It was hard to schedule an appointment for a full detail; no one answered the phone. We finally went in person and got an appointment for three days later. We chose the dazzler level, since we didn’t need the engine cleaned, just the interior and exterior. We were disappointed with the results. There were small pieces of trash left on seats and in cubbies. If you moved the seats forward or backward, you could see that they didn’t even vacuum under the seats, which is why you pay for someone to detail your car. If I can open the driver door and see dirt, it’s a problem. The back rows of our traverse were obviously quickly done and much was missed. We had to take the vehicle to another car wash to use the free vacuums to finish the job. Very disappointing! Why did I pay for someone to do a mediocre job on this?

I went to get a full service on my suburban, i had broken windshield so there was some glass still in the vehicle , my point is they did not whipped a thing inside , didnt take my trash out , they said the dont touch people s personal belongings , i sent it through again and there is still glass on my seat very unhappy with service . Dont use services here . I attached some photos of bad service.

I am on a very strict budget. Saying that, I just wasted $45 to treat myself by getting my car washed and vacuumed. I've been to this location before with no problems. This time was a completely horrible experience. My truck didn't even look to be vacuumed at all and the mats were a mess. I will never again trust or spend the money to have this place service my truck. Heartbroken and sick to my stomache on the money I wasted. This money also included a tip. Drivers side at first glance looked fine. Further inspection proved otherwise.

Just left this car wash that we use frequently and it was awful! The wash was great but little to no wipe down of outside of truck. No wipe down of inside doors, no windows washed and half of passenger side inside wiped down. I capfuls understand if it was miserably hot out, but it was a beautiful morning. Hubby came home and did it himself. Doubt I’ll be coming back for awhile.

I've been here over the years for regular exterior washes with no complaints, but this was my first interior detailing since purchasing this car several years ago. I explained I needed stains removed for previous smoking and general food spills over the years. The detailing took approximately three hours, but when I got it back, I was very happy with the results. Red Carpet did a great job on my car and was very affordable for the jobs I was asking.Services: Seat shampooing, Wheel washing, Auto interior vacuuming

Had my car detailed for the first time in 4 years. It was nasty and they did a great job. Very professional, responsive to questions, and called when it was done. Highly recommend!Edit: They have "temporarily" closed the detailing work. I have checked back every couple months for a while now, but keep getting the same story "try back in 3 weeks". So I'm assuming it's really shutdown for good. Their website still has it listed though. My guess is that they can't find workers. Too bad. They did a really good job years ago and I was wanting an Executive detail again.

The service itself was outstanding. I had dropped off my car a day early by mistake and they still took care of me. The staff was polite and very helpful. If I could rate the service alone, 5 stars. However, the quality of work was not what I expected for a next to top level detail and the price I paid. Gunk in the cup holders still, a bit of spill on the side of the arm console that I got out with some cleaner myself, and no air fresheners. Even at the quick hand wash at other locations they throw in a few of those, didn’t get those here. In sum: wonderful service, quality of work for amount spent, lots of room for improvement.

I was here today at around noon and was recommended by one of my friend to try it.Even my rare view mirrors weren't properly cleaned.They have marks of soap on em and the body too.Below part of front doors are still dirty.I think 4-5 guys were cleaning my car but i wonder what they did.Sadly, won't be back again. Neither recommend to my friends. Sorry.[Update] After genuine apology from the owner i thought of giving Red Carpet another try. I emailed as requested and await a response. Let's see how they do it this time at 8201 Knoxville Ave branch.I will probably change my rating after this visit.Thanks.Update: they didn't send me anything. SUPER incredibly pisspoor attempt at cleaning our brand new car. I’ve not ever been this disappointed with a car wash in all my years of car ownership. We purchased the top $27+ complete detail and their employees left marks, dirt, lint, inside and out. Puddles of water on the front floor mats, rear seat not ever touched. There were still bug bits on the front hood!!!!Your manager? The youngster in the red shirt? Didn’t apologize or even say a word to us. The other boys were clueless when I kept pointing to things that were wrong. Definitely telling all our friends😡Services: Full body wash, Auto interior vacuuming

Haven't had a bad experience with the quick washes or details. Scheduling a detail can take a little bit but I'll gladly call a couple times to get my car looking and smelling brand new. Support this local, family-owned business!

