Excellent selection and short checkout lines, as opposed to their competition. They carry items that other areas stores don't carry. The rewards program is easy to use and will send you targeted offers. The store also feels safe, unlike some other Peoria stores. It is one of three stores on our grocery store rotation.

I love their selection of groceries. They offer nice quality items. Their produce section is the bomb! We love to buy our produce here as it's always fresh and very good! It costs more, but you get what you pay for in quality!

Terrible customer service, lack of empathy or care. Terrible checkout practices. Really bad attitudes and worst experience at a schnucks. Peoria has no business running these stores. Both locations are lacking so much. The deli woman was rude, the manager was rude everyone was miserable and crabby. Awful

Went in there for the first time ever intending on stopping at the pharmacy for medicine that was scripted from the ER. Had to grab a couple other things and when I asked the cashier if they would open, she was awfully rude telling that they dont work weekends. My bad, Google stated they were open, no need to get snippy with me. She was very short for the rest of the interaction and I won't be shopping there for groceries in the future.

I love this store! It has sooo many of the products I'm looking for. It's a clean, well stocked store,with a lot of variety, and many specialty items. The staff is friendly and very helpful. The deli has delicious items to choose from, and if you purchase the meat in the glass case, you will not be disappointed!

Exceptionally helpful and friendly people plus, great selection of products. Prices are a bit higher than other stores but their location and friendliness make up for it. Also, they do have reward points that are pretty good.

Lovely stop on my way back into town. Stumbled upon the clearance rack and snagged some coffee and soups. Happy to shop in a clean store. Cashier was great! Restroom was clean and smelled like nothing.

Beautiful store, very clean! I only wish they'd start stocking the olive sticks like they do at their Peoria store. Also, I gave it 4 stars because I have one complaint about the deli section. Their wings are huge gorgeous, plump & juicy and by far would be the best ever with one exception. Large pockets of fat along the ridges of the (plank side) wings. Any way to remove those prior to cooking them? Beyond gross! Might be just a side effect for such a large wing. If so, I'll try the drummy side instead of the planks and if they're just as bad I'll sadly have to give them up. :-( Regardless, great store in a perfect location.

We like this store and usually shop there. I do have a problem with their helpfulness sometimes. They had a special on the purchase of 4 diet Pepsi 2 liters. I went there to get some. They only had 3 2liter bottles so I asked them if they could give me the special price on the 3. The clerk said no you have to pay full price or get a bottle of a different flavor to make the 4. I have had a similar problem at other stores and they gave me the 3 at the special price.

I like shopping at Schnucks. They have a great selection of almost everything I look for along with competitive pricing. The aisles are clear, the shelves are well stocked & most of the staff is friendly and helpful. There was a hiccup at the check out, though. First, the young man running the register carded me (I am 72 years old) & when I produced my i.d., he didn't bother to look at it. What was the point? More than a little irritating. Next, he double scanned a rotisserie chicken I was buying & had to call for help to correct the problem. Finally, he removed the "conveyor belt bar/indicator" that the person behind me had placed to separate our purchases & started scanning them onto my bill. Again, a little irritating. Maybe it was his first chance to run the register. Anyway, I will probably shop there again someday.

Very nice grocery store! They have a large salad bar with lots of selections, and a limited menu grill ,my friend raves about the burgers! Great deli and meat dept. Very helpful staff- shout out to Shawn P. !

Prices are a lil higher here than other stores i have been to. Didnt notice many sales or deals. I dont like the layout of the store and i couldnt find what i was looking for. It is clean and one of the ladies was nice and helpful to me over in the self checkout. If theyd lower their prices i would shop here more. But over all its not a bad place just needs some rearranging and lower prices and more deals like other stores.
