Had a 40% off coupon but when I got to the checkout, I was told I couldn't use it on what I wanted so I didn't buy anything. Coupon have too many restrictions. This happens more often than not. Way too complicated!

My wife shops at Kohl’s at least 10 times a month! She drags me with her about a 1/3 of that time. The place has so much to offer. We always find something to buy with the Kohl’s cash they always offering. Place is always clean and the service is always great!

I wasbshopping for a blender - one of the employees gave me all the info I was looking for - thank you for your help. Then when checking out - the young lady showed me which coupon I could you - thank you for saving me money. Great employees & deals.

Why, in name of all that is holy, have you switched a CLOTHING store to self checkout? "Be sure to check your clothes for security tags" that is your job. Are you that cheap/strapped for cashiers?? Horrible. So I walk out, not knowing where the hell these tags are, the door dings....they wave me out. THEY WAVE ME OUT. THERE WERE TAGS. Now I have clothing with security tags that I PAID FOR. I'm not returning to the store. Ever. APPALLING CUSTOMER SERVICE.

Great store and usually has great coupons as well! Nothing is ever the price that it says on the tag because everything is always on sale & now there's a Sephora in it too! Great must shop store!

They've moved everything around, but it's still so packed and crowded you can barely move. Prices are incredibly ridiculous. I paid $44 for a 4 pack of Haines underwear, but only because I had gift cards. I would never spend my own money for these ridiculous prices.

This is a nice store to shop at in person. When you want to see and touch stuff before you buy it, I have good luck finding stuff I am after at this store.

So I get there before the store even opens. when they unlock the doors. At 9 o'clock I go in and get what I needed before heading to church. Proceed to the checkout at 9:20 And there is only one cashier helping someone. Cashier number 2 is helping someone at the self. Check out then proceeds to walk to a register and drink her coffee. At 930 Cashier number one tells me. I can put my things up on the counter so I do. I have approximately 30 items. Cash, your number one is still having trouble with the first customorrow. And finally catch your number 2 tells me I can move over to her register but I would have to pick app all my items. finally, at 945 I still haven't been checked out so I walk out of the store won't be going back there.. I have approximately 30 items.

Employees were talking about me when I went into the dressing room.. hurt my feelings pretty bad- haven't shopped for pants in a long time so I didn't know my size. They were complaining and talking about what I was wearing when I walked in and I heard it. I did grab a lot of pants (4 pairs) and tried them but none of them fit right... I even folded them back up and told them i could put them away. but anyway.. just sad to be judged when I already don't like going out. By employees no less.

I did a return effortless. I shopped and then got on line. My first thought was I came at the wrong time....however. the sign said I was five minutes wait so I timed it. It looked like it would be longer but it really was five minutes to get to a cashier. And the one I got was helpful with coupons!

Waited 15 min for ONE cashier...thought i'd try self ck out. Finally got thru self ck out W/assistance...self ck out doesn't accept cash! Had to go back in line...took me 30 minutes to ck out TWO ITEMS!!

I did go to Kohls early in the morning, the store was not busy. Handy capped parking is right at the front door which makes it easier for people. The service was excellent and the people were very friendly. They have good quality merchandise and the prices are fare. Will keep going to shop there.
