Scheduling appointment was fast and easy!Drop off was easy, staff quick to assist once arrived. Waiting area nice and welcoming! Time for service was quicker then expected! Pricing very reasonable! The labor costs are too expensive especially for any quick work like replacing a part that doesn’t even take a minute to do. $150 for just rear brake service, $80 for fuel injection and $66.95 for brake flush is quite shocking. Charging for labor in that manner is something that’s never seen before and it’s more than the cost of parts in some cases. It’s better the dealership and their service department realizes this and keep their prices competitive instead of overcharging customers.

I spoke to Chraig about the repairs that were needed on my vehicle. He was very patient with me and explained everything. When I picked up my car, the service tech was also very explanatory and he seemed very genuine. I’ll always take my car here as I feel it’s in good hands!

Vehicle went in for two recalls. One was a four wheel drive flash and the other was replacement of the parking dog. I was called after 5 hours and told that my rear brakes needed replaced. Why were my rear tires removed? I was told they can do my oil change. Why were they inside of my vehicle looking at my oil change replacement sticker? I was told they could replace my air filter. None of these last three things have anything to do with the recalls.

The service department is fantastic to work with. Casey did a great job explaining the different truck tires they priced for me. The tires where there the next day for installation. They went the extra mile to clean the new tires along with a quick car wash. Thanks for all you do!

Went in for airbag recall & another issue with my 2006 pathfinder. They let me know of brakes, rotors, and caliber repairs needed. Cost was lower than local competition and completed in day and half after needing one more caliber replaced one getting into repair

I always wonder if I’m getting charged more because it’s a dealership, but they always have my back and back their work and have always taken care of me. So maybe I pay more for peace of mind, but you can’t beat that. :)

I’ve had a Nissan for a year and purchased several maintenance plans. I’ve had 3 routine maintenance visits and a tire repair during that time. I’ve had 1 star experiences and 5 star experiences with the service department. I think it just depends on who you talk to and how busy they are. Also if you get a maintenance plan, be sure to keep a copy of the paperwork in your car. The service dept didn’t have records of our maintenance plans, so if you are towed from the road to a dealership, it’s helpful to be able to prove you have coverage for repairs.

NATURE HAPPENS😁 I took my brand new 2024 Nissan Sentra and because the warning light kept coming on and we figured it may have been a faulty sensor. A new one was ordered and within a short time I was called to have it come put in. Come to find out it was not the sensor. It was a mouse that bit through a wire that caused the problem. Once that was figured out my car was promptly fixed, and I was on my way. I could not have been happier with the service that I Received. This is my 17th Nissan Starting with the Datsun 200 SX. I am very pleased with the Uftring Nissan staff. Polite, courteous, and professional👍👍👍👍👍

Super helpful, even if just driving in with no appointment asking to check tire pressure and them airing up if needed. Got an oil change/ tire rotation and tire plug there, great service.

I am not happy with the service I have been getting with my Altima on its suspension issues. I have came in atleast 4 times about in the past year. I was told the first time that the control arms need to be replaced but I went over to another Nissan dealer and there said there is no play on them. The second time I was told from the services advisors that certain components need to be changed such as the front end- struts, front sway bar links and rear shocks. We did this around this past October. I’m still experiencing a rough/ stiff suspension after this was replaced. I’m also experiencing knocking sound/ clunks from the front. Sounds like it’s more towards the dash. I’m not sure if the new strut mounts need to be more adjusted but there is just no dampening and smoothness after these big suspension work was done and paid a lot for this to get done.I really would like this be rechecked and retuned if possible. The ride is just stiff and not dampened over bumps, uneven pavement, etc. if new front end and rear end suspension was replaced then it should feel like brand car ride basically.This not the case and would like for this to be advised.

I brought my car in for a clear diagnosis since my check engine light was on. I knew they were the best to provide me feedback since I have a Nissan SUV. It took about 30-40 minutes and the space they have for people to wait is very comfortable. Everyone was very kind, attentive, and helpful. Unfortunately, it wasn't good news, but it was crucial for me to know.
