I took advantage of the deal that I've been seeing recently which was only $25, which is 50% off of the regular annual price. I enjoyed going in and looking around the store and seeing the different items that they had to offer as opposed to other stores that are like Sam's. I am considering buying a swing set and I was specifically looking at the black one that they had on display, I was really happy to be able to see that it was built inside the store so I could have a visual of the actual size. Access to the store was quite easy, I just showed my card on my phone as I walked in. Sams sells a lot of items in bulk, which is nice, and there's a huge variety of different types of items, furniture, electronics, food, and clothing just to name a few. I probably would only have one slight complaint and that would be the size of the rotisserie chickens and honestly, they looked like they were well done. I was quite surprised how small they were compared to other stores. Aside from that, I thought that the store was great and checking out when I was finished was quite easy. It'll be nice to shop in the store for the next year while I have the membership to see if I'll be renewing next year. Thank you for the discounted membership!

I enjoy going to Sam's club. If you're looking for a one stop shop this is the place. They have everything from food to household furniture. All you need is a membership to shop. Reasonable prices on bulk items.

Ordered some Bowflex adjustable dumbbells Wednesday for pickup today. Get a text today saying that the order has been canceled. Called them to see what was going on, they sold all the product they had in the store after I had already paid for them. Awesome customer service as well, didn't have any explanation for why they sold the product or anything. Basically told me they weren't gonna do anything other than refund my money.

I love all wholesale stores. But my experience was bad with customer service people. They kept waited me long time for not working their credit card. It was their fault but I had to wait such a long time.

Called to cancel membership3/17/24.money was taken out.called about refund.keep being told 7-10 days.called 4 times.still haven't received.now told should receive by April 20.was thinking of going back later but not now

Its okay. Since the last several visits have been very good. It used to be a rude place but the last 6 months have shown a significant change at least from my perspective. Staff has been kind and helpful, the store is clean and we find what we need. You can get a bite to eat or grab a drink at the Cafe for cheap. The guy who runs the kitchen is always slammed and yet he and employees get it done as best as they possibly can. A line for the Cafe out ran the line for people waiting to have their receipt checked at the door. They have some good deals from time to time. The kids like the free samples so that's a win too. Parking is plentiful, always has carts ready. Must have membership card at the door but you can obtain a temp card online or in person at the member services counter. I've never used the restrooms here yet, so I cannot say what they were like but the rest of the store is clean so I assume the restrooms are too. They will help you to your car with your items if you ask for it at checkout. We saw an elderly woman ask for help and they escorted her and helped her into her car and packed her items in her car for her.

Last Saturday night I lost my eyeglasses while loading my car. Later that evening I returned to search for them but had no luck. Today I came to the store and talked with Claudia about replacing the lost glasses. Unfortunately, they are no longer available. While I was still in the store I talked with several employees who told me that a pair of glasses had been found Saturday night. I went from the service desk to the cage area talking with Thad, Preston, Eric, Kevin, and Alexia. All employees were genuinely concerned and attempted to help me find the missing glasses. I could not have asked for better service. In the end it was Alexia, who was working at the exit door who recognized me and told me where she had put them for safekeeping.I want everyone to know how grateful I am to the employees at Sam’s Club. If you've seen 1 (warehouse club) you have seen em all - be it BJs Costco or Sam's Club.Nothing bad or wrong with Sam's Club but I prefer Costco over it due to better product selection and layout where things are easy to locate.

I love the choices they have for everything here. I find it pretty convenient and fairly priced. I feel like Sam's is more for everyday items where Costco is great for finding unique items. I prefer to go to Sam's though for all of my grocery needs and I think they have a better cafeteria menu on the way out. Another thing(probably my favorite) is you can scan your items and pay on the app. No more checkout lines! Very convenient.

It's a smaller Sam's that doesn't have the full selection of products you might expect if you are from a larger city. Order Online is a disaster due to poor placement of checkout lanes. Food area is jammed right next to the exit, so it's hard to get out when busy. Overall, a stressful trip every time.

A nice, big store with an excellent sized dairy cooler but with the foulest-mouthed employees I’ve ever experienced. Multiple employees stocking the floor in high-vis vests were cussing up a storm in conversation with each other.

Went to Sam's Club in Peoria and wanted to sign up for the $25.00 special and the lady was very rude and disrespectful. She said you have to do that on line. I said can you help me and she was like no I said on line only. I work in Peoria so was going to check it out cause going to East Peoria Costco is inconvenient. I spend $800 or more a month at Costco so guessing Sam's Club doesn't want my business.

Great store but watch the prices, some deals are not good if you can't use the bulk you buy. You have to buy a lot of things you really need to justify the yearly membership fee.

I love it!! You can stock up in bulk and not have to worry about buying every week or every other week. Very convenient, except the long line to get out of the store because they check your receipt. Put more then one person at the door.

I was shopping at the Peoria, Illinois. I went up to Xavier who was out to get carts and asked him where I could get a flatbed cart, he said they would be in the parking lot and said he would go get me one. He ran out to one of the cart corrals and brought me one back. I am so impressed by the courtesy of the employees at this Sam’s Club. Keep up the good work. Thanks

Worst Sam's ever! Nothing stocked or organized. It's hard to find assistance. Cleanliness, customer care, unavailable flat carts, and long lines to get out of the store. The store wasn't that busy, or some of these things could be overlooked. Costco has them, hands down in this market.

Had a great experience with the woman working the food counter. I couldn't hear her due to my hearing impairment and had to communicate my order via a note typed on my phone and she was immediately accommodating. She didn't make a big deal out of it and even wrote me a note on the back of a plate to have a nice day. It was very sweet and totally unexpected.

Sometimes hard to find an associate. The app definitely makes shopping easier, including scan & go. There is a huge amount of parking lot being wasted while they could easily add a gas station.

Before the change of the price of the all beef combo I was able to get 1 combo and 2 additional hot dogs for $2.88. The last two times I went there I asked for 1 combo all beef hot dogs and 3 additional hot dogs and they are charging me for the price of the combo on all 4. That is trouble for they are overcharging me for just 3 hot dogs. If they don't have a price for a single hot dog then say so don't just charge me for four combos and I will be talking to both the store manager and corporate office about this.

Checked out, person checking receipt , 1 item charged twice. Needed to go to customer service. 6 in line, man behind counter asked another employee to help with the line...she resonds "i can't do that". 20 more minutes in this line, no the same girl that said, no i can't. Tells guy to take his lunch and I'm next. She asked for my Sams card, i handed it to her, she looked at me with additude! Tells me "turn it over". She was rude. Long orange/reddish color.
