I had to make 4 trips in 3 days to get the prescriptions right, that I was picking up.Another time, I was picking up for my mom and was promised a pick up time for 3:44, and it hadn't been started on when I arrived, I got there at 3:50, and I finally walked out of there at 4:28.Pharmacy tech even waited on 2 people behind me...BEFORE starting my order!

Complete dysfunction at this pharmacy lately. I understand the store is understaffed but i have never had such negative experiences. My prescription was called in yesterday morning and still wasn't ready at close of business last night. I was supposed to start taking it last night. I called at 10AM thus morning and was told they would expedite it and it would be ready by Noon. I stopped by at 3PM and was told to give them 20 minutes that they would expedite it. I came back at 3:30 and was told to give them 20 minutes that they would expedite it. They let me wait this time as nobody was behind me in the drive thru. When I got home I discovered that they had not included any information on this new medication, nor had they offered or provided counseling on this medication when they gave it to me. I had to find a CVS in another city that was still open at this point to speak to a pharmacist by pho e to ask if I needed to anything before taking it. Thankfully they answered my questions. Another prescription that I picked up recently was in 2 bottles. The second bottle had no label on it at all. This created major confusion when I was looking for the rest of my medicine. Before that they filled a 90 day prescription for only 30 days but labeled the bottle as having done the full fill. Mistakes happen when there aren't enough hours to get things done. CVS needs to increase the hours at this pharmacy again because obviously things aren't working the way they are now. I am just offering 3 examples of things that I have had go wrong.
