a little crowded with workers standing around everywhere and only one reguster open inside, I've only got my order messed up once or twice it out of the 2 years of regularly going there. they're most of the time unaware they're out of something until you already payed. i don't understand why they charge you 40 cents to take toppings of of your burger? when you go through the drive thru the parking to wait is a bit awkward, especially if you get your food beforr the person infront of you. :)

We had to travel from Ohio to Illinois, and needed to stop somewhere for lunch. We've never heard of this place before so we decided to try it out.Parking lot was big enough that we could park our camper and truck. Our service was great inside at the register when ordering. We found a seat and someone brought us our order. The food was pretty good. Overall good experience and would go backParking: Large parking lot. Culver's is a hit every time! There isn't much on their menu that doesn't make me salivate in anticipation. The only reason I docked a star is because of the drive thru speed. It was very slow that day, but they may have been extra busy, too. Still, there is normally a decent wait on your food, but that because they make it fresh when you order it. Consider it 4.75 stars. As far as atmosphere, it's a fast food restaurant. Nothing special. They've always been clean and nicely.Wheelchair accessibility: Standard ADA accessibility.

Just like everyone else... Skimp on portions to save the company money. I ordered a fried chicken sandwich. It was smaller than the bun. More like a chicken nugget sandwich. It was super dry so I asked for mayo, I hate package mayonnaise.... The pot roast sandwich my wife ordered, once had meat spilling out of the bun, now it barley covered the bun. Food tasted good and it was hot but very skimpy portions.

This is one of the best Culver's around, the one closest to me is not very good, so I go out of my way to come to this one, that's how good it is. Whenever I am in Peru I come here. I love the butterburgers and the customization on them. The cheese curds are amazing.Dietary restrictions: They have gluten free buns and a lot of dairy free options.

I went inside and ordered an 8- piece chicken tenders and 1 medium fries. The price was insanely high- almost $20! When the server brought the food out I asked if he had made sure everything was in there, and he said yes. It wasn’t. He could not have checked because the fries were missing. I called and the woman I spoke with said she’d mail out free food vouchers, but I never got them. I had to call again. I spoke with Courtney, who said that she couldn’t locate my info and that the other woman must have forgot. She got a little snippy but said she’d mail them out. If I don’t get them next week I’m filing a complaint with the Better Business Bureau. This is unacceptable.

So I actually love Culver's but they have this little red head girl with more attitude than my 1 year old. She can't even read back an order or give change without making you think you hurt her feelings somehow. Not the service I would expect from Culver's. Food is always good but you had better ask for ice in your drink because she might call you a breeder for asking why there isn't any ice.

My coworker and I stopped for lunch after our drive to Paxton ill. AND BA K . He ordered from a young lady and I ordered from a young man named Brad. I ordered a regular double burger,no fries and a senior. Drink. Paid 8 dollars and change and sat down. The food arrived quick, but when I picked it up the burger fell apart into the servingTray. Well that was strange. Next bite the bun totally fell Part.I could not believe it. We eat at Culver's i.n illinois,indiana,Michigan, Iowa, and Wisconsin. WE are on the road daily.This was a bad experience....

Great place,,of course it's not a 5 star restaurant but it has a 5 star atmosphere! GREAT food no matter what you order, good service and friendly staff always asking what they can get you. We like sitting at the Bar where everybody knows each other or you soon will. Want a place to take the wife for a few beers and lots of laughs,,,here is the place,,,you won't regret going.

Overall not bad but i feel little overrated food is good not great. Butter coat dried meat as they smash out the natural juice of meat. I should mention not a fan of restaurants smashing burgers as it dries them out of thier natural flavor but here they atleast replace with heavy dose of butter which i do like. Outside of that rest of the burger is samething you get everywhere. Fries are ok. I dont like cheese curds way to salty flavor in general of any cheese curd. Sorry folks just not a cheese curd fan. Highlight is the frozen custard is great very creamy and worth it. Pricey side of fastfood places.

My sister and I stopped in today for lunch and couldn’t have asked for a more helpful, respectful, and cheerful staff. From the man who took our order, the girl who brought us our food, the young lady who was cleaning tables to the girl who so graciously took our tray and asked how our meal was.
