Staff are wonderful! I needed to replace a rubber stopper for my glass hummingbird feeder. They couldn’t find the correct size so they removed the old feeder tube and replaced it with a new one. Works great! Carole B.

In May, I purchased a $125 bird feeder that was pretty much guaranteed to deter squirrels. Brought it home, filled it up and put it in the hanger that I had on my deck. It was too heavy for the deck as it bent the railing. We then had to put it on the only place that could handle the weight, but I had to use a ladder to refill it.This process was just too much and I just brought it back for a refund. The front desk guy was great BUT the manager refused the refund as he said it was dirty and unsanitary. I had just emptied the seeds but did not wash it out. I told him that only 2 types of birds even come to feed and they said that it can take a while for them to adjust to the new location.I do not want to go to the big box store but I found a very similar feeder, while looking for a pole for my feeder, from Menards for $50 less.My fault for not realizing or knowing to ask about the extra weight of the feeder, my fault for not asking about the return policy but I will not make another mistake at that store.

Love this store. I have trouble walking and they will bring my " stuff " out to my car. It is a great help plus they are SO nice. I would reccomend this store ro anybody.

Great store to get all your birding supplies and the staff are very friendly and knowledgeable about their products. The seed is always fresh, can't say that about the big box stores !! Can't go wrong at WBU
