The apparel and home decor sections are great. Probably one-third of the entire store is dedicated to clothing items. So if you’re shopping for clothes, this location would be the best option. I understand Walmart is not the best place for buying clothes but some of their products offer very good value, e.g., $5 plain tee shirts.Home decor and appliance collection are also pretty good. Photo services are usually pretty fast.No fresh produce available at this location. They have frozen and refrigerated food. So if you are grocery shopping, the Walmart on Allen Road would probably be better. There’s a Subway inside the store.

Best Walmart in the town. They have the best clothes selection. Even tho they don’t have fresh produce or a huge food section I’d rather go here because the staff is a lot friendlier then Allen road. I go out of my way to go to their pharmacy because the staff in there is amazing. They go above and beyond to help you and make sure you get everything you need. All the pharmacy techs and pharmacists are phenomenal people..

Went in for an oil change today and they stripped my oil pan. Told me it was the person before that did it. If it was stripped before hand they wouldn’t be able to do an oil change to start with. Would not recommend because they lied to me that the person before hand did it. Now I can’t even take out the bolt.

Walmart has about all you need under one roof at good prices. There is an issues with some employees, when you ask for help they just tell you they don't know and have to do their job, so the old Walmart might be gone where the employees would do anything to please the customer.

Went to your store on University st. in Peoria to buy a bicycle and couldn't get anyone to help. Almost every employee I spoke to didn't know how to paige help for me. So after about a half an hour of searching for someone to help I got someone to paige an employee to the bike section where I waited about 10/15 minutes and no one came to help so I left

So 3 mechanics keep walking pass me as I try to tell them I have a appointment to get my tires put on there's 4 employees at the register talking not paying me any attention either it's been a good 15 min now one of them wanna talk to me and ask what I need

They hardly ever rotate stock, they don't sell alcohol, they don't sell produce, they close an hour earlier than almost all the other Walmarts. The slushie machine in their subway is broken down 94.6% of the time......employees always talking to each other so I feel like im interrupting them when i have a question to askBut hey some stuff is a little cheaper there than other stores and it's convenient getting $100 cash back free of charge

Was there yesterday and didn't really get very friendly service from our cashier Simone whom seemed bothered that she had to work. her line was empty until I waved my boyfriend to the register.She was very quiet with no smile at all.

I'm from the UK and went to get some groceries in the evening. While at the checkout I politely said to the young girl thankyou and have a good evening. She just gave a dirty look and said nothing .she couldn't of been more ignorant and obviously racist. Her name was mystique, and needs some lessons in race relations

It's Walmart. I love the Walmart app and the customer service is very knowledgeable and very helpful. The store employees are normally nice and helpful.At the store in Peoria IL on University Blvd I purchased an inflatable mattress. I changed my mind. I had accidentally set the box on a damp surface and it tore the outer layer of the box. Just the picture. The box was not opened and it had never been used. The customer service refused to refund me as well as the manager even though I paid $75 with my bank card and had a receipt. This caused me a lot of hassle. I took it to another Walmart in town a week later and the customer service rep didn't hesitate to refund. If the box has not been opened their policy is to refund for this item anyway.I believe it was sheer discrimination because I had a back pack. But no matter where and how I live, I spend most of my money with Walmart and I get real sick of the attitudes over something that is their job to do. Wow that was so nea

Definitely a feeling of not being safeThere are security guards driving up and down the parking lot and inside the store.Also there's some type of security system in the parking lot on trailers that flash blue light like a police vehicle...I do not recommend this Walmart.

The one on University you should have more of people that know how to treat the customers because the ones there don't know how to treat the customers they're rude they're ignorant especially the to the seniors especially the people in the wheelchairs

Workers at the self check outs are usually rude and short fused. I saw one work treat an elderly man like an idiot because he didn't know how to work the checkout. Bring back cashier's. Self checkout is stupid.

Sometimes there is not enough lanes open but has a few employees. Their shelves are fuller than most stores, but could have more variety. Need to make sure nothing is expired.

This has to be one of the worst Walmarts that exist (at least of the ones that I have visited). The selection here is poor, workers look very unhappy, they have security patrolling the parking lot, and self checkout machines seem to be down most of the time.

Not only does this walmart have NOTHING! I was accused of stealing after i went in to use the restroom and nothing else. I RAN to walmart because no other place near me had a bathroom and i of course immediately get stopped for “stealing”. I didnt take nothing but a piss! Im never going to this walmart again

They never answer the phone. There's never anyone in customer service or the money center. There's never any cashier's. Often just one lane open. I've had to leave carts of items behind and shop elsewhere. What happened to a once great store that offered AWESOME shopping experiences? So sad to see the deterioration...
