There are two people at this pharmacy that go above and beyond and are actually pleasant to work with, and I wish I could remember their names. Otherwise, you have to deal with some very unpleasant people; they will treat you like you aren't a human trying to get your medications/medicines that you need to get better or literally survive, and they also like you're inconveniencing them as if this isn't their job. They're definitely understaffed sometimes, so I understand the exhaustion and frustration as a customer service worker myself, but this is on another level when you're working in a pharmacy dealing with people who need literal medications and not something like groceries. While I did like the convenience of this pharmacy and how nicely the app is, I've had too many issues with getting my meds refilled or canceled or put on hold for absolutely no reason. I have run out of my medications multiple times cold turkey because they didn't refill it as requested or because they put it on hold even though it was ready, and I didn't have access to them at any other pharmacy near me either. This pharmacy was pretty good for me while it lasted, but overall it definitely has its flaws. Not as bad as Walgreens at least.

I tried to enter my cvs card # my phone number at a check out it wouldn't take it and I DO know my phone number. I didn't have time to track down a cashier because i was in a hurry and there was not one in the store in the front. So i couldnt use my extra buck on my card and didn't get a sale on one of my items!!!! Not happy customer at all

Easy place to receive vaccinations. Store is always clean, organized, and staff members are knowledgeable and helpful.

Went in for a 10 AM appointment for a COVID booster and flu shot, checked in when I got there at 9:45, and didn't get pulled back for the shots until after 10:15. I understand they're busy, but when people have appointments they should be put first. You're also massively understaffed....2 people working the pharmacy on a busy Saturday just isn't OK.

Went to pick up my insulin a few days ago and the pharmacist (I dont remeber her name 😓, but she was wearing a blue flannel) went above and beyond to help me with my savings card since it was being declined. She had to call the company on my behalf in her spare time, and I really appreciate it. (Have you ever tried calling medical companies to advocate for yourself? Because the experience is rarely good.) Saved me over $300 for the month's supply. I've been picking up my medications from here for years, but this really stood out to me. The pharmacists here care about their patients.

Had a great experience in the pharmacy for my toddler’s flu shot. The pharmacist, Tim, was so helpful and great with a 3 year old. The pharmacy was busy, but no one working acted like they were flustered or too busy to acknowledge us as customers. I got my flu shot a few days ago at another major pharmacy and won’t be going there anymore. My experience at CVS restored my confidence in major chain pharmacies.

There is a tech named Kat who is amazing! She saved me over $200 because she took the time to ask me a few questions, call my doctor and spend some time on the computer to figuring out the best way to save me money. This is not the first time I have been fortunate enough to have her help me. And she did it with understanding and a smile. I hope this review reaches her and her manager. She deserves recognition for her work ethic and empathy.

Pretty clean inside and generally fast. Sometimes it's a little difficult to find things in the store but asking someone for hello is pretty easy.
