Excellent service. Needed help finding something and had multiple employees volunteer to assist. They are very friendly and though they didn’t have the item in stock, they helped me find a store that did so I could get what I needed. Very polite and helpful.

Probably the worst Ace Hardware I have ever been in. All the employees we’re playing with there phones. I left and went across town to the Ace on Forest Hill. Won’t be back here.

Great hometown hardware store. A little higher prices than the big box stores. But the staff is way more knowledgeable and helpful. I dare you to walk in the sore and not get greeted and asked if you need help finding something. Highly recommended.

I just had a five star experience. Mark in the shop area dropped what he was doing to sharpen my mower blades and keep me mowing over this holiday weekend. Great service! And during my short wait I was able to shop for all my other home improvement projects. Thanks!

The staff were exceptional in assisting me with finding items and found what I wanted in back stock. I would recommend that Ace Hardware to others. They have a good selection of live traps.

Every time I come in here Helen is SO nice and so helpful. She's got the items and their locations memorized and always has helpful tips on product choices. I hate to think of the state of utter disrepair my home would be in without Helen! A hardware store is just a hardware store, employees like her are what set it apart.

Knowledgeable adults are needed for helping customers. Inquired if they had a belt pulley for a mower shaft. They said "no" and suggested I try Bass Pro. More product training is needed.

I was shopping for a Milwaukee 12volt drill and driver set, I found one at Home Depot for $ 119 and thought I would shop at the LOCAL Ace Hardware store where I have been a customer since it opened back in 2003. I went in the store and was told it was not in stock but they would order it and be available in 6 days. They did in fact call me to let me know the product was in the store. I went to pick it up and as I was paying for it I was told the price was $ 179. I then showed them a the price from there website showing that it was $ 119 and then was told that was the internet price only. Needless to say I said I would purchase the product at Home Depot and was given a shrug as if they didn’t care. I went home and purchased the product at the price of $ 119 from Home Depot online with free shipping. So much for supporting local merchants. Buyers be aware of there total indifference to there customers.

I have been shopping at Tim’s Ace for years. There is always someone there to help out, unlike the big box stores. The prices are reasonable but I love the Benjamin Moore Aurora paint. One coat and that is all you need. I highly Recommend both the store and the paint!!!!

Any painter looking for next level service for your business needs to go here. They cater to every need and staff is amazing. And you can not beat the pricing on Benjamin Moore paint. Been painting for 12 years and Benjamin moore is hands down the most resilient paint on the market. And they are the on my place in town to get it. This level of service doesn't exist anymore. Can't say enough good things about these guys!

When I worked near here I always dropped in to see what was around and listened to the advice of the knowledgeable staff. This store has some good employees and they'll point you in the right direction on whatever project your doing!

I’ve been shopping at Tim’s Ace since it opened. I have always had friendly helpful service there. When we moved into our new home we had to repaint almost all of the inside and we got it all from Tim’s Ace. Great service and great paint!

Walked in and and was immediately helped right when I walked through the door. They paged someone and I was able to find what I needed and checkout in less than 5 minutes. Great customer service, very friendly and willing to help

They say they cut keys, they won't. These small places are no better than big box anymore...you get what they provide, so find something you like about it and don't ask questions.

I have always been very happy with Tim's Ace Hardware, but I just had the worst customer service that I believe I have ever had anywhere. This employee's name that was extremely rude was Catlin.Tim since I know you personally I would have contacted you, but couldn't find any contact information. Sorry, but I had to take my business elsewhere.

Everytime ive come in here the staff has asked me if i needed help. The last time I visited the evening worker asked me if I wanted a job :) Extremely flattering but im a line cook and I have very little tool and hardware experience lol
