This Kroger is odd. The parking lot feels really tight and cramped. They have a nice produce section when you walk in, a decent liquor selection, but then the rest is long, tight aisles and struggling to navigate around bunkers, pallets, and piles of boxes. Customers are constantly struggling to get around one another.

The store is showing itsage but still in good shape. My problem is their internet website layout is absolutely horrific. I spent 5 minutes just trying to figure out how to shop for food.

Let me tell you about my experience at Kroger's in East Peoria today. I was greeted by a woman named Chrissy and all she said was "you know we close in a few minutes don't you". I said "yes I know" and proceeded to grab the two items I came for. When I got up to the checkout she was nothing but rude, crude, an instigative. This woman and I use that term loosely is the epitome of trash and is a waste of oxygen she should not be allowed to work with the public shame on you Kroger for hiring such a person to work with your customers. I will never come back to that store.

The most important part of my meal was not put in the cart today but I paid for both of them I really wish people could pay attention to there jobs 10.00 wasted hopefully the person behind me got them because they wasn't paying attention to work 😢 😕 😞 😔

I called to ask how late the money services counter is open, they said 8:30. I got here at 7:30 and it was closed. I don't know why they lied about it.

I Like shopping at this store and I went to this Kroger here in East Peoria ever since for the last 15 years and I like seeing there workers and their happy faces. They do a good job on working and they have friendly staff and willing to try to help you with anything the best as they can when there able to . I like talking to there workers having a great conversation about our days and how we’re doing and I enjoy coming into this store all the time .

My poor dad 81yrs old goes to the store today to purchase 1/2 gallon of fat free milk. The guy at the store says that it shows 19 in stock, but none were there. Zero stock!!!This store is so bad that another day a guy working with Kroger ID told him that’s not my department the dairy.What is the store manager doing?He had to go to Morton Kroger:(

Do not work here. They just fired me for getting sick in the bathroom. I was willing to work my shift but instead they fired me. They are nothing but a joke. Don't recommend working at any krogers.

Closes at 10pm now, used to close at 11pm. Since I work until 10 pm I cannot shop here anymore. I do not understand why every store is limiting shopping time further and further. Walmart has better prices anyway.

Sold out of the specials and that is why I went to Kroger. I also stood in the check out lane to buy the 2 items I did buy. I also traveled 25 miles to get to Kroger.

Customer service desk employees are super rude. My mom went in to pay her Ameren bill there and the employee behind the desk told her “um were closed” then proceeded to walk away and went into a little office and then came back out and said “I had to fire someone”. Like that’s just rude. Could have been more nicer about the whole situation instead of giving a poor attitude

It's a typical Kroger, store is clean and well organized. Looked and looked for pistachios, found every nut know to exist where you would expect them to be and by accident I finally found the pistachios by produce. Really, guys we can't keep them together. My time is totally wasted roaming around, I know that's the psychology but I must most viently disagree. Stop wasting my time.

It's hard to believe they're still open! The management is terrible! Unsanitary bathrooms, rude employees(mostly management)! And some dork with a chip on his shoulder and tattoos on his neck. Totally rude! Thinks he's something! I live in the closest neighborhood, and I don't go there anymore. It used to be a great store!!

Their store manager named Chris treated me like a shoplifter when I tried to redeem a store credit I had received from a previous complaint. He not only refused to redeem the credit but told me he was voiding the transaction and I needed to step out of line. When he saw me calling the corporate office he finally decided to honor the credit. It's bad enough that their groceries are overpriced, shelves are half empty and the store is dirty, but customers shouldn't have to deal with nasty employees too.

This location has really improved over the last year or so, but come on, open more lanes!! Every single time I'm in here there's like two lanes open with 5 or 6 people waiting in each one. Its the only problem I have but its a BIG problem! I give them a pass though, still, cause a lot of places are understaffed right now. Prices are great on most things, comparable if not less than Wal-Mart.

Just letting you know that you guys have lost a life long customer today. The last 3 days in a row I have driven to krogers to get a money order only to find a sign that says the service desk is closed, not even the courtesy to put the hours that they are open so you just have to guess. Today when I got there there was a manager and an employee working at the service desk and when I got to the window they put the sign up and said "sorry we are trying to close". I will never spend another dime in your store. I will go out of my way to go somewhere that doesn't turn their customers away.

Had an awesome experience this eveing. I'm not sure who the young lady was working self check out at 5 today but she was super helpful made my check go smothly bye before i even knew I needed it. Thank for your attentiveness I will continue to make this my preferred Kroger's.

Unsafe location. Stay away and especially keep your children away from this place.I was putting groceries in my car when I noticed a vehicle pull in front of my car. As soon as I looked up at him he started making obscene mouth gestures and motioning for me to get in his truck. Then he started touching himself while continuing the mouth gestures. I was mortified and took off. I was too freaked out to take a pic of his plate and I just wanted to get home.I called the store to let the manager know what had transpired and to see if they had cameras in the parking lot but they don't. He told me that it was a police issue not the store's.I just wanted to let the MANAGEMENT team know in case they cared at all about their employess and their customers safety. Sure doesn't seem that way.I will avoid this location from now on. I am turned off with Kroger completely at this point. PUT CAMERAS IN YOUR PARKING LOT.

I love this Kroger store and I love working here. It's one thing to have shopped here since I was a child, it's always been a great store. Then I started working here almost 3 years ago l, and I got to become friends with some of the friendly faces and awesome coworkers. I love it! We will always try to help you, just work with us. We're doing the best we can.

This is a hard one. This Kroger is nice. We prefer their fresh produce and meats. But we know of nicer grocery stores with bigger selections with more prepared meals and dishes. This Kroger location is convenient while other groceries are NOT. I will continue to shop here until it is more convenient to shop others.

I was rudely screamed at by a female employee for accidentally parking in the pickup spot today. They have lost a loyal customer. I will take my business elsewhere. And I suggest others do to unless you enjoy being screamed at for an honest mistake. Especially after you have been up 3 days with a newborn. I WILL NOT BE COMING BACK.

I have worked here and I regularly shop here for mygroceries. The prices are good, but I mostly come here because I know exactly where everything is and I can get in and out quickly. The checkout lanes are usually pretty fast and efficient and the service is always good.
