Maui Jim Sunglasses are my absolute favorite! I have several pairs and they wear so well. I have sent a few back over the years to have a scratched lens replaced, they are fast and through with repairs. It is extremely simple to set up a repair online too. They feel like brand new glasses! Here are my most recent lens replacements by Jay at the repair center. I love them. What’s not to love? Oh, and they have polarized lenses. They are the best. Mahalo!

I've always justified the price because the quality of the glasses are so good... then I ended up needing a repair. Their customer service is AMAZING!! Such a big help, really quick with responding to email, super easy process, and really really nice.

I've had classic aviators for many years. The fit is great, and nothing beats the brown lenses for UV protection, clarity, and sheer eye relief.The first time I broke an armpiece (yes, do store them in their case!), I decided to drive a hundred miles to Peoria for the repair rather than rely on mail service, and I was so wowed by the staff and surroundings that I bought a smaller, "backup" pair.I've been back since then and they were just as amazing: It's a master class in customer service!

MJ has amazing products to offer. I have 2 pair of their polarized sunglasses (2 different tones) and I absolutely love them.. I've broken both pairs and customer service has set my mind at ease both times it has occurred and repaired them for a nominal cost Will refer this company any time I can..

Back when they were made of solid real glass, had my first Maui Jim in 2006, they were much better, the best glasses that you could get, outstanding, the colors were much more vibrant, they were darker (Akoni with HCL bronze glasses). Unfortunately, today they are no longer worth the high price in my opinion. Good, but not so outstanding as before, even if I like Wiki Wiki or Cliff House.

Lackluster pair of sun glasses by a company that will not stand behind it's cheaply made product. I would give customer care a 0 star rating, when the defective glasses were brought to their attention, nothing was done. Save your $$ for a better product. My Costa glasses lasted 4 years compared to nearly 5 months for the Maui Jim pair.

I have had dozens of pairs of MJ glasses. I have been a loyal customer for over a decade but no more. I wear the Lighthouse style glasses and the nose bridge breaks easily. They want $100 each time plus shipping to fix this .12 cent part that I should just be able to purchase and replace myself without having to send my glasses to MJ for 3 weeks just so they can squeeze another $100 out of me on a $200 pair of glasses. In my opinion MJ is acting in bad faith and trying to nickel and dime their customers when it comes to spare parts. I won’t play along anymore. MJ has lost a long time loyal customer forever. I will find a suitable replacement for my Lighthouse glasses from a manufacturer that won’t rip me off when I just need to replace a small part that frequently breaks.

Sent in my well worn pair of Maui Jim Black Coral sunglasses for new lens and temples. Maui not only sent me a brand new pair of sunglasses but they did so in a timely manner to make sure we had them in time for a vacation. Incredible customer service and super friendly staff. Not only am I a customer for life but I will preach the Maui Jim gospel to anyone who will listen!

I never knew about this brand. Honestly. I went to the airport store requesting sun glasses for hiking (I forgot my sunglasses at home). She provided me with many selections and different brands and once I put these sun glasses on I was like, forget it! Do not show me any more I just need to pick the right color for me!!!Light, pretty, sporty, fashionable, comfortable, stylish, great feel, I mean freaking perfect!

The sunglasses are fantastic, but the repair center could use a lot of improvement. It's a good thing I checked on the repair online - they just made up a shipping address to send the sunglasses back to me. The submission form specifically asks for a shipping and billing address - both of mine were the same, but they had an address halfway across the country that was nowhere on the form I submitted.I also paid extra for next day shipping and they sent it ground taking a week to get back to me. The agent in the customer service center had no reply for any of their screwups and made no concession.Great sunglasses - just hope you don't have to send them in for repair.

Just got my 15-20 year old sunglasses back from repair. they replaced a broken lens and made them like new!!! I have a few pairs thru the many years but they are my favorite and look forward to enjoy them for years to come.Great and fast repair!

