Ken in appliances was a gem. I had called earlier in the day frantic needing a new washer. He knew exactly what they had in stock that we could pick up ourselves this evening. He said he would be there until 5 and ask for anyone else if after 5. I really wanted to deal with Ken bevause he was so amazing on the phone. After my husband got off work we went as fast as we could to Home Depot...getting there 5:00......Ken was actually walking away leaving to go home. This awesome guy remembered talking to me and came back to show me what we talked about. SOLD.. .got the washer home and ready to go by 7:30pm. Thank you Ken.....Home Depot is really lucky to have such an awesome, professional team member.

The only place I could find In the whole Peoria area that actually carried patio door insert panel doggie doors! Looked everywhere...PetSmart, Petco, Feed stores, Menard's...but Home Depot was the one place that had them in stock. My Golden Retriever will be so happy now!

We went to Home Depot tonight to look at the price of shingles and hopefully get some information & help on what supplies we needed to buy to do our roof. We asked for help three times and waited maybe about 15 minutes but no one was available to help us. Unfortunately we had to leave without getting information. However here are some pictures of the visit and looks like they've got their Halloween stuff out which was pretty cool!

I like home Depot. It is close to my home with an indoor lumber yard which is nice and I like the Ryobi tools along with Milwaukee that they sell

Wow the service here is incredible. I lost count of how many people asked if they could help us. They only had 3 of something we wanted on a shelf the computer said they had alot more way up on a shelve. They closed down 2 isles very safely conscious and fork lifted a pallet down. Sadly the item had same number but was not the same thing. We still purchased some good deals but through no fault of trying did we get the others. Outstanding customer service.

Bought a dishwasher it got delivered and was damaged took over a week to get us another dishwasher here talked to store manager and he said there is nothing he could do because they sell the product not ship or have any there in stock. I am a Home Depot customer not a whirlpool customer.

Purchased a dryer and delivery was set up. When Federal arrived to deliver and hook up, he told my wife that the dryer didn't have a direct gas shut off for the dryer, which it does, and he left with our dryer. I took a picture, went back to Home Depot, showed them and they agreed with me. Customer service called me and said they have to take the word of the driver. I canceled my order, went to Sherman's and the next day they delivered and hooked up the dryer with no issues. I wouldn't purchase anything from Home Depot ever again, especially if Federal is going to deliver

The staff is very personable and helpful here! Dwayne at the paint counter was so helpful and very nice. He got me set up with everything I needed and answered all my questions knowledgeably. All the employees I encountered were very friendly and ready to assist. I don’t often get that at big hardware stores so I was very impressed! I will definitely be returning to this Home Depot.

I was so lucky to find Fernlea Mosquitaway plants here. These are plants are really rare and I'm so happy I was able to find one here! These things keep blooming and blooming and keep the mosquitoes at bay.

I purchased flooring, all new appliances, granite countertops and more. Fridge was delivered damaged 3 times, I was without a fridge for a long time. The countertops were cut from wrong slab. We didn’t get the discount from flooring as promised (price match from menards). Managers promised to compensate me for all the inconvenience but never did. We had to chase people to process countertops and get someone to come in and measure to start the order. They forget about everything once they have your money. Management should be ashamed!

I purchased a door from Home Depot. I was told the installation would take 2-3 hours. It took over 6 hours. 2 days after the install I noticed a problem with the door strike plate. A piece had chipped off the frame. I contacted the store I had to purchase a piece online make more arrangements to have that piece installed. The door handle was damaged on installation I was offered a discount on the handle. The employee and install orders were very nice but the experience was very disappointing. Not a fan.

The manager of the store is top notch. We had to return a couple of pop up tents, which were in shambles in the back of my truck. He gave us a full refund and wished me and my new bride a very happy life. I shop there because of the service before and after the sale.

Leann is a star. Sometimes when you buy things from a store, things go wrong with the product and/or delivery. Stores can't help that it's just life. I bought appliances, and some rare and unusual things nothing to do with Home Depot went wrong. But in the end, Leann stayed on this issue and everything worked out and I'm very pleased. I continue to shop here. This place has employees that care and will help you out. 5 stars!
