The Bath Company rescued us. In August, we were defrauded by another contractor (see my other review). We were left with our kitchen and the adjoining half bathroom demolished and the contractor had walked off with a lot of money. Most other contractors were booked solid into next spring. The Bath Company was able to take the job right away. They were able to complete our kitchen in time for Thanksgiving. They did a great job and everything looks beautiful. Special call out to Brian, Jonathan, Sonny and Drew. We definitely recommend this company.

Bath Planet did a wonderful job renovating my bathroom! Ben was extremely helpful and came out to my house and was very professional and informed me of the various options I had. I decided to go with the acrylic surround that resembles subtile! The renovation was done in one day and Cody did a phenomenal job. He worked all day long and was very professional. He worked until the job was finished and cleaned up after himself and I was beyond thrilled with the results! I was so happy with the outcome I am having them renovate my second shower! I highly recommend this company!

After calling for an estimate for a new shower/tub, Ben was the salesperson who came to provide us with information and an estimate. He was very easy to work with, had a low-pressure style, and did an overall awesome job. We got another estimate from a local company and Bath Planet's offer was by far the better deal. After scheduling an install date, I had a couple of further questions and Ben continued to be prompt and helpful even though he had already sealed the deal. The day of install, Corey arrived on time and was also very friendly and professional. He did an excellent job and made sure the work area was left clean after the first work day. Day 2 came and he brought Sonne (I think) who was also professional and friendly. They completed the job on day 2 as scheduled and we're diligent in leaving the space clean and looking great! We love our replacement shower and everything is working perfectly. I would recommend this company.

Update: We just got our second bathroom done and love it! Ben was once again awesome to work with and was able to get us exactly what we wanted. Our installers (Kirk and not sure of the name of the second guy) did a phenomenal job! They were patient and thorough when dealing with an unforeseen problem we ran into after taking the old shower out. We would highly recommend Bath Planet!Great experience! Ben was awesome to work with, managed to fit in everything we wanted, and was so patient answering all of my questions!

Wow!! I am super impressed with my new bathroom. So pleased with the whole process. The staff was amazing and helpful when I was selecting my shower, toilet, vanity, and fixtures. Thanks Katie!! The demo and installation crew courteous and always cleaned up the messes made. My children are going to miss asking 20 questions to the guys, Scott and Terry!! They were very patient. The bathroom itself is gorgeous. I even got to work with the owner who was very fair and listened to any of my concerns. Just all around great company!! Highly recommended. The outcome of our bathroom is amazing!! However, communication up to this point was not great. The day of the window measurement was switched last minute when no one was home and communication on when the job was supposed to start was fairly poor. I had to call several times and ask about dates and times of the workers arriving at my house so someone would be there. The workers that did the job were pleasant. We have a dog that is sweet but jumps on people a lot and they took it very well and actually gave him some love. Overall job turned out wonderful! Thanks!

Ben was great to work with when he came out and looked at what I needed to have done. Explained everything and the options available to me. After having a couple of others look at the job, I had the best feeling with my interactions with Ben. I felt at ease, no high pressure, just the info and options for me. I called them a few months later and got on the schedule. The work was completed in a timely manner and to my satisfaction. I had bought a house and the main bathroom was salmon colored tile, as well as the shower around the tub. They removed the tub and the tile and put in a new tub and shower surround. It looks so much nicer! I would recommend giving hem a call and let them come out and show you want they can do for you! You won’t be disappointed!

We are extremely happy we chose The Bath Company to do our bathroom. Jonathan was great with helping us decide what we wanted our bath and shower to look like down to the size of the shower head and placement. He answered all my many questions quickly and with humor! Who doesn't love a funny guy?! Now on to Kurt and Leroy, they are absolutely amazing! I could cry tears of happiness with the progress that has been made in just one day! They are so kind and worked so hard. Like old school hard work and so easy talk to. We can't wait to see what our new bathroom will look like when it's complete. I will definitely recommend The Bath Company to my family and friends.

Working with Shannon and his team was awesome! My wife and I had an idea of what we wanted and he took that idea and made it a reality. The team worked quickly, and cleanly, to get the job done on time and on budget. The nice thing with working with Bath Planet is that when they had to bring in a subcontractor, you knew that they cared like they were the prime. At the end of each work day they cleaned up after themselves and when any issues popped up (we were working in a 100 year old house) we were given updates and were included in making cost effective decisions. Truly a turn key project that was worth every penny.

