I have just recently started taking our lab/pit mix to PetSmart grooming. This was our second time. Maggie loves the attention. On the walk into the store, she pulled on the leash she was so excited. They do such a good job!

They always re vamp their clearance sections and I’m always able to find 1 or 2 things for my dog besides restocking her food. Free membership is handy but sometimes hard to remember to activate points shopping deals, so remember to activate in the mobile app first

Yesterday was my first time getting a cat and I had no idea where to begin to get supplies for a cat. I ran into an assistant there. Jensen (please forgive me for not asking her last name. I want to keep it confidential incase she was not comfortable giving it away.) was my assistant. I had told her that I was on a tight budget and I had no idea what to get. So, without any hesitation she guided me through the store and had asked me questions to see what I needed and making sure the cat felt right at home. Everything Jensen told me was a big help. The cashier was very patient with me. If you guys need any help with guinea pigs, Jensen’s the one to go to. (I hope someone out there finds this helpful.)

It was horrible , ask for a more,experienced groomer so they said the manager will groom my dog ,Ok set the appointment , was call in told ,change my appointment ,Date to a friday at 2:30 went to get dog at 5:45, my dog had not had a bath her fur long , short place all over her body, she tells me after 4hour she can fix it to come back on a monday, at this point am really upset. Let call theCorporate office maybe they can help waiting on a call from them.

Really like this tank kit and stand that I purchased at petsmart. It's a bit cloudy but it's just starting out. Also, they have mystery snails and petco did not have any snails.EDIT: ACTUALLY THIS TOP FIN FILTER IS NOT GREAT. I GOT A TIDAL 55 INSTEAD TO REPLACE IT... THAT CLEARED UP MY CLOUDY WATER. WATCH ONLINE VIDEOS BEFORE BUYING FISH...LOTS TO LEARN ABOUT CARIBG FOR THEM!

The groomer did exactly what I asked. I showed her a photo of how I wanted my dog groomed and she did exactly what I asked for. We went in with a scruffy looking pooch and came out with a clean and nice smelling pampered pup.

Everything is good! And I love to take my dog here for service and food. I had my dog grooming service today. My appointment was at 6 pm but they call me and reschedule my appointment early at 3:30 pm and offer me 20% off the service. However, I checked out and they said we didn't know we offer you 20% maybe our employee's mistake. My opinion is if you cannot do it just say No and don't say to the customer if you are not sure!

Nice big pet store with a wide selection of needs for all varieties of pets. There is a large selection of pet food for dogs, cats, birds and fish. Lots of bedding, collars, toys and chew toys. Polite, courteous and attentive employees. Conveniently located just off Big Hollow and near War Memorial Drive.

I was able to watch part of my pups grooming. I like that the staff wasn't rushed & forceful. It was a wonderful experience for my pup & she seem to enjoy supporting her new look. It was costly, but to see how content she was meant a lot to me!

We've sent our dog here for grooming a couple of times and they have been terrific with him each time. Best selection of toys and treats in the area (including the lovely cashier who gave him his favorite treat!)

This store is how I wish they were ALL. The second I walked in it looked 100% better then our local 2. When I asked the young lady in the fish area for a couple snails. The cleaning of the tanks were put on hold and she very politely helped me. The entire fish area was clean and the fish all looked way better then most other stores. Please keep up the great work.

A great store with a good location. The most difficult (in a good way) part of the store is all the foster animals you see walking in! Definitely takes my time to at least go see those cats.

A lot of products have lower prices online (on their own site and app). The store price matches but it’s inconvenient to price match so many items. I recommend ordering online and picking up to get the best prices. The staff are helpful.

Layout was really nice as the store had plenty of room and wasn't crowded. The customer service was generally lacking from a majority of the staff to help find a couple items that they ultimately claimed they didn't carry to only find a few of them in checkouts.

So thankful to Sage in the grooming department at PetSmart Peoria today. She was very kind and so generous to groom my aunts dog at no charge. My aunt is in hospice care in her final days and Sage's kindness during this difficult time for our family meant so much.

Just stopped in for some pet food. They had a dog adoption going on and pet training. And all the groomers were staffed. It was a busy fun place.
