I remember when this used to be the nice Kroger. Nowadays the floor is always sticky. The bathrooms are always covered in filth. There is only ever one check out lane open, usually with the world's slowest cashier, no matter how busy they are. For the record, I don't blame the employees. Krogers pays minimum wage and forces employees to join a union that is in the company's pocket. Such a massive disappointment of the Kroger that once was.

Sadly I will not go to this store again, badly managed. One checkout lane with 12 to 15 angry people lined up across the front of the store. Self check is a disaster, good luck if you have fruits and vegetables, it will take at least 2 calls for help from the attendant. I complained to the company, I’m still waiting for a reply, ha!

Cashier at Pharmacy was extremely rude. Has attatude. I only needed 2 or my 4 extremely and she rudely told me that I should have told my doctor that and it was going to be extra work for her to remove the 2 I didnt need. She asked if i wanted to use the card on file. I said no and she said well why is it on file then? Then the computer she was working on needed to be rebooted. She told me I would have to wait for the computer to reboot and could not leave. I told her it was ok and I understand. After the computer was rebooted. She vocally gave me a price of $6.38. I knew my meds were only $1.55 a peice so I asked her why it was so high. She said the price is the price and told me to pay. I said something seems wrong. She told me the price was on the pinpad. The pinpad said insert card and no price. I said it doesnt say a price. She then started slapping the green and black LED sign above the pinpad and said its on there. I looked and it said insert card or push cancel on the sign. I said its not on there ether. She looked at me and sighed like I was dumb and told me its there sir. I said its not. She then said its only $3.10 and was I going to pay. I said you just told me it was $6.38. She said no I didnt. I said yes you did and this was why i was confused. She said well are you going to pay. I said yes now that the price is right. I put my card in and the chip malfuntioned. This happens sometimes with my card. Normally it would be no big deal and I would run it again. However the cashier was complaining the whole time about the card. The card went though she handed put the meds on the counter and I guess she wanted to get one last word in so she muttered I think canned air will fix this one. Very rude and bad customer service.

This Krogers is always very clean and the employees are super nice every time I go in there. However we have been doing the grocery pick up. Companies always need feed back to improve there service. So this has happened for the 2nd time with us. We make our order online and then they let us know what they are “out” of. So for the 2nd time they tell us they are out of our tea and they never run out. So the guy loaded my truck up like always, then I drive around to the front walk in with a cart go right to the back where the tea is always at! Guess what! The tea was there! I did this the last time and the tea was also there. I would just like the pickers to maybe look a little harder or maybe just do a little more training. I mean what I did kind of defeats the whole purpose of grocery pick up if I have to run In because I know they have it. I believe it will help out your sales also. Can you imagine how many people don’t go back in to get what they need because they know it’s in the store but the picker couldn’t find it. The last two times this has happened.

Wasted half hour trying to download stupid digital coupons, then after scanning the coupon, found out it was no longer valid. I will never use digital coupons again, and they are needed for lower prices I will quit shopping Kroger and go to Aldi or Walmart

My sister stopped by to get a snack of sushi and the nice man that makes it recognized her and noticed they were out of the large platter that she likes, so he made another one for her.That's what I call service!

Have been shopping at this location for over 15 years, but as of yesterday, I will be taking my business elsewhere. They have gone completely downhill over the last 12-24 months. It is never just one issue either, but it is always something every weekend. Shelves not stocked, deli counter closed, meat/seafood counter unattended, or only having self-scan checkout available during the day on the weekends. There is no reason that someone who is purchasing $400-500 worth of groceries should have to use the self-scan. Those should be there for the convenience of people who have a small amount of items.

I had a bad experience at krogers gas station. I purchased $300. Worth of food and I go to the gas station and, as the attendees, how to use it and it didn't work. So I went back to the booth and they said they couldn't help me.

I just bought some beautiful purple mums for 7.99! I come here often for my necessities. I like their pre-packaged salads and sandwiches for when I'm on the go.