My husband and I were extremely please with this company! Every employee was super great to work with; paying attention to detail and giving us exactly what we wanted and more! Ben the salesperson put us at ease and was available to us even after his job was done. Katie was helpful but not overbearing when it came to selecting our materials. Chris the tile guy was very much a perfectionist which is someone we can relate to and appreciate! He calmed my nerves, answered my many questions, and made suggestions on the shower tile lay out that we hadn't even thought of. Although we did not meet Paul the owner in person he was readily available by phone and the few minor concerns we had were address immediately. All the employees were very respectful of our home from start to finish. We have one more bathroom to remodel and we will definitely be contacting The Bath Company to take care of it.

The design consultation and experience was outstanding, Ben was great and we couldn't ask for anyone better. The installation however could have gone a little better, the installers in the end did fantastic work and finished the bathroom and made it look perfect, although the communication between the design team and the install team and between the managers could be a little better, we came home after we were told the bathroom was done and it was not even close to being complete. There is also one plumber on the install team who should maybe consider another job because the plumbing for our drain in the sink leaked and had to be repaired twice! All in all though we are very happy with the end result, the bathroom looks fantastic and we couldn't ask for more!! Thank you to Ben and Paul for being so understanding and working with us throughout the whole remodel. The only thing I could say needs a little bit of improvement is the communication between everybody, make sure the little things are done properly and right and make sure your hiring the best and right people for the job, other than that though I would say we highly recommend them if you are doing a bathroom remodel, I think you will be happy with the work they do when all is said and done!!!

This was without a doubt one of the best decisions we have ever made. Ben came to give us an estimate after helping me design my new shower/tub.A couple of weeks later the crew was back. Tub was installed the first day with all new plumbing. At the end of day 2 everything was complete. It far surpassed my expectations!Ben answered all my (many) questions.We did have a little issue with a squeak but Bath Planet was quick to respond and fix the little squeak.I can not give enough stars!Don’t wait, call Bath Planet today. You will not be sorry!

We just purchased a new home with a DIY shower. We were needing it ripped out and a bath shower combo to replace it. We had 3 separate bids and Bath Planet was by far the best deal. They came in ripped everything out replaced plumbing put new drywall and inserted the tub we picked out along with fixtures. They were done in 2 days. Ben was who we worked with and he was great!

I must say that if anyone goes into a remodel job without an issue coming up you are a very lucky person. We have only one bathroom and this project took a lot of planning. Bathroom Plus was the perfect fit for us as they where able to do this job in a very short time frame. We had a total "gut" job done and was very nervous about not having a functioning bathroom.First Day Jay came out to start demo. when he found out that we had only the one bathroom he made sure we had a functioning toilet before he left that day. Thank you Jay!!!!Second day I come home to find the wrong tub was installed. Called Paul,after hours, and he went to the office and worked to find the correct tub. Well there was none in the area so he had to send one of his guys to Chicago to pick one up. We lost a day but was well worth the end result!!!Day four Tub ,surround ,floors, and I believe walls patched done.Day 5-6 ( New Years Eve and New Year Day) Ben worked endlessly to Skim coat and get all the painting done.He did it!!!Last day Kurt comes to finish all the cabinetry,lighting,and anything else that needed done.Finished project... BEAUTIFUL !!!!! LOVE LOVE LOVE MY NEW BATHROOM.Highly recommend this company. If I had any advice for Paul and his team I would say that communication between everyone could use some work. It seemed as though no one was on the same page from day to day. If I left anyone out i am sorry. I will say that each and every worker who walked through our home was very courteous,knowledgeable and respectful.Thank You for my New Bathroom!!!

I can not talk enough about how professional and and detail oriented this organization was through out our complete renovation. They were very detailed from start to finish with my bathroom and a little tile work in the kitchen as well. I believe it was Austin and his team came in and worked diligently without a break to complete the work prior to an event we were having. I would recommend this company for any job that you need done. The best part of all of this is they were very very competitive from a cost perspective.

Bath Planet finished a remodel on my bathroom on September 19. They did a remarkable job! Removed my bathtub and installed a walk-in shower. They also installed a new floor, toilet and light/exhaust fan. Jonathan helped me choose a shower that went perfectly with my existing tile. And the floor is perfect! The new shower looks like it was installed at the same time as the tile on the walls! Kirk was my installer and he always asked my opinion before anything was made permanent. Love it! I would recommend Bath Planet for any remodel. Very conscientious.
