After receiving three quotes from window companies, I chose Window World in Peoria which I thought was the best decision. I ordered 10 replacement windows in April 2021. I was told it would take 8-12 weeks and it took well over 23 weeks to get them installed. The installers told me I had several screens that would not fit and they struggled to get some of the others in. Mind you, I had two different WW employees who measured my windows on different days just to make sure their measurements were correct. They also pointed out my biggest picture window was not made correctly in the manufacturer because one of the windows would barely open.In June 2022, I got a second replacement of the big picture window installed and the installers did some damage to put it in. Since this, I contacted HR in St. Louis, then I was referred to my local office where I spoke to a manager around June 15, 2022. I was told she would get my entire front window replaced but it would take 10-12 weeks. Today marks 21 weeks since I last spoke to them. Not a single phone call, letter, email or any other kind of written communication since then. Also, I cleaned my windows on the outside about a month ago and I had to get help to take my screens off because they were on so tight.So now, most of them will need to be replaced because I couldn't get them put back on - one of the frames broke because they're the wrong size. I'm livid and I will not recommend Window World to anyone. I don't know why my story is different than others but this has been a nightmare.Service: Vinyl window installation & replacement

Great job on our installation! Crew kept a tidy jobsite as much as possible during installation and dealt with obstacles such as not-so-square existing window openings in a competent, professional manner. Highly recommend Window World for replacing your old, drafty windows with new, efficient ones. We've already noticed a significant difference in maintaining a comfortable temperature in the rooms we replaced recently. We plan to replace additional windows in the future and we'll definitely go with Window World!

Just had job done in Green Valley. Crew was nice but no one could speak English. Had to use phone to communicate. They would work a day and be gone a couple days. Very poor job. No supervision. Things that had to come off house to do job never got replaced those that did were improperly done or just not fastened. Very poor cleanup. Job itself was poorly done. Jill in Peoria will just tell you what you want to hear and never follow up. Would not recommend to anyone.

The windows fit perfectly and arrived in excellent condition. The installation crew were highly professional, courteous, and fully proficient in their tasks. The property was cleaned up extremely well and no damage was done to the property or any belongings.The person sent to provide me with an estimate did a very thorough job and measured each and every window. His estimate was spot on. I opted to finance the windows and found the process extremely easy to obtain the needed credit to complete my large project. The zero percent plan offered was suitable and allowed me adequate time to repay the loan to take advantage of the program. This ultimately allowed me to budget successfully to take advantage of the offer.This was the second time I used Window World for my window replacement needs. I found the product, service, and financing options to be excellent in both instances and highly recommend Window World.

This is our second time using Window World. The first time we were lucky to get the $189 windows. Both times the Sales Team and Installers have been both professional and helpful. The installers do an excellent job .... on time as scheduled, courteous, fast with the installation, and can’t tell they were here as they don’t leave any mess. The windows are great, look and fit great and come with lifetime warranty which we have not had to use yet. Highly recommend. If we ever need windows again it would be Window World

Very professional from the estimate to the installation. Ed, who did our estimate, has over 20 years of experience and answered all of our technical questions. The guys who installed all our windows and sliding glass door taped plastic on the inside to keep dust down to a minimum. They did a great job cleaning up inside and outside, as well as caulking and sealing the windows. The lifetime warranty on the windows was a huge selling point as well. I highly recommend this company.

The windows are great and the men that installed were super nice and helpful with all questions! They got 17 windows in and finished in a total of 13 hours in 2 day period! A few screens broke and they fixed them on the spot!! Will have them finish our windows as we have 63 windows in total!! Thank you so much for the quick and painless experience!!

I love my new siding!! The guys arrived mid morning and I thought there was no way they could get as much done in one day as what they ultimately accomplished. They worked right through until it was almost dark without taking any breaks. There work was flawless! They were very professional, courteous, and advised me as to what they would be doing. The next morning they returned and finished the job promptly. Before leaving they cleaned up the surroundings making sure there were no nails or scraps left behind for my dog to find. It looks fabulous—I even get compliments from my neighbors!!

