attempt to rectify the problem other than to refund my money. So, as to the other lady's review, the store is very disorganized and not likely to succeed if customers continue to have these type of shopping experiences.

They refused to sell me a discontinued product simply because they didn't want their shelf to look empty or have hole in it. There was only the open box display model left and they refused to sell it. Poor business practices.

Be careful when buying power tool I bought a half inch impact when I got home and opened the box the next day I discovered the tool had been used and apparently returned to the store and they just put it back on the shelf it was greasy and dirty make sure you open the box and look the tool over before buying I had to drive 40 miles back to the store to return never again will I go there to buy tools

Called about a tool box, they had it on a forklift waiting for me when I arrived. Awesome service, everything was easy to find, and the people were VERY VERY HELPFUL!!! Sandy must be one of those people that's never satisfied because her review couldn't be further from the truth. Probably a Hillary voter.

Always enjoy harbor freight. Went in to buy box latex gloves. Shock at the price, they had sign up shortage of gloves cost went up almost double. Sign says margins stayed the same.

Store is entirely disorganized and employees have this oh well attitude. Made 2 purchases from there and both were mismarked and placed in the wrong area brought it to two people's attention 1 being the store manager and they really could have cared less... The Harbor Freight in Peoria,IL or Davenport, IA have much better service and concern.

i’m having problems getting a rebuild kit for my 1000 lb pittsburg motorcycle lift i can’t afford a new hydraulic pump anybody have any luck getting a complete rebuild kit for the pump customer support says there are 2 o rings they can’t get very frustrating
