Ew. You would think that you would clean the shelves before stocking them shelves but what would anyone else know? Really nice going into a disgusting store with previously open food containers.

Target is a large store, not much to note here. They can always use to clean more thoroughly, but the place is adequate for shopping. They do carry a lot of products that their competitors do not. Not much of a surprise, but variety is always nice.

Still true today. Only 2 lanes were upon.There are very few places left to shop in person and I get tired of only 2 lanes being open. If you expect me to self check, give me a huge discount to do so. You're taking jobs away from people and expecting the shoppers to do their job. This is NOT okay!

This is now our GoTo place for baby shopping. We love their selection and their prices compete with Walmart. Very nice, never too crowded and a polite staff always willing to help.

The figure I wanted wasn't scanning at check out and they wouldn't price it for what it went for on the shelf. So instead of making things right for THEIR mistake for putting a product out they weren't willing to sell to a paying loyal customer, I left empty handed. I understand all the negatively associated with Target now.

I no longer use driveup. Incredibly poor service at driveup. The manager doesn't allocate enough employees, and the 1 or 2 employees trying to keep up are clearly overworked. 45-minute wait times are not uncommon.I had one instance when two items were missing... I paid for them, they just weren't delivered.If I (the customer) hadn't pointed out the mistake and had "signed" for them and driven off... I would've had no way to prove their mistake and would be shorted over $9!!!Another time I ordered the "fresh" mushrooms(forgot to add it to my Hy-vee order) They were a disgusting pile of slimy rotten mushroom slices. The iceburg lettuce I ordered was incredibly tiny.

Pick up at this store is wonderful.The app is easy to use and shows how many items may be left if it's starting to get low. The team does a great job of getting things in 2 hours or less, and without a pick up fee. The people that bring stuff to the car are pleasant and kind, even when they're busy. We've switched to getting most groceries and household items to target because of the consistent good experiences from this store. Great job to all!

Wow I've had bad customer service, but today was the far worst I've ever had at a target. The cashier was a male, the whole time we were walking up to the register, he glared at us and looked annoyed. No greeting, he didn't even tell me my amount owed. I paid, he handed me the receipt with a glare. This is unacceptable!! I might as well have used the self check out. Next time I see this in store I'm calling a manager over and calling this behavior out.

I'm curious to know if this store is going to pay for the gas of me having to drive back here(1 hour away) to take the security tag off of my dress I purchased yesterday? I'd also like to know why the alarm didn't go off when I was going out of the store alerting me that there was a security tag on an item. Since when do they put security tags on their clothes? I bought several other clothing items and not one of those have security tags.

Lots of products setting in the isles. Employees didn't seem to care to helpnme with what I was looking for, plenty of them in the store. Only one cashier working, people standing in the line. Other cashier had her light turned on but I guess she was to busy talking to someone, instead of helping customers. I

The Peoria Target is a clean pleasant store to shop. I recommend this store over Walmart everyday of the week. The atmosphere is clean and the employees are friendly and helpful.

Drive up ordering is fantastic at this location. Employees are always nice and I'm there and gone in 5 minutes - without ever leaving my car. When you place your order, you are notified that it will be ready within 2 hours; most of my orders are ready within 30 minutes. I also love the bags they use for drive up (I think they use them for pick up, too). They're very durable and I save them for later use at home. I still get 5% off when using my redcard and often cartwheel offers apply, too.

Always have a great shopping experience at this store! I love their grocery selections. I do a majority of my grocery shopping at Target because the prices are reasonable and the products are high quality!

Love this store but made a purchase here 2 weeks ago and the transaction was taken out of my account twice. Called the store and they told me customer service would have to handle it. I've been dealing with customer service for 2 weeks and just got hung up on! I wish the store would have just made it right instead of making me jump through all of these hoops with still no results! Very frustrating!

Waited 20 minutes while 2 other cars came and went. When I yelled over to ask I was told my order had a problem and they were fixing it then. After more waiting the lady came out with a cart full of my order and started handing it to me one item at a time. I asked for a bag and was told she would call into the store for one. I didn't want to wait more but she said it was OK because she didn't have my full order anyway, they were apparently still looking for the rest.Never again Target.

I love Target. As soon as you walk in, there is a Starbucks and Cafe. The store is well played out and things are pretty easy to find. They do a nice job of keeping things clean. If you notice something, they will take care of it. There is a great variety of clothing and other stock for you to choose from. I love the quality of the clothes they sell.They also have a grocery area. Some of their fruits are priced higher than the grocery store but if you're running on and getting something there, you're probably paying for the convenience. They do have choices for a lot of items in the grocery area.There's even a pharmacy in the store where you can talk to someone about your medicines. I have asked questions there before and they are very helpful to make sure you get exactly what you need.

Terrible manager. I had purchased a defective baby monitor, which I need to work for the safety of my child, and they aren’t accepting returns due to Covid. The manager asked me to eat the cost of a new one since they couldn’t return it. She never apologized for the fact my item didn’t work, never apologized or tried to come up with a solution. She even went as far as to ask when I bought it and if I had a receipt. I bought it 2 days preciously and showed her the receipt to which she replied that she still couldn’t return it, so I’m not sure what the point of that was. East Peoria Target did however take the return and was very nice and friendly. If you want good customer service, it’s worth your drive to go to East Peoria.

Visited a couple days ago, store was clean, however I came up to the register and the cashier wasn't the friendliest. As I normally do at stores I tried to help the cashier with putting the bags in the cart, after I had put the bag in the cart, the cashier told me, "I wasn't done with that," which is fine, however, I was startled by the way he talked to me, after I asked him if he wanted the bag back he just said yes. He didn't even attempt to be polite about it. I would have accepted him saying, "I apologize, I'm not quite done with that bag, could I have it back," but that wasn't the way he responded.

Very upset about an incident that happened yesterday while I was shopping/spending money at target in Peoria. I had gotten out to my car after checking out and realized I had left my phone in my cart. Went back into the store and asked customer service if anyone had turned a phone in. The girl at the counter was kind of rude and said “when” I simple said like right now I just realized I forgot my phone in the cart and she said “no we don’t have any phones”. Went and looked through the carts again but my cart had already been taken. So I went back to the counter and talked with the other girl and just simple asked if she could make an announcement to see if anyone had it in their cart. And she replied “no I can’t do that”. So I basically just stood and continued to search the carts. Which was hard since I had my 8 month old Baby in my arms. And not once did any of the employees come over and offer to help. The only people that helped was other customers. And both girls at customer service were not busy the entire time. Just really upset about how they handled the situation. Couldn’t help a mom out with her baby. I realize it was my fault that I forgot it but they made sure not to go out of their way to even help and were very rude. The only nice thing that did happen is I got to use the phone to call my mom to come help me and we finally found it. Really sad the world we live in.

This Target is always clean, has friendly, helpful staff, and is very well-stocked. I've never had any issues with any returns, nor do I seem to wait very long in even busier times. There is a small Starbucks within for you to grab a latte as you shop or a cakepop to bribe the kids with ;).

I can’t remember the name of the woman at the front guest services, she helped me find an isle that was along the pharmacy wall and she was so sweet. I love her energy. I hope to see her again and actually get her name

the curtains were received on time and are darling. unfortunately i ordered the wrong length. return to store was easy and quick. store associate greeted me with a smile and was helpful too