I used this company back in 2021 and was it ever-still is-an experience I'll never forget!! First off-I had to call continually after my waiting time of 12-16 weeks had expired. Instead of keeping me updated they simply played the I'll just play it off until were ready to begin game. They finally were ready and were able to be installed before the X-mas holiday! In fact they had the best weather-60's, and seemed to come prepared-so I thought-but the shocker came when this trio came to my home and refused to follow instructions/ or simple business protocol.I asked the office to inform the crew to wear shoe guards to protect my 10 day old new carpet-they didn't. In fact, made stains on the carpet and refused to comply with instructions from anyone-even there no longer employed by the company supervisor. I went with the flow because i wanted those windows in before the cold days were became a reality!! During the 2 days the crew worked in concert but seemingly by their own set ways rather than company training, the leader was snide, rude, and often acted like a 12 year old bratty kid. The real treat came when they were finished and this man child actually had the audacity to pre fill out the comments/ work review section, tried to avoid me and get the wife to sign off, and simply refused to be mature in any way shape or form!!I then instructed him to give me the paperwork, and proceed with our inspection of the completed project! He began throwing a tantrum, and started acting like once again-12 year old brat!! I then was compelled to throw him out of the house and property!! He then started throwing another tantrum in my yard-I hope he smiled for the cameras-and finally took it to the curb! Of course I called for his immediate supervisor who came out to the scene later in the day to finish the final inspection.He was not surprised to discover that he failed to follow direct instructions, informed me this happens often with this nut job, and ultimately agreed with me that "somewhere in this world, some day there will be a strait jacket and padded room waiting for him." He agreed, comped my bill a bit for the damage, but ultimately laughed it off.Not long later a window needed servicing-request in January-and there still not here to complete the task or follow instructions. Soooo, the verdict is in that this company does have a decent product but the service/support teams are lousy!! In fact, if I do get at least 15-20 years out of these windows then hey, my contingency plan is to replace them with another plan of action. Like I said-decent/good product backed by a bunch of over indulged, over payed, and pampered employees who have no ethical or consistent moral compass!! To make matters worse all i heard about during initial conversation was great and giving the listed company is towards it's employees annnd how fun the X-mas party was in St. Louis!! That's right WW simply indulge a bunch of ingrates and thank them for reporting to work!!People!! I'm a retired Army-NCO/Sergeant and I rewarded my subordinates by MERIT!! Meaning actions/results first, BS takes the bus!! Kind of like in life but ultimately not in today's work force!! I hope you have a better experience with this company and for your own piece of mind do not get the " Motley Crew" that came to my home in December!!P.s. if the man child mentioned should be reading this it should be known that luckily for you I changed my ways dramatically at the beginning of this century and you costed you and your crew a nice x-mas bonus I had set aside for this project!! Yes, I'm known to be a good tipper-when it merits the efforts!! But ultimately you helped a good cause because I just game more to the kids for a deserved X-mas via toys for tots!! My final word-best wishes to you in your future because God only knows you're going to need all the help you can get!!Service: General window replacement

Windows came in 2 weeks early. They were able to come the next day after the windows were in. The two guys who installed them (Justin)? were fast and did a great job! Definitely hope we get the same installers when we finish the rest of the house in a few months.

Very polite they let you know when they're coming they give you time to put away your animals we have them. They clean up after themselves are very tidy. I had two gentleman that came in my house they were able to get all the windows out I had two stained glass windows they were able to return back to me without being broken. Would recommend totally 10 out of 10

Great price, nice windows.Salesman David was great, very helpful. Worked with our financial needs, was patient and listened well. Very available and great at teaching/explaining with all my questions.Install was quick and painless. Took off a star because they left a few dirty handprints and footprints in our house, like up our banister and stairs. Also dinged up the paint a little on our inside the window trim. And the caulking along the inside line was mostly fine but a few imperfections or uneven spots. Overall nothing major, just some "attention to detail" flaws.

Jordan and crew had to replace a huge bay window for me. He was very knowledgeable, explained everything before hand to me and the crew. Even with 5 men to lift out old bay and lift up new one they had a big challenge. Did a great job! All the trim work after the new bay was in place, interior & exterior looked super! There windows are great, but there help is not the best ! There rud, and always in a hurry at their job! Need to clean out the old window frames better before installing the new windows!! I know they get paid by the job ,but they need to clean up when they're done. They need more people and help.