This was the worst car wash experience I’ve ever had. These pictures were taken after the “The Works - Full Service” $27 wash was completed. My interior looked like it had not been touched, and there was no “new car smell.” Waste of money and never going back.Services: Full body wash, Auto detailing

I was there on 2/28/20 and got a Works package wash. The car looked incredible and was sparkling clean. When I got home however, I noticed that a piece of trim behind my passenger side mirror was missing. I called and explained the situation and asked if someone could maybe take a look and see if they could find it. Within 30 minutes the manager, Cody, called me back to let me know he found the piece and it was intact and could be popped right back into place. Which they did for me when I went back! Everyone was lovely and kind and helpful. This was my first visit to this location, but it will not be my last visit!!

I scheduled an interior detail and a very very poor job was done the first time. When i brought my vehicle back after speaking to a manager, they took two days to complete my service. Didn’t call me to pick up my vehicle and also did not call me when issues arose during the process. Very poor customer service, especially from Brett the Car Wash Manager.Service: Auto detailing

I took my car in yesterday to get "The Executive" detail package: it's $195 for this because it's a complete detail of inside, outside and engine. Holy hell is it worth it! I have NEVER seen my car this clean before, not even when I bought it! I was actually a little embarrassed bringing it in because the inside was so dirty. Sometimes I feel like I'm living in my car and it's been a couple years since I've had it detailed. When I got in it after getting it back I was so shocked at how clean it is, and I still am cringing getting into it because I don't want to mess up how clean it is. They even filled up my low tire I had! I am so impressed! If I need any detailing services in the future I will definitely be coming back. Thank you Red Carpet Carwash on Knoxville and the individuals who worked on my car yesterday, I am a very happy customer.

First time bringing my car here for detail today. (Lexus ES 350). Tom is a great guy and worked with me on time and price. Didn't try to sell me the most expensive one just because. He chose one that would best fit my budget and my needs. Besides the excellent customer service they did an AMAZING job on the detail. Will definitely be coming back here again.

Many times I have had the detail dept wash my car by hand because my husband is opposed to car washes. They have always done a great job. I've been begging my husband to let them do an actual detail service with wax, etc. He finally agreed and he was very pleased with their work. They woked magic on a trunk scratch and we had bad water spots to deal with after sprinklers hit our car for an extended time in our driveway. They are thorough and their prices are very fair. I am getting ready to call to take our other car in for the same treatment.

Today was my first and last time to visit any red carpet car wash. I had paid for the 25.99 package ( or close to that amount) when my car was done I found that the hey did not touch my windows not did any vaccuming. I had asked the attendant to speak to the manager and after waiting for several minutes I asked her if he was going to come out only to be told" he was busy" the young lady was very aloof and quite rude. I told her I wasn't leaving without seeing him, she called him and I was told to pull forward and follow the yellow line. The manager came out and I showed him exactly what his employees had not done and he very rudely said he would do it himself.aftet he did so and I had left I realized just how badly streaked my windows were. The job that was done was very poor, customer service was equally as bad.. o will not return

Tried the Express Car Wash which is a new option. The car goes through the wash and then only the exterior is wiped down. After ONE swipe with a towel, the crew leader put up his arm to indicate the car was done. Three or four other guys were still hurriedly working on the car and I could see they had finished too quickly. When I got the car home, it had dirt all over all four doors. I had to take a damp towel and go over the entire car myself. They stress speed much more than quality. :(

Not very impressed. Vacuuming was done poorly and extremely fast. The whole front grill and headlights were never even wiped down. I really feel they need to slow down instead of rushing and a Manager should perform random spot checks on completed cars.

The worst experience ever I had to tell them they didn't do a good job the back seat were not even touched. After I told them to clean the interior they took it back and did absolute nothing about it . Will never go again. Don't recommend this carwash at all!

I was totally pleased with the way they detailed my car. I had some wicked brake dust on my chrome rims that I couldn't get off and they worked on them 'til they shined like a mirror. When it was time for me to pick the car up, my wife wasn't around to take me there so they came to my home and picked me up. They get my vote.

I wish they at this location wipe the cars down better. If I buy the rims and tires just dont put the liquid to shine the tires but wipe down the rims. Kind of silly doing this and nothing else. One last thing, if Green Chevrolet can offer a detail for less money why cant you guys and they do a much better job!

Went there yesterday 12/9/18 they must have been in real hurry because inside of car wasn't vacuumed well at all, didn't wipe down the inside at all paid 25 for the best possible and definitely did not get it. Very disappointed!!!!!!!!! Oh and they didn't even put air freshener in the car.

Very disappointing service provided. Cleanings and vacuuming was not done well. Food particles remained after cleaned. Complain to the manager who came with crappie hand vacuum and didn't make any changes . Poor service. While there another customer also complained about her car not vacuumed well. Manager gave us both flimsy excuses that's they could not meet every customer demand . Which is simply cleaning. We pay so much for poor service.. not good .Very poor service period.