Only self checkouts were available at 6pm. The store was full and the self checkout lanes all had long lines. I was treated like a criminal as the service person watched me. The machine notified me that that I was doing something wrong, it then locks up and the service person had to put in the code to make the machine work again. There isn't enough room to bag my weekly grocery order. This is CRAZY. Customers including myself were treated like criminals. There was no customer service, no one else to help. PLEASE OPEN UP THE REGULAR CHECK-OUT LANES. THIS IS RIDICULOUS!!!

I'd give it no stars if I could. The fact they cannot man the seafood and meat case past 2 in the afternoon for the last 8 months is absolutely unacceptable. I used to really enjoy this store. Now I will gladly go elsewhere for fresh seafood and meat. Do better Kroger.

By far the worst Kroger I’ve ever been to. Every single time we use Clicklist the forget items, give us the wrong order entirely, or give us rotten produce. They typically have only one cashier working and the line goes all the way through the store.

The worst customer service that I have ever had in my life. There is an employee named Jackie, she was very rude and didn't help, and ignored all the customers who needed help. I will never shop at Kroger after this bad experience that I ever had

It is way too expensive to shop at Kroger. Everything used to be a dollar or two cheaper and they have jacked up the prices. I personally am sick of being price gouged from ever single corrupt corporation.

We like to shop at this store because of the produce and the fresh Sushi. The problem is there policy of having one lane opened and backed up with 10-15 irrate customers and having to use self check! Crazy! Their business model will fail. Why not hire some of these young criminals running the streets of Peoria carjacking,robbing anyone they can find and shooting one and other almost every day. It would be a win win for everyone! Makes sense doesn't it! Put criminals to work instead of releasing them back into Society to keep on commiting crimes! We were here today only one checker opened! Do you know how unhappy your customers are? Why not hire a few checkers before the one lane that is opened will not be necessary because you will have lost so many customers and self check is all you will need in fact you do not need any employees at all when you think about it.

As a National Certified Pharmacy Tech, I can tell you this is probably one of the worst pharmacies around. For one thing, if you are going to offer automatic refills, please ensure that actually takes place. Adherence is extremely important, and I can’t imagine I am the only one dealing with this. We will be transferring out as soon as possible. Please improve on serving your patients.

One of the best, reasonable priced grocery stores in the area. Cheese area was updated a few years ago and has a good selection. Produce is always fresh and the one to two times I have ever had an issue I told the management and they were great about fixing it.

Online pickup scam!! Should give you $15 off when you spend $75 but the person that dropped off my order claimed that one of my 3 identical items was not available. I was refunded for the item that was not available and the $15 off I was expecting was also no longer valid since my order was now below $75. I walked into the store and found a freezer full of my item. I would have given the person that benefit of the doubt but I ordered 3 of them item and the freezer was full. Hard to believe the is a scam...

Something needs to be done about the young lady who was working the self check-outs tonight, June 8, 2022. I walked up to the self check-out area, all lights were on at the checkout lanes. She saw me coming and I actually saw her run to turn off as many lights as she could. As I approached, she said it was closed, even though it was only 8:00 p.m. Long brown hair, wears glasses. Very rude, but then again, she’s never been friendly. This is not the way you treat regular customers. The only reason I gave this Kroger 3 stars is because everyone else there has always been friendly.

Terrible courtesy from the pharmacy staff. Called today to check on my sons new medication that was called in. Was told it would be ready after 3 PM and when i asked if it could be done an eariler the staff memeber said " sir i just told you after 3 PM, so no you cant get it any earlier"

Used to be great, but after remodeling to include their Starbucks and gourmet food aisle, they don't have room to keep anything in stock. They are out of my staples every time I go.The one bright spot was the pharmacy, but all of the experienced employees, the ones who always looked for discounts for you, were suddenly just gone, replaced with teenagers on a rotation of replacement.

Do not use Kroger delivery through Instacart! I ordered 46 items, only received 3 items. Charged $10 delivery fee and showed up 2 1/2 hrs late. Kroger would not take responsibility nor would Instacart. Had to reorder all my items and never refunded.

The staff are always very helpful and friendly, which is important to a good shopping experience.However, I prefer not to shop at this Kroger. It is huge and hard to find things, you end up walking ALL over the store. Every time I go here, it’s usually busy. It gets very crowded, and there are staff members stocking shelves at the busiest times of the day/week. Just not for me! Could be a lot worse though
