The deli was not open yet for two more hours, but I had an order to pick up and she was very friendly, providing excellent customer service with a smile and a positive attitude.Thank you Ría for your help this morning 01/12/2024 and permission to give this praise review.

I don't want to the Walmart supercenters around me I have gotten lucky to have one at each end not far away I have the shopping center and then I have the supercenter they both have many amenities have no complaints easy quick they have a phone kiosk which is quite helpful sometimes though you don't get all quite enough money but hey not there fault

Need more open lanes and not self checkouts! Need better employees and not trashy people who yell and visit with others when they are checking you out. They also need employees who greet you better when you come into their line to check you out. Their employees all over that floor while working are constantly on their phones texting too. Bathrooms need more upkeep on cleaning throughout the day too., especially the holidays! People on the floor are friendly and helpful.

Worst store pickup service ever. I wait 45 minutes or more every time I place an order, even checking in early to ensure that it's ready. Pickup staff are rude and don't care how long you've been waiting. I've watched customers get out of their cars, go shop inside, and come out before the pickup order. NEVER AGAIN. The pickup charge is worth it at Kroger - they're fast and courteous and even refunded part of my total when I had to wait too long. Go there instead!

Sat in pickup area for 35 minutes. I could have shopped quicker. Then girl that came out got smart with me when I commented how long it took. She said I'm trying to apologize for the wait but at that point I was furious. They need to have more than one person bringing stuff out especially when they are doing delivery orders where the employee and the driver both have to scan each package which takes forever. Plus I called inside the store to find out what the hold up was and no one answered after sitting on hold for over 5 minutes.

I really enjoyed this Walmart, they had a lot of stuff that I haven’t seen in either Allen road or Univeristy Walmart. I really liked the way it was set up. The fruits and veggies looked really nice and they had a lot of potato options. There’s been a bad potato produce at Allen road Walmart for a couple months can’t seem to find good potatoes at that location , while East Peoria had a lot of options in the potato department. I found a golden girls shirt I hadn’t seen any other stores, as well as some women’s pajamas I hadn’t seen. Also found a lot of great deals on socks. I came out with 40 pairs of socks for under $4. I truly Enjoyed my time in this Walmart and will definitely be back again.

Its okay. Its not as bad as some make it out to be. I've had to stop in here at times due to it being on the way home etc. I've found what I needed and had no issues. It was clean and maintained when I went. And the staff was helpful and polite to me and asked if I needed anything multiple times. The cashier was kind today and we spoke about the weird warm weather just before the holidays. Typical walmart in all other ways as you would expect.

Thank you, Michael, for completely turning this year's JH experience around. What started as awful, ended up being amazing. I appreciate your understanding and empathy about the missed appt and horrible customer service lady situation that just escalated my frustration and anger. You are very good at your job and thank you for making everything right! I was telling Paula how you were able to "defuse" the situation after just our first call; my frustration and anxiety just melted away during that call. I felt like i could breathe again, because you understood and were going to make it right. You definitely have a calling for this kind of work. Thank you again! 1000 times!

Floors were clean but showed excessive wear. Prices were good. I question why security allowed a group of questionable young men to loitering at the door. This made me wonder if they have a security/safety issue especially when senior citizens are a major population all Walmarts cater to.

Tried to return a car battery to store where I bought it. It was under warranty. The stores near me have been out of stock for at least a week. Walmart sells them online but won't send a replacement. I had to go buy a new battery because nobody knows when I can get a replacement. When/if I get a replacement, I will have no use for it. Stores, manufacturers, shipping, and online shopping are uncoordinated. Policy prevents them from doing the right thing.

I went there for a pedicure, I was under the impression they started at $37. My total ended up being $73. I did get one acrylic toenail but I thought that price was outrageous. They did a good job on their work but I don’t think that it should’ve been $73.

The pick up team SUCKS! They’re slow as heck. You will LITERALLY sit there for HOURS waiting on them to bring your order out. Then they like saying “we’re understaffed.” Well take the pick up option away then!

I am quite frustrated with the checkout line situation. Like a lot of other people, they did have one lane open to check people out but it took me like 40 minutes in that line. It's just stupid. I don't work at Walmart. They don't pay me to do my own stuff

Only have self check out. The lady working the self checkout was rude and refused to answer my question she just stated that’s how it is and walked away. She was to buisy petting dogs and talking to her friends that she was not available when we needed something taken out of a security case so we could purchase it. When my husband went over to her to ask about getting taken out she just kept saying go back to wear you were like 3 times before she finally walked over to wear we were. Then when she took it out of the face and handed it too him she walked away and went back to her friends and there dog. We could have walked out with our paying if we were dishonest people. Uggg never again

Called about 30 mins ago to handle an issue I was having with a Christmas present I had gotten for my kids. First a woman answered who claimed to be the "operator" and first asked me what i wanted with a manager and wouldnt leave it alone that i didnt want her help she just kept pushing.Ended up hanging up on me twice .then when i got her to answer again informed me that they currently have absolutely no managers in the store, I told her that was a lie.. that they had to have a manager in a department somewhere in their store, She then put me on hold where i sat for 30 mins and 17 seconds (what my phone says) I got fed up and called back because lets all be honest to have a walmart with cashiers that actually usually do what you need them to do in a friendly manner is very far and few between unless you make the drive to Allen Rd walmart. So I called back and the first time it rang all the way through with no one answering. So i called again she answered again and informed me their manager was at lunch. I said hm okay when will they be back?! She said in about an hour. I said thats fine I will call back (lets be honest now i have a REAL BIG issues to speak with them about) I asked what her managers name was to which she informed me she didnt know. I said you dont know what your managers name is?! She said no I dont... I said Im sure they would love to know that.. im telling you it is just a bunch of screwing around dealing with this crew. If you can go to a different walmart I stongly encourage it!!!

Curbside pickup is among the slowest of any Walmart I’ve been to. I’ve been waiting for about 40 minutes…. Still waiting. Only a few cars here…. This is ridiculous. My order has need ready for a couple hours. This just shouldn’t take long if somebody just does their job.Edit: FINALLY got my order after waiting over an hour!

They escorted me out just for parking in their parking lot even though it was public and the Walmart was open.I think they were assuming negative things about me or they probably assumed that I was violent when I didn’t even do anything at all!Worst service ever and I’m beyond disgusted with how I got treated!!

Somehow my home walmart i always ordwr from got changed to another town. We caught it. Got there and the young man was very sweet. He went and grabbed it and said it happened to him too. He's thinking gps does it.

Walmart could care less about customers still closing at night and the dumbest folks available to run the company into the ground. Shareholders should sue for the closing at night... Thankfully Meijer and Jewel are open later for My convenience. Sad since they used to be my go to store.... Everyone is just rude and doesn't want to work at Walmart

Placed a curbside pickup order for 5pm. Was told at 4:45 it was ready for pick up. Checked it at 5, have all the required info. 30 minutes pass, no one shows up. Call store, select curbside pick up and it just rings with no answer. Call again , select hr dept, and it rings for a while then hangs up. Go in to find no one has put together order at all, despite the app telling me it had been ready at 4:45.

It was a pleasant experience. No waiting in the customer service line. Found everything that wanted to buy. There was only one person ahead of me in the checkout lane. For a change there were more than one lane ooe. The cashier Mindy, was so friendly, helpful and experienced.
