Can usually find some pretty good items here, but not very nice employees. An employee almost walked in on me in the dressing room after I said "one second", when they knocked. I had to shut the door on them and they didn't even apologize. A woman named DeDe checked me out at the front and was very rude and unwelcoming. Snapped at me for not taking my items out of the basket after staring in silence for a while like I'm supposed to read her mind. Very awkward and tense energy with the crew lol. It's not that hard to take the items out of the basket yourself or ask kindly "can you please take those out for me?"

Went into this store and found a little teapot with a dish that it sits on. I noticed the dish and teapot had separate prices. I asked the cashier why they had two separate prices when they clearly go together as a set. She hit me with "you're still getting a bargain" that isn't the point. Will not be back to this store. Possibly never return to another goodwill since they like to pull this stuff.

Not the best managed location and usually there are some issues with employees especially during closing time!! I had an issue with one character who really had an attitude twice the size of him!! Once management was informed it was like she was dealing with a 6 year old!! Go figure but totally inappropriate for the situation. Prices can be especially head shaking..

Store had only one register open with a young Gal physically hurting. No other employees around to help. I called the store to see if there was anyone else to possibly help this poor girl. I was greeted, I then explained the situation. "She didn't ask for help, we will send someone that way." Then the guy hung up on me mid way trying to explain further. Hope that poor girl gets help. No leadership within the employees or employee welfare. The place is going to fall apart, new management might do the trick!

i loooove thrifting and this is a great goodwill for clothes! if you’re in the market for items this one is pretty good (i’ve found a cookie monster chair and a dora play kitchen that are now nightmare crafts) but the clothes selection is bigger! the employees were really nice and the overall experience was great!

I went to the store to drop off some thousand piece puzzles two guys came out and explained to me that they were not accepting any clothes I told them I don't have any clothes I have some puzzles they said okay so they took them. a sign should be posted at the drop off center that NO CLOTHES are allowed

This Goodwill was clean and the clothes were very well organized by size and color with a nice selection. However the prices were higher than other Goodwills. The books were not organized at all, they didn't even separate out cookbooks.

The prices are just getting ridiculous!!! People donate their items so people that are less fortunate can afford these items! You guys mark these items by EBay prices we can buy them off there brand new. Lets try making it better!!! Just because it has a Brand name doesn't mean you have to put a high price on it. Have some consideration!!

Small in comparison to other GW locations in Peoria/surrounding areas, but given that items purchased at GW are dependent entirely on unique inventory made available through individual donations in the community, size doesn't dictate selection or whether or not you'll score a "GW find." Staff is friendly and the store is maintained well and shelves and racks organized and ordered fairly well. Always take advantage of the "color of the week" 50% off discount when possible and ALWAYS do your part in the community of GW shoppers and put things back in the section and size specific locations as you pull them from, not just randomly on the nearest rack because you're lazy and don't feel like walking two feet to return it to the proper rack. If you must be a lard then at least give your unwanted items to a store associate at checkout and they will return it to its proper place. Also, this store has very audible very terrible music playing at all times so do yourself a favor and bring headphones, earplugs, or engage in very loud conversation with someone-anyone-if you must. Or if its winter perhaps you'll get lucky and snag a pair of noise cancelling ear muffs because at GW, you never know jusr what you might score.

Pretty average for a Goodwill. Lots of clothes at very cheap prices but pretty much nothing else you would likely need/want. Plus any of the non-clothes items seem to be expensive for being second hand.

They remodeled the store, but I'm not sure why. They don't have as many items as they once did, just more clothes. And a lot of the clothes are marked individually with higher prices. That is not a GOOD WILL thing to do!! Very disappointing!! Took most of the jewelry out which is also very disappointing!!! I believe they are forgetting what the concept of GOODWILL is!!!

Wide variety of items. Didn't have enough time to browse thoroughly. Decent merchandise.

Eclectic, mostly inexpensive, friendly place. LOVE coming here and do often. I understand what they are working for here but what's most disappointing is that when they get things donated that may be of value they look them up for a value and mark them as such. I know ppl pull up in BMWs but ppl that have low funds should be able to come in and buy the old antique dresser for an inexpensive price not $300!!! Those ppl deserve nice things too. After all those things were donated for free! They bring in plenty of money as the trift industry is booming more that it ever has!

My wife and I stopped here looking for a small child's winter coat as she currently runs a coat drive so we go to thrift and second had stores to pick up some coats go give to the needy when we can. There is nothing thrifty about goodwill. They wanted almost ten dollars for a small boys coat that you know they received for free through donation. We looked at adult coats as well and they said they Start at ten dollars and go up from there. Do yourself a favor and shop at salvation army or garage sales. And of you need to donate then give to an organization not looking to make a fortune off the donations such as the south side mission or salvation army or other small second hand or church run organizations. Goodwill is anything but.

For being a second hand store and everything being donated it their prices sure High I do understand that they do get discount prices on Gaylords from certain stores that they've been on but even so even the stuff that's donate it their prices are way outrageous some items there you can go to them new at the store for the same price

Called repeatedly today, just to check what time was best to drop off a few boxes of donations... Someone picked up the phone... Did not answer.. Just picked up the phone and laid it down.. Then continued to finish a conversation.. I listened for 4 minutes saying Hello over n over!! So I called back... They would just pick up phone not say a word.. Silence.. Or just speak to co worker or they would Hang up.. Finally about the 5th call it went to voice mail... Really strange.. Reporting to corporate for sure... And donating to a smaller thrift store in my neighborhood!!

I attempted to drop off items and as I approached the drive thru, the male worker shooed me away with a disgusted face while muttering words and walking towards my car and shooing me away. He appeared crazy and it scared me. I drove away. Maybe someone else will accept my donation.

I found a brand new pair of Lee dungaree camo shorts with belt, a $28.99 Farm and Fleet tag for $4.99 last Wednesday. Love this place. Round up for veterans.

I can remember when you could get items at Goodwill for a good price. Now they are way way too expensive. New prices for used or DONATED. Items is ridiculousl. I used to like to shop here. Not so much anymore.

Place is clean senior day is Wednesday first it was 25% off then they changed it to 20%. I think every day should be seniors day. It would bring in more business.

$7 for a book?! You guys are getting out of your heads. This is a thrift store. Everything is priced wayyyy to high. You can get brand new clothes at Walmart for the same prices and used, over washed rugged clothes in your store.

Can save a bundle shopping at slightly used stores like GW. Have found great new items as well. I always shop GW first before going to "for profit" stores. GW helps put people back to work.

This Goodwill store compared to the others in Central Illinois is on a level all by itself. This is not a good thing though. I'm not sure if it is the donations they are receiving or just what is being picked out to put out in the store, but the merchandise seems to be overly outdated and way overpriced.

Good quality used items at reduced prices & helpful staff. That said, however, some items are much hi higher than comparable prices at other resale stores.

They are REALLY proud of their stuff given their prices. Total waste of time. Selling items that are broken, missing pieces, and/or badly repaired for premium prices. Go elsewhere for fair prices.

Rude customer service. My daughter and I entered the store and instead of the employee greeting us she stared at us and kept going about her business. We will not be returning to this location.
