Worse job ever. How you gonna fire someone for bringing in a pot pie to work and fire them saying they stole it. Just to let y'all know we have a refrigerator and deep freezer full including 17 pot pies. Now its time to strap up your shoe laces for this lawsuit

Same generally friendly and likely overworked staff, sometimes in good moods. Usually pretty stocked and fairly clean. Pharmacy usually open and friendly.I’ve been without my medication for a week now, just generally due to store hours not available outside of a busy schedule, times overlapping, etc.I went to get my medicine on a Friday during normal hours, and pharmacy was closed. They are closed weekends, so no luck there. Went to get my meds this morning, Monday, they are closed today AND tomorrow. Google says they are open though.Convenient since it’s close to my house, but not so great when I can’t get my medicine.

Awful customer service. Two cashier's both named Katherine. I was next in line when the other Katherine came over to the register across and canceled out my sale on the other register .What they should have done was tell the customer behind me that she called over to wait. Again I waited in line and was next. Time to send both woman back to customer service training 101.Their excuse was poor.

The new cashier was very annoying, trying to get me to get a Walgreens credit card. I told him at least 3 times I wasn't interested. Also, he did not give me my 20% discounr for being a senior. I am 75 years old, but was told I have to ask for the discount. I have never had to ask in the past. I spoke to a manager and she said the same thing. She said I was raising my voice. This probably is do to my hearing loss and my frustration. She did not even look at my receipt and did not give me the 20% discount. I told her I will never go to that Walgreens again!

The pharmacy dept: I'm new to the area and I had my prescriptions transferred there. Biggest mistake! The pharmacist was rude. I walked up to the counter, no greet, told me to remove my sunglasses because apparently, he needs to see who he is talking too. Okay, so I removed them because I was tired from work and didnt want to cause a scene like I felt like doing. On to the next day. I had to pick up another prescription, and I brought the coupon with me. The lady tells me that this coupon will not work when it was clear that it wasnt out of date, and it matched my prescription. This coupon would have saved me $15 00 dollars off a $ 35.00 medication. She did not want to give me the coupon price. She wanted me to pay the full price and I wonder why?. I went on and paid for my medication, but I will be pulling my medications from there. I get a racist vibe from this pharmacy and they dont help blacks with their medications. O and by the way, a customer behind me was wearing glasses ( white lady) the same pharmacist that told me to remove my sunglasses had no problems NOT ASKING THE WHITE LADY TO REMOVE HERS.

I went in for a flu shot. There was one clerk in the pharmacy and when she did notice me she said she couldn't do flu shots until she had someone to take over for her. I waited a short time but no one came. On my way out I took not that there were no clerk's visibly waiting on customers and none at the check out.

I shop at this Walgreens frequently and am a regular customer at this location. Last night, when I was shopping there, I didn't appreciate them being rude to me because they were getting ready to close. I am a regular customer, they know I'm a regular customer, I am a rewards member, and I donate money to their charities such as the Red Cross when they ask me to do so. As I'm shopping, an employee is going to come up behind me and shout "We're getting ready to close," as to make me feel rushed out of the store while I am trying to decide on my purchases. They locked the doors before I even finished my shopping, also making me feel rushed out of the store. And finally, she talked about how inconvenient it was that I had a cart full of groceries I had to bring out to my car, and that she was going to have to go get it before she went home. I'm sorry about that. Perhaps next time I will fill up a shopping cart full of groceries somewhere else so I don't inconvenience you. My experience last night was unacceptable and if this continues, we will switch Pharmacies!!

i went in the store to get my mom something but i wasn’t sure if it was the right thing and the lady asked me if i need help before i went and asked my mom if it was the right thing and i told the lady i’ll be right back and when my mom told me for sure what the right thing was and i wasn’t outside for that long maybe less than 30 seconds my mom was pulled up and then when i walked back in she told me to leave and said they were closed and locked the door in my face. and when my mom said something she got smart with my mom and said no i don’t care we close at 10 and it was just turning 10

Terrible customer service experience and some of their cashiers were downright rude! Will never spend a penny there again...I wish I could give it negative reviews...they asked a 87 year old woman for her ID bc she was buying liquor......so disrespectful.
