We’ve been using Two Maids for over a year and have had a very positive experience. My husband and I both work from home, but have so much going on that we don’t have time to clean as much as we’d like. Natalie has been our cleaner for most of the past year. We love her! She does a great job and really cares about the quality of her work. We have always had the BEST experience with 2 Maids!Two Maids is a joy to work with. From the beginning communication and care taken to match us with cleaners who loved dogs was above and beyond & so meaningful. Lexi and Sarah work well together and are so easy to get along with. When we are home it is comfortable having them there and our pugs don't bother them. Lexi even has pugs of her own so she likes to love on them and give treats. Sarah & Lexi pay great attention to detail and you can tell they have been there. It is such a wonderful feeling to come home to such a clean and fresh-smelling house. We only recently moved here and I'm grateful we hit gold so soon with Two Maids!!!

We've been using Two Maids since we moved here. When we bought our house, it wasn't thoroughly cleaned by the previous owners, so we needed a top-down clean through. Brittney was there for the first and we've kept her every month since. She's effective and meticulous - gets to things before I ask or before I even notice they need doing. She gets along with our cats; our youngest will follow her around and involve himself in whatever she's doing and it's the highlight of his day. What I really appreciate about her, though, is that she's very comfortable to work with. When you invite someone into your home to do work - especially in an intimate space as cleaning your bedroom for you - there's a lot of opportunity for awkwardness. Brittney cuts through all of that with a perfect balance of friendliness and professionalism. The service has been a great help since the moment we moved in, but Brittney's what leaves the house feeling fresh and bright every time. Heartly endorsed and recommended.

Natalie does a great job. We really appreciate her attention to detail and responding to feedback/requests. We had some adjustments with Two Maids in the beginning with them sending different teams every time. It led to some inconsistency in the quality. Excellent cleaning service! We just moved from an apartment to a house, and I was looking for a cleaning company to do a move-out clean, as well as regular cleanings on our new house. I did a Google search, messaged a few companies with good reviews, and Two Maids and a Mop got back to me immediately. They are very, very communicative, responsive, timely, efficient, friendly, and thorough.The move took longer than we planned (doesn't it always????), and we didn't have the apartment cleared for the vacant move out we had asked for. Two Maids did what they could the first day (and did a great job!), then the company rearranged a packed schedule to get them back the second day to finish the job. When they were done, the apartment looked BRAND NEW. It was gorgeous!!!!We will definitely continue to use Two Maids and a Mop at our new home, and I'll update the review then, including the names of the cleaners, which I (rudely) didn't get in the moving haze. One of the PHCs is an AMAZING gospel singer who sings while sure cleans, and it was so soothing as we were scrambling to get our stuff out so they could clean! 😂

Natalie and Chrissy were very respectful of my things and my two dogs which were present at time of cleaning. They both did a fantastic job cleaning, shining and ensuring things were to my liking. They both worked very hard at the deep clean and everything felt fresh and clean. Natalie really took charge to ensure they both covered every room and completed the tasks. She really dug into my bathroom and deep cleaned around the perimeter where there are areas I don’t get to as often. Chrissy did a great job digging deep to shine up my other bathroom. It felt so clean when she was done. She also did a great job on my kitchen stove top and ovens and removed some nasty soils that had been there. She even tidied up my kitchen curtains and bathroom hand towels to make them look nice. I’m sure I could say more, but wanted to send over positivity for these two!Service: Deep clean
