Dollar tree is always there and useful store for US people. It is true that whenever you enter dollar tree you will buy lots of unnecessary stuff which is not actually cute for you. After that, it has a cheaper version of products which can be used for one time uses, and you can go or grab itemsfrom the store for seasonal use. Then their online versions of sales otherwise they will lose their potential from the different online black from like Tamo or Alibaba.

The manager was pretty cool & staff seemed nice. We stopped just passing through. This store was a mess. Very chaotic and disorganized. I was under the impression some things would be on clearance and they rang up full price. Already left…I didn’t want to bother them as they were getting ready to close. I figured I’d call and see what my local dollar tree could do. I will not be returning. That’s a disappointment because they had some past seasons items out I could use for crafting. Good thing I didn’t buy anymore!

The employee who looks like the mugshot below, and who's name is listed as Dabney Rashay, is seemingly dishonest and unhelpful. I visited the store yesterday, and had a bag with items in it with me when I entered the store that I set on the belt and then handed over behind the counter to give to her. When I got to checkout, after the bag was behind the counter, I realized I forgot something. Since we were waiting for a manager anyways, I indicated to her that I needed one moment, before going to grab what Id forgotten. She absolutely was aware of the the bag that I brought in and that was with her behind the counter. Yet, when I returned to the register with what I'd gotten, the bag was not there and she acted like I never brought in a bag essentially. She stated she didn't move the bag, she doesn't remember seeing what was in the bag, that she's the only employee in the store, and that no one else had been up there. She did not indicate to her manager that she'd seen or handled the bag at all. The manager, who identified herself as Amanda (a white woman. Appeared to be five foot something. Naturally brown hair at the roots that it looks like she tried bleaching herself, while being unaware of the existence of toner. The resulting color is an orangeish, yellowish, brassy combination), was totally unprofessional and seemed generally unconcerned and uninterested after being informed that the bag had been moved, and therefore my belongings that were in the bag were either stolen or missing.Physical descriptions and picture included since all employees were in street clothing without visible name tags.

The employees of this store should be absolutely ashamed of themselves. I bought three purées for my baby in early March, and decided to feed one of them to my son. I didn’t notice anything peculiar until he turned the purée upside down and some product fell out that was black and green! Keep in mind these purées are supposed to be orange. I check the back and the product has been expired since January 11th! Babies are eating this food! There is no excuse to be putting out product for infants to eat that is moldy and disgusting. What if you give out expired product to an immuno-compromised baby? I will be calling corporate, but if you go to this store for any baby food needs, i would proceed with caution and honestly recommend not to if you can avoid it.

I hate to say this but yall need to clean up the store, that place looked like it's been ran sacked by customers and boxes that are still out in the middle of the isles plus food not being put on shelves or in the fridges is probably spoiled, never will come here to buy anything unless a health code is up to date or new management is in place, this store looked disgusting

Nice gentleman was extremely helpful. A rare experience now days. The service he provided was outstanding. He help me with some balloons for my aunt’s birthday. 5 stars! Thanks and I will be back.

I went there today looking for an item I bought a week ago, to get more, and they were out. Talked to the super nice manager, Ashley. She called several stores and located the item for me. The ladies at the Main St store had the item there for me. Such great customer service. Thanks so much!

Store was more organized that usual... But I didn't check my receipt before leaving. To come home and see multiple things had been rang in more times than they should have. And other things just were not on it at all. I was charged for 4 extra items beyond that actual number of items I had bought.Also a young man rang up my order. And the receipt has a name I'm assuming is not his on it. It was a female name, (I may be wrong but.... )Check your receipts when you go here

Store on Rockwood in Peoria IL. Nasty dirty store... Broken register. Hey folks open another one for gosh sakes. Smashed bugs on floor. Afraid to touch anything. Pioneer Parkway and willow knolls stores so much better. Take a hint... Dollar store... Clean up.

They apparently open at 9am ...but they took their sweet time unlocking the door.They had their candy isle completely blocked off on both sides so we couldn't even shop for some of our items.

This store has issues with neatness and tidyness. Boxes and carts blocking isles and unable to reach wanted merchandise. The employees were helpful and apologetic.

I don't usually give 5 stars. However the bank messed up and put a hold on our card. I was buying balloons and the manager had blown most if not all of them up before I found out. I was so embarrassed! Instead of making me feel worse, she and the cashier said things like, 'don't even think about it, these things happen to everyone.'

A great store to shop at. I was looking for a frozen item none case found them working freight asked them if may have more. Without missing a beat she let me grab a coat and look in the freezer. Didny have any but truck the next day so will be back again.

Service is ALWAYS horrible here. Linda huffed and puffed anytime anyone asked for help while I was waiting in line to check out. Nothing is stocked, although the man working on stocking the shelves was nice. While I was checking out, after I had waited in line for close to 10 minutes, this poor older woman asked to borrow a pair of scissors and Linda SNAPPED at her. I was so disappointed in the way she had just treated her customer I walked out accidentally forgetting one of my bags!! When I went back in, Linda was talking to her customer about how she had off the next day and she couldn't wait to pour herself a huge drink. So unprofessional. Homeboy just wanted his four pack of toilet paper! lol! I never got my bag back, they told me someone must have taken it and to go through the store and take what was missing. Couldn't remember what I had gotten and at this point I was already 45 minutes into my 30 minute lunch break. Not that my expectations were that high to begin with, given its dollar tree, but I was thoroughly disgusted with the behavior from the staff at this location and will not be going back!!!

was just in there ..not sure of the employees name, but he had buzzed hair, glasses and lots of rings on his fingers. he ignored me multiple times, and when i finale got him help and let out a loud sigh. after finding all of my stuff, i was LUCKY enough to get him again for a cashier where i was ignored the whole time after pleasantly greeting him. this was not a good experience. won’t be returning soon if ever.

This particular store has a great selection of items. More than others. The toy section always seems disheveled but they may get more kids there. Not sure.

Heads up everything in no longer one dollar, it went up 25 cents.No biggie everything went up. It looked like folks went to town and bought half of the store. The staff were all very nice and helpful.

The staff here is always horrible! While I was there buying wrapping paper Linda was very rude to me and many others! She made a comment about having to ring up so many customers. It made me feel very unwelcome. I will not be back to this store.

Well the corporate office is doing the store at 4415 N Rockwood Dr. In Peoria, Il. 61615, horrible. They aren't giving them enough workers,or work hours. That store was a mess on Oct. 4th because they cut their hours and won't let the Manager hire more help. This store was the cleanest in Peoria. I am going to try and write them and tell them all about it!

Doller tree had nothing on the shelves lack off employees need to hire more to be able to stock shelfs .One of the refrigerators was on red alert of during down .The temp kept beeping bad news for spoilage .Vary dirty not vacuumed I don't know how this place stays open the CEO should be ashamed of there self for letting a wonderful store to go down hill like this and no eprceate tion for the employees or customers who shop there .Get it together guys ..Making money is nice but also you can't make money if your mistreat your employees and costumers like this .

We were in Peoria so we stopped to see what they had in one of their stores. This store had a lot of product but it was a mess. Boxes and dollys bocked aisles, merchandise all over the floor., racks unstocked but the worst part was an employee and manager having an argument in the office loud enough for shoppers to hear, even if we didn't want to. Won't be back to this store.

Is obvious that no one cleaned the store the night before. One hourafter opening there was dirt, leaves & wrappers all over the floor and items out of place.
