Great selection of flooring and tiles. We worked with Jo on our project and she ironed out every wrinkle that appeared with the flooring manufacturer. Several times the wrong material was sent in error by the manufacturer and Jo proactively handled each issue. If I could give less than one star I would, but no one would ever know the truth. I'll never remove this. Unworthy of even 1 star. Management- horrible person. Should be removed and retired.To add after your response:You sure didn't go out of your way to prevent this negative feedback. In fact, you did nothing. I don't think y'all learned anything. Cries for support and understanding were requested and there is nothing you could say now that could change how you all handled the situation. Time passed and nothing. I am extremely disappointed in this local establishment. Thanks for your positive response in the hopes of making yourselves feel better. Better training is needed on your part, and your management. You can't know your own business if you are only there for short visits to see the cap that goes on, rather than what happens when you aren't there and how others are treated. Good luck in your business young one. May the force be with you or as your Manager likes to say "I'll be praying for you."

My experience was that I purchased a bad product at a premium price then the girl told me and my contractor both the engineered floor could be floated, glued or nailed. Not true. 6months and $8,000 later I have to have it all removed and buy new floor and pay for it to be redone from scratch.
