Matthew was great. He came the very next day and on time. He went right to work on my Maytag dryer and within little over an hour had it fixed. I needed 3 parts and he had them all. The cost was also very reasonable. I would highly recommend this company. 👌

Found Mr Appliance on google, their rating was a 4.9⭐️. Read up on the reviews and couldn’t find a bad post. My washer was leaking, I thought it was broken beyond repair but Mr. Appliance fixed it completely. Not only was it fixed but it was done very quickly. Customer service was phenomenal. We had Kevin as our technician, he did a great job. Very nice guy and very knowledgeable as well. I would recommend this company to anybody looking for quick, professional, reliable and affordable maintenance to any appliance.

We are very happy with this company. They were fast in responding & fast in scheduling. The repair tech, Kevin, was friendly, knowledgeable and successful in the repair. He had the part on-hand which was convenient. I would highly recommend this company if you need a repair.

The technician was very helpful and answered all of my questions and explain things thoroughly. He was very polite and professional. Their rates are competitive and I feel like it is quality work. Instead of trying to get me to spend a bunch of unnecessary money on a brand new refrigerator they helped me make the best choice for me and to repair the current one. My calls were answered immediately or I was called right back and felt like they valued my business.

The positive is that they were able to send a repairman the day I called. Everything went south from there. Went from a repairable washer to the scrap heap. They did refund the money for parts and repair less the service call. Should have just bought a new washer in the first place.

Before last week I had never heard of Mr Appliance! My teen son's and I were trying to move a treadmill upstairs for my dad. We watched a video and saw it had to be completely dismantled..my husband was unavailable ... Mr Appliance had to send 2 gentleman out and it was quite the process, it was a really big treadmill. They were polite, professional and took great care to protect the equipment. Before they left it was up and running....so thankful I had them come. There is cost of course because of the extra guy needed and considerable time to dismantle and put back together...so glad I found them in my Google search!

Kevin was really friendly. Fully explained everything that was found with our dryer. Fixed it quickly and at a reasonable price. Best part was... my dogs like, Kevin. If two dogs can agree that Kevin is a good guy, I'll agree that Kevin is a good guy.

Did a great job of fixing my ovens! I was afraid I would have to buy a new double oven set because the control panel went kaput. Replacement parts no longer available. But the repairman removed the bad panel and sent it out for repair. Panel has been replaced and all is well!

JT Rich went out of his way to fix every aspect of my dryer, and with a great attitude. It was a complex job on an older dryer, and I believe that his many years of experience were crucial to getting it running again. Thanks also that I was given an appointment for his visit the day after I called, with no wait time!

We had 2 technicians come to our house to replace the compressor on our fridge. One of the techs created a bunch of black carbon soot when the started up the torch. The black soot is everywhere. It is in 3 different rooms, on our counters, our appliances, on the outside and inside of our cabinets. They could have helped clean up the mess before they left. No apologies or nothing. It is going to take us a lot more time to clean up everything and get our house back to normal. I called the office but they seemed disinterested in really doing anything about it. The whole experience has been frustrating and perplexing given your “commitment” to being professional.

I have 3 door freezer compressors went out I bought a new one then I called mr. appliances and they came at the same day and professional job done and reasonable price for that type of work. Got it done like piece of cake. call mr. Appliance for all you need that’s my opinion.

They got me on the schedule right away and sent me a confirmation email with my repairman’s picture. I appreciated this very much being a woman alone during the day. Kevin was on time, friendly and professional. He was able to find and fix my fridge in the one visit and gave me some instructions on what to expect. I would put 0 star if i can. Completely unprofessional. They sent me a bill of two diagnose fees for one broken microwave. Moreover they increased the diagnose fee from $74 to $119. thus i got $119x2 = $238 total bill for a $74 “diagnose”. In fact they did not even tell me what the diagnose was. It is not a diagnose if you did not state what was broken. It is called a quote if you only state a price to fix it. In fact, they told me it is ~$500 to fix it and later jumped to ~$700, i guess maybe that was why they thought i should be charged for two diagnose fees?10/13 In response to the owner’s post below.Sorry that I donot know who you spoke to on the phone, but I know that was not me you spoke to.I know I dealt my microwave repair with Mr. Appliance at Peoria. they sent a debt collector to me to collect the two diagnostic fees. Had a great experience from the first call and discussing our refrigerator issue with the office scheduled to the actual repair. Company sent us a text with the service tech.’s name and photo and arrival time. Then another text to let us know that he would be arriving shortly. Very good communication on the front end. The service tech, Seth, was extremely nice and thorough in his explanation of the issue and required repair. He did a great job and answered all of our questions. Hopefully we won’t need to call again, but if we do need any appliance repairs we now have a go-to company to call on.
