This was my first time visiting the new location and it was so nice to see that they were able to rebuild! There were alot of selections and fresh meat! The employees were nice and the business was clean. They offer a banquet room and a restaurant were you can get hot n ready food! We will be returning!Congrats you guys the place looks great!

Wow, great meat market. Along with other food items. We were there at lunch time. They sell hamburgers hot dogs etc at super great prices. We visit whenever we are in town.

I haven't been in a while, but I went to rabers this month! The store was really clean and in order for a new customer to enjoy,, I bought lots and have enjoyed the porterhouse p.chops the most ! m.m.m.thanks for my great experience, I'll be back again and again!

Disappointed is how I would describe my last visit. I ordered hams and turkey’s for my team to say thanks. So I decided to go the extra mile and get fresh not frozen turkeys. When we get there they said sorry we put these in the freezer and didn’t get them out in time and they started to freeze. Started to freeze is an understatement they were frozen all the way through. Yet I paid 135.00 for two turkeys that were supposed to be fresh yet they were clearly frozen, how can I believe they are fresh when clearly they are frozen. Now we will have to thaw out fresh turkeys before we can cook them. This is the last time I will spend that kind of money at Rabers. Very disappointed.

Freshest cuts of meat. I bought a bundle that filled my freezer up! SPLURGED on some thick new York strips and they were heavenly. Really can't beat the prices either. Will definitely be back!

Small grill cafe St Louis style smoked ribs were really good and tender af!!!! Actually smoked not boiled like the smoking pit or country club bbq. They were 9$ for half slab and 16$ for whole slab. I got bbq sauc on side. It was delicious as well. I hope they have them again.

Check out Page in the deli dept. Try one of the pasta salads. They are made fresh there and are awesome. Huge fresh meats. Take a jacket with you , you always want to spend more time in the meats. Great prices awesome staff.

Stopped in their new store recently. (I haven't been to Raber's since the 1970's.) Glad I did. I picked up two shopping bags of meat - brats, sausage, chicken, steaks, fish - and it only cost me $70. Good quality stuff, too. We had ribeyes last night and they were very good! Good prices & products, clean store, helpful staff - I'll be back.

Awesome selection of fresh meat and quite a large selection of fresh side dishes. We bought a double pack of baby back ribs, which smoked up very well. Also bought some of their potato salad and seafood salad. Staff was friendly and helpful. All around great shopping experience.

NOTE: This review is for banquet space experience only.The good: food, bar.The bad: lighting.The ugly: sound.Buffet style food was good. Pulled beef, fried chicken, cheesy hash brown potatoes were tasty. The bar service was good also.Space has gymnasium style lighting with no dimming. The only other lighting is a couple of strands of Christmas tree lights hanging from the ceiling that do not light the space if the overhead gym lights are turned off.The room DESPERATELY needs sound deadening and lighting work. Concrete floors, gypsum walls, and an exposed metal ceiling make 100 people sound like 10000. I could not hear myself think, let alone hear anything being said on the DJ's microphone. Presenter resorted to shouting without the mic and that was actually marginally better. I did not notice a built in sound system either, but I may have missed it.If lighting and sound are addressed, this could be a 4-5 star room

We used Raber’s to cater our class reunion. The food was excellent, everyone had plenty to eat, and it was great quality meats. Super tender and cooked to perfection.

The new Raber's is amazing! Clean and full shelves, friendly faces, lots of helpful people. It was sad to lose the old location, but this new one really sets a whole mood. They have a cute little eat in area with great prices. I highly recommend everyone go check it out at least once!

Loved the new facility that was long in coming after the other one burned down a few years ago. This location is much better beings it's easier to notice as one drives down the highway. Much larger facility with dining in or take out. The very best selection of quality on site butchered meats, etc. Can't help but to be impressed.

New building with a larger retail area and small grill cafe for a quick or grab and go bite! Meat room is very well lit, prices and product names are clearly displayed. The staff is INCREDIBLY HELPFUL! Small selection of common wines to pair with the food, rubs and seasonings for the meats, plus just about any condiment you'd need (some are too much of a selection). Lots of locally made stuff as well. They do carry some fresh fish and seafood but most is frozen. Prices are reasonable and they will package to order.Raber is definitely worth a visit soon!

As big as the place is it is short on products, but very friendly and free samples. Order their rack of ribs, had 1/2 BBQ Hog for my wedding about 20 years ago and was outstanding.

Raber's catered our wedding this March, and we couldn't have asked for a better experience! They were great to work with, and our guests are STILL raving about the food. They are reasonably priced and we got to keep the leftovers! They were well organized and their staff made sure my husband and I got to eat and even took our drinks to our table for us. Highly recommend!

Just love this place. Jess was the person that helped us pick our meat out. She was very nice answering questions that we had. Always smiling and nice. Wish Raber Packing would consider opening up a little store in or closer to our town Kewanee. Can't beat the tender awesome tasting meat they offer. 5 stars in my book.

Excellent varieties of meat, lunch meat and cheese. A nice selection of frozen foods as well! There's always been a great bunch of people that work there. I miss u all & the meats. Love them sizzlers! I just pray they can build in this area. Try above Farmington Rd hill!

Was so excited to see raber's to open back up. The employees were awesome and so was the lady at the deli bar. The meat and deals on other things were awesome. Not disappointed at all . Will return and will get the deals raber's offers
