I went to pay today and the total came out to $11.16 and I paid with a $20 bill. The person working at the counter took my 20 and looked at the cash register and asked me if I had $2 more so I gave him the $2. He handed me a $10 and then walked away without giving me the rest of my change and went to see the next customer. He didn’t ask if I wanted my coins or not. He just didn’t give them to me which was very disrespectful I n my opinion. He should’ve given me my change.

I hope the owner of this store reads this, because one of your employees deserves a raise in my book...I just have to say that, Kendrick (I hope I spelled his name correctly) is the nicest, most patient, and considerate young man that I have met in quite a long time. When I'm hungry for Subway in the future, I will go out of my way to come back to this location just because I might get lucky that Kendrick's working and he will brighten my day! Keep up the great work that great attitude bud!!

The last 3 times I went here have been tweakers working.One woman with a book bag who charged me $18 for the same thing I always get which is only $7 and some change.The sweet tea isn’t sweet no more and my food was disgusting.I wish I could talk to the owner,it typically is never this bad just the last few times

They are a franchise business. They dont take coupons from local paper. we did go ahead and order. Food was great. Their unsweetened tea was super weak . Almost looked like green tea it was so weak. I would go again . i will check tea before i pay to get tea i cant drink.Vegetarian options: Lots of veggies to choose from.

Please give a great deal of appreciation your employees, Millie and Alex who were working tonight 10/22! They were beyond kind and very pleasant. They were working very hard and showed great teamwork with one another. They greeted me and treated me with the upmost kindness and professionalism. The food was great! And they looked like two employees that were greatful to have a job. And these days that’s rare.

Fantastic personable young lady waited on me and the sandwich she prepared was super delicious! Sure didn't skimp on the ingredients at all. The Italian bread was so very fresh and soft to boot. Has to be my best experience dinning at a Subway restaurant. Fantastic as ever! Even tipped the guy a 5 dollar bill. Great worker and sandwich 😊

This place is awful and my standards for a subway are pretty low. All of the veggie trays had ice on them, so pretty sure they never change them and just fill up the existing containers. Also, slowest employee ever and she was working by herself. There was one guy in front of me and it still took 20 minutes to get two subs.

We just tried to go through the driveway here and it was the most uncomfortable interaction. Tried to order a few times thought maybe they couldn’t hear us then pulled forward tried to order again we just wanted a chicken bacon ranch and she just kept closing the window then asking the same question. seemed REALLY spaced out we ended up just leaving

I often go to subway after school. Due to some other students vandalizing, we could only go into subway if we were going to buy something. A few days ago I went there with two other friends. I didn’t know what to order yet so I waited a few minutes to order. The lady that was working told us that she was going to have to ask us to leave if we weren’t going to buy anything and we didn’t say anything because we were going to buy something. A few minutes later I ordered food for me and one of my other friends. Another one of my friends also helped me pay for my food. While we were eating our food, a police officer came into Subway and told us that we had to leave. He said that the employees said that we were asked to leave several times and we refused. First of all, this was a whole lie. They didn’t even ask us once to leave because all they said was that we would have to leave if we didn’t buy anything, and we did buy something. They could have gotten my friends and I in a lot of trouble, but thankfully the police officer was very understanding.

I just ordered there and I asked for my sandwich to be Italian and it be grilled and I got it cold and I got herbs and cheese? My cheese wasn’t even melted and my chicken is cold. Calling tomorrow for my money back. Plus you guys discontinued roast beef but it’s on your menus like you can serve it.. never had a probably til the last two times I’ve been there.

The worst experience ever. The employee named Heather was very rude and refused to give me corporates number. I eat at Subway almost daily. And today was absolutely the worst. It wasn’t even busy. But the employee acted like I wasn’t even there. Please hire better employees.

Whoever owns this particular Subway needs to do better by their customers AND employees. It' is currently 5pm on a Friday night - which is buy 2 Footlongs get 1 Free day as of December 2021 - yet there is only ONE employee on duty.We came to get our pick-up order which was marked as "ready" on the Subway app but it wasn't ready at all.We've been stuck watching people order multiple sandwiches while this poor employee works alone, trying to keep up with the orders coming in. She's doing things as quickly as she can but it's obviously unfair and beyond stressful that she's juggling the entire store alone. She's having to handle in-store orders, mobile orders AND drive thru while also working to keep things clean.Let's be real: nobody working in fast food is paid enough to juggle everything on their own, not even managers. She's not a manager from what I can tell.The kicker is that we placed our mobile order which was marked ready at 4:35 PM and we're still here at 5:29 PM. Meanwhile drive-thru customers who arrived after us are being served before us. And our sandwiches aren't ready because this poor girl can't do the work of 2+ people and be expected to be timely.This is solely on the manager, to be clear. I don't blame this employee at all. She's doing a helluva job despite the circumstances.Multiple people have come into the store within the 40 minutes I've been here and each of them has left because the wait time is unreasonable. So far I've counted five people arriving in-store and then quickly leaving after being told about the wait time.I had a close friend who worked in this particular Subway restaurant over 5 years ago. It wasn't much better back then, either. Seriously EP Subway... One employee on a busy Friday night is utterly ridiculous. Do better by your employees if you expect to have satisfied customers.

Worker would not awnser drive thru. Went inside she burnt both of my sandwiches twice. Says they are out of tomato’s. As soon as I walk out the door at 8:30 she locks it and they are supposed to close at 9:00. There is a line of customers in drive thru and doesn’t have headset on. Plz fire this woman.

I don’t ever really do reviews but in this instant I’m very upset about my service when I pulled into the drive through at 11:23 and was told just a min because she was already with someone which I totally understood because I to work in the food industry and know that 1st come 1st severed but what I don’t understand is why it is now 12 and I have yet to be helped and other people are leaving before I’m helpedThe picture was proof that I really was there at 11:23Will not be back!!!

Oh Maria...for starters, you being a manager is a joke. You’re rude, argumentative, and extremely unprofessional. The customer is always right. When a customer presents the manager with an issue, correct the problem with prompt attention. Don’t argue like a spoiled little girl with a chip on her shoulder and bad case of PMS.

Its a subway. Seems to be clean everytime im in it. They like all the various subway workers everywhere hate those 3 footlong coupons so please be mindful when you use them. AKA not when theres the lunch or dinner rush.

We went to the one on Washington in east Peoria. Stood in line for 15 minutes with no service we left and went to the one by new star bucks all they had was Italian bread and was told by the worker it was the healthiest. Who cares I wanted honey oat then when I was told they were out I tried asking for wheat and was told it just went into oven. So both subways we didnt get food and so we went to hardees and got our food fast and right and no problems... Wont be going to Subway.

Ordered BLT extra meat. Open the wrapper and a huge gnat crawls out from the sandwich. I complain and ask for my sandwich amount to be refunded and was told No but they could make me another sandwich. I refused because I doubt my sandwich was the only thing the gnat had crawled on plus I'm sure he has some friends.We will not be returning.

Always go to subway for fast food i think there food is more healthier for you to eat then most other fast food places people is always friendly there and so far I've never had a messed up order from there. The restaurant has a nice cozy feel to it and the newer stores really looks nice in there just like setting in your own dining room

Only one person working (safety issue I would think)... She acknowledged us at drive thru... Waited ten minutes at speaker... Finally left in frustration. Same issues in the past, won't go back.
