Great for online pickup, very organized. Friendly staff. Holiday and essential needs of shopping from clothing, bed sheets, kitchen, household items, and to gifts. Sephora has super friendly help so any questions and they are quick to help. Have had solid experience with returns on size changing needs. Rarely have any item malfunctions/issues.

No sales person to help….. walked entire store without finding one. Needed help with shoe price….. no tag anywhere and pricing kiosk told me to download app and use my phone… hah!! And needed help with vacuum purchase…sign said coupon ineligible but then had 20% off coupon signs right next to it and my question is-was does my 30% coupon then not apply?Found all these “coupon ineligible” signs all over store with no explanation…. I have a coupon …. That’s why I’m there shopping!.. not there to shop if coupon is ineligible to be used. The lines to check out are ridiculously long and have to hike half way across the store to get in line. It used to be a lovely store but now resembles those discount stores like TJ max and Marshall’s with empty shelves and picked over merchandise. Very disappointing. .

Went to do an Amazon return which was very backed up and slow, then I thought I would use the discount coupon to buy a pair of pants and a belt that I really needed and couldn't find a single pair of pants in the whole store in a size 40x30 that weren't blue jeans. And their basic belts were ridiculously priced starting at $36.

One of the nicer places to shop in the area. The newly opened Sephora branch inside this Kohl’s has a great collection and is considerably larger/well-stocked than the other Sephora in town (within JCPenny). Convenient Amazon return and you will either get $5 Kohl’s cash or 15-35% discount coupons. Always very clean and well lit. Their seasonal collections and sales are pretty good.

I love Kolh’s but as I was standing in line someone jumped in front of me and I spoke up then SHELLY said , I will take you since you feel offended! Wait , What ? I walked back inside the store to return my jewelry but decided to keep them because they are beautiful earrings!!

They have little selection for plus size women,the styles they have are not very flattering.Expensive I feel unless highly discounted....not much staff to help you find thingsI shop there at Christmas for others....the only time I am there.

The sale clerks are helpful & so friendly. They'll let you know what's on sale or let you know that there's new stuff on the clearance racks. If you don't have rewards, they'll sign you up so you can earn rewards each time you shop. They'll help you apply for a Kohl's card so you can earn even more rewards. 😉

A nice store, but associates aren't designated well. Seems to always be a long line for customer service (or...lack of service). Midweek at 2pm, long lines just to pick up an online order. They no longer have curbside, and often don't even file pickup orders in the self-serve Pickup area. Just a BLATANT disregard for a customer's unconvenience and wasted time! See photo.Last week - midweek - they closed all the registers on one door, and had only three registers open on the other door. So customers were still waiting in a long line to buy things.If it's such an ordeal to make purchases, ummmm... any self-respecting customer isn't going to make their purchase.There's also a shortage of carts on busy days. So those of us who have trouble walking long distance with arms full aren't going to be buying much, are we?The East Peoria store has new carts whose wheels actually work.

9:30 on a Sunday, there were only 3 shoppers. Many aisles and racks were extremely messy with merchandise strewn on floor and racks. No clerks were observed. Could be a greater store.

Zero employees asked if we needed assistance. The fitting rooms were filthy. They looked like they hadn't been swept in a month.The cashier was very nice and polite.Going downhill quickly!

I used to love Kohls. Unfortunately, the deals are not deals anymore. I used to "save" more than I would spend using my % off & my coupons, but not anymore.This store itself was laid out pretty nicely and clean. They had the biggest shoe selection that I have seen at a Kohls in a long time.My boys were excited to find Cardinals clothing.

New carts would be nice, like the carts in East Peoria, they are a pain when shopping! I am forever running into the displays because they are so awkward to navigate in all the tight spots! I enjoy Kohls, but prefer East Peoria Kohl's -much better shopping experience (carts & service). The new layout is definitely an adjustment, store changes a little too much making it difficult and time wasted trying to find what you're looking for! Customer service has changed much over the years, less friendly than in the past but that seems to be the trend nowadays! I don't understand why the registers on the other side of the store are never open, just get rid of them? All the customers are clustered in one area in a long line on the other side of the store! I liked it much better before being able to have the option of parking on the other side of the parking lot and checking out near the door I parked closest too! Seems like wasted space with unused registers. I also can not recall the last time I have seen an accessible floor staff member there is never any one present or available when in need of assistance. The ladies bathroom typically smells bad and not kept very clean at the Peoria location!

Came here to do an Amazon return and they gave me a discount coupon which was a nice surprise. Ended up picking up some things at a great price. Staff were really friendly and overall store looked great. They do push getting their credit card at check out but very politely. I realize they do the coupon thing all the time but as I didn't have one, getting it with the Amazon return saved me some money without using a Kohl's credit card.

Kohls is always in the news crying poor us... We are going broke!!Well check your prices and even clearance. No sales here and seem like the front of the store is geared towards menswear. Doubt if I'll be shopping there much. Even the mail coupons have sucked lately. When we get any. Understand if you give a 30% off coupon people might shop.Update... Bought a pair of sketchers today with 30% off coupon. We've always bought sketchers with coupon in the past... Now all of a sudden the coupon is no good on sketchers. Great if coupon is no good will go someplace else going forward. 😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛😛👎👎👎👎👎

My experience was great! Everyone working there has a wonderful attitude and they always help me find the thins I need. I found everything for my dog that suffers from allergies and i was so shocked on the results also I love your face whipes and shirts. You can't get these items and clothing anywhere else but here! I love your store xoxox Jess