Ok, I have been buying Maui Jim sunglasses since 1995, I still have all 7 pair. They are an excellent product. I live in AZ, so sunglasses are important. I traveled to Peoria for a business meeting and decided to visit the corporate location of Maui Jim. I arrived when they opened and opened up all the cases of sunglasses for them to review. Their technician came out and identified glasses that needed repair and maintenance. They performed the work while I waited! Super friendly staff and they only charged me for a new set of lenses in one pair. I was so impressed that I bought another pair that are really cool! I know they are expensive, but they are worth it!

Nothing like they used to be. Same high price, but CHEAP materials that get you bent frames, scratched lenses, and terrible hinges....no longer metal. Save your money because spending any of it on Maui Jims is now a COMPLETE WASTE.

I just want to say how impressed I am by your customer service. I will not buy another brand unless I can’t find an MJ to meet my needs. The left temple on my two year old prescription sunglasses broke. I called the customer service and they emailed me a ready to print form. Shipped the glasses and got them back within 10 days. Fully repaired for minimal charge. Emails to keep me informed. Thank you and keep it up!

I sent two pairs of Maui Jim’s in for repair. One, a bent frame and a lens issue on the other. Their service center was fantastic. Austin, my Repair Technician, was super helpful and fixed both pairs perfectly. He even called me with an update on the service! I’ve had my Kahuna’s for many years and like an old friend, it’s good to have them back. I’m a Maui Jim wearer for life. Many thanks!!

I can't say enough good things about this company. I have several pairs now and love each one for their respective attributes. I have had a couple of accidents and incurred breaks to the frames as a result. Maui Jim's Sunglasses has always fixed them free or a minimal cost. They have also gone the extra mile and thrown in a personal touch to make me feel like a valued customer. If you like value, high quality sunglasses and being appreciated this is a company to purchase from.

i had heard that MJ has legendary customer service but never needed to see. My wife broke the “arm” on her 5 year prescription sunglasses and she was happy they lasted that long…..i looked at them and said lets see about this customer service. We shipped them off and within 1 week they were returned fixed and to my surprise no charge! Apparently they discontinued the glasses but had replacement parts still in stock. Wow…thank you Maui Jim, you came through with flying colors. We are raving fans!

I purchased my first pair of Maui Jim sunglasses after having LASIK. I purchased the SHOALS model with Hawaiian Blue lenses. The fit, quality and clarity of the glasses is excellent and extremely durable as I wear them everyday and am very active. My glasses recently took a hard impact that cracked a lens and sheared the screw holding the temple on. I took them to the Maui Jim facility in Peoria where they were able to fix my frame and install new lenses. I paid for the lens replacement and went home, only to discover the new lens had a hairline crack. I went back the next day, they looked at the glasses and promptly issued me a new pair. The customer service here is excellent and most efficient! They assured that I'll be a customer for a long time. Highly recommended.

I still can't believe how amazing they are here! First time here and everyone was so nice. I brought in sunglasses with worn nose pieces and they replaced the whole sunglasses!!! They did not have the nose pieces anymore and these sunglasses were 15 plus years old! Simply amazing! I'm still amazed. Wonderful place!!

Nice glasses but rx lens replacement pricing is straight up predatory compared to regular lenses... Rx lenses for my frame are 600$ while those blessed with good eye sight only pay 75$. It's no doubt due to their dumb policy of insisting I go through a retailer for rx for no reason. It's 2023, it should be as easy as sending a copy of your rx like every other online glasses retailer does.Basically, I invested in these glasses because I was told they support their products. That has turned out not to be the case, so it looks like I'll be looking for a company that's not going to tell us having to wear rx lenses to cough up enough money to pay for new glasses every time we need our rx updated or we scratch a lens.

Maui Jim sets the standard for customer service!! Broke the frame on my favorite pair that I'd had for over three years. Shipped them back on Saturday, 12/17/22. They received them on Wednesday, 12/21, repaired them and shipped them back out on the same day. I received them today, Friday 12/23/22. There's a reason MJ is the only brand I buy...you guys rock!

Always so friendly and willing to help with your sunglass needs. Sunglasses are a little on the expensive side but well worth it!!! Especially if you need replacement parts, lenses etc. Wouldn't own any other brand.
