Working with Michael today was a fun and successful experience! From the initial phone call to picking out the perfect frames and lenses that fit my budget to paying for them, he was knowledgeable, friendly and patient. No pressure at all...just helpful information to get me to the final, perfect for me pair of prescription sunglasses. Great client-centered experience, not to mention a great selection of frames! And the added input from Ashley was appreciated as well. Wonderful teamwork!

I came in for repair of my eyeglasses, and service was excellent. I was warmly greeted when I entered the store and received prompt service. Vicky and Curtis took time to make sure my eyeglasses were restored to look as good as new, and they did it with a smile. I will be sure to come back for future needs!

Vickie was very helpful and patient. She told me about the various sales to choose from. She took pictures of me in each pair I chose and gave me prices with the various sales until I chose one. She adjusted my current glasses for me and now they fit great. She made my experience wonderful and I will return again.

The 5 stars this LensCrafters location has is no accident! My wife visited this location for the first time a few weeks ago, and once she arrived home she had tons of great things to say about the store and the staff. I was due for a checkup and new glasses and contacts, so I knew going in I'd be spending a fair amount of money.The staff that handle the initial examination were fantastic, very attentive, responsive, and efficient in taking care of everything. The doctor was also fantastic - he was very knowledgeable, extremely attentive, and was more than happy to answer all of my questions and make sure I was comfortable and happy with everything.The folks at the front of the store were also great! Glasses and contacts aren't cheap no matter where you go, yet I found the frame/lens/contacts prices to be quite fair. The gentleman who helped me with frame selection was quite patient with me and also very efficient and knowledgeable.All staff members I interacted with were super nice, friendly, and upbeat. It was really quite an experience, it seems like a great place to work! Knowing that I hadn't been to an eye doctor for a few years, and that I was planning to get a full exam, plus new contacts as well as a new pair of glasses, I expected to be at the location for quite a long time. That wasn't the case at all! I was in and out in well under an hour, much of that time being me shopping around to pick out frames.All in all this was easily the best visit to an eye doctor I have ever experienced. I'm so glad we found them, and we'll definitely be sticking with them!

I hadn’t had an eye appointment in the past 10 years and they took such good care of me. I saw a virtual Dr. but the tech that helped with the exam was super nice and helpful! Ashley helped me pick out my classes and was very knowledge able. Overall great experience!!

Michael was so helpful in helping me select frames and lenses that were in my budget, I was even able to purchase an additional pair of sunglasses for only $99! What a bonus!! Amazing customer service, quick (easy in, easy out) and he even did a price comparison between their sale and my vision coverage!! Make sure to take advantage of their Spring Sale event - 30% off frames and 50% off lenses!!!

Vickie was super helpful! I’m very picky and was looking for a new style, I wanted a classy/retro looking pair of round style designer glasses, and they had tons to choose from. She was instrumental in helping me find my new look! Very knowledgeable about all the different lens options too. The store was very clean and neat, and everyone was very friendly. I’ve been to several other stores in the few years of knowing I need glasses and none even hold a candle to Lens Crafters! Can’t wait for my new glasses! 🤓 Thanks Vickie!

Very helpful and courteous staff. Michael and Curtis helped me with the lens changing process and responded to all my questions clearly. Getting lenses and eye exam - both processes were smooth. The store is usually not very busy. The collection of frames are typical of a regular LC store.
