Friendly atmosphere; the front desk woman was very helpful and welcoming and a delight to talk to. The guys inside also seemed to be genuinely friendly, and my sales consultant Tim was able to share his thoughts on some of the amazing products I purchased. The prices were also excellent when compared to other local establishments, and I'm looking forward to my next trip back.3rd trip was still awesome, so friendly and I won a free pre-roll; not sure if it was from winning the mini-basketball game or because one of the associates liked my Twister pin so much, but I'll take it!

The staff alone is worth going so many smile an warm greeting!!!A friend an I decided to come for the 4 20 event an they had a money tent an some many good deals definitely love the atmosphere. There is plenty of seating an staff are quick to help I will be going back very soon!

Very nice dispensary. I love the aesthetic and the knowledgeable staff goes above and beyond to make their customers happy. Ivy Hall is my favorite place to shop for cannabis products in Peoria. Attached is a picture of a steak I ate in St. Louis, after the great American eclipse of 2024.

What a nice experience! It was such an incredibly friendly refreshed space. Loved the layout, it was so warm feeling. Olivia was so knowledgeable & helpful! She made me feel very welcomed & valued. She took the time to make sure I got what I wanted. I love that we share a birthday 😊 I will definitely be back, thank you Olivia!!

Very nice, relaxing atmosphere. Products are displayed very nicely around the store. The staff are friendly, but Olivia who helped me today was awesome. Very friendly, helpful, informative and patient. I was there for about an hr total figuring out what I needed. I’ll definitely be back.

Ivy Hall has provided the best experiences for me! My best experience by far with them was recently on their 420 extravaganza! I was lucky enough to win an amazing prize! I won a Grassroots bundle with a Zenco Duo, a grassroots goodie bag and box, and 7 grams a Singapore sling. They had my prize delivered with expedited shipping. They kept in close contact with me so I was never left wondering or hanging. They have the best customer service. After hearing good reviews about Ivy Hall I went today for the first time with my friend. It was a nice atmosphere and they were having a sale. I was waited on by Whitney, as a new customer I had a few questions to ask. I don't know if she was bothered by my questions but she failed to ask if I wanted to try for the raffle as she did the customer before me. I had to ask to join and she also did not allow me to throw the ball for added freebies as she did customers before and after me. After this bad experience I will still give them another try and hopefully I'm waited on by a more cheerful employee.

This place was a breath of fresh air! You can walk in and order off of one of their huge screens in the lounge area if you didn’t place an order online. They also have an app so it makes it super easy to see first hand their menu and your order status. They accept cards or cash, they have an atm. Kay walked me around their shop area which was just such a chill vibe and amazing experience. I will definitely be back to hang out for a bit longer. All the ladies were super friendly and helpful just an absolutely beautiful experience! Thanks so much 💖✨

Store is beautiful and well lit! Toni was my consultant and he was so friendly, informative and nice. I will definitely be back. They have a discounts club and a wide selection of goods for prices that are a bit lower than the other stores in the area. So definitely come check them out. And! Their hours are made for people who may work late or be nightcrawlers ☺️☺️

Ivy Hall is a wonderful dispensary, the best in the greater Peoria in my opinion! The staff is always very professional as well as very helpful and knowledgeable. The process is always smooth from start to finish whether or not you have a pre-order, and the point system cannot be beat! 'Junis' is the one that helped me this time around, and they made an excellent recommendation! My only qualm with ivy Hall is that they have not called me back for for a job interview yet! 😤

I have never been inside a dispensary before and wanted to see what it was all about. This new place was so beautiful and interesting! I asked a lot of questions and Whitney was so helpful and knowledgeable on what they have to offer. From how the products make you feel to dosing and what things are called and the different flavors, it was very informative! My how far we've come :)
