I have had other popular cleaning services, and was so happily surprised at how thorough Cheryl and Hailey were. I couldn’t have been happier with my clean. Even my family commented on how clean and fresh the house was. They were able to get my stovetop to shine and my grout looked white again. (They scrub your floors on their hands and knees) At the end of my clean, manager LaLa came to introduce herself and walk through with the girls to ensure that everything was addressed. I also love that there are no hidden fees, no fines for cancellation or fees for missing a cleaning like my last cleaning service. That was 2 weeks ago, and Hailey is back in my home today.

Today was the third month that Lindsey has cleaned our house. She shows up on time and immediately goes to work. She is bright, friendly and cheerful. She is very professional and does an excellent job. We are very pleased with her service. The house sparkles when she is done.

We just had our first cleaning with Cottage Care and we are so impressed. They made it really easy to get set up with a quick phone call and everyone has been so friendly. Chenese cleaned our home today and did an amazing job! Our kitchen floor hasn’t looked this clean since we moved in. The bathrooms are super clean and she even made the beds and took out the trash. It felt so good to come home to a clean house. It was obvious that she had worked hard and was very thorough. We would definitely recommend!

We are very happy with the cleaning done by employees at Cottage Care. Emily took care of our house this week and did a super job. She has a lovely personality and she met every expectation. We hope to see her again! On the following visit, Catha cleaned our home. We so enjoyed having her and appreciate the excellent work she did. Very impressed with this company from start to finish. I like the way they price their services by room instead of by the hour. I love that they will customize your cleaning package for you and your home. I love that they send a manager to your home at the end of the clean to make sure everything is done properly and to my satisfaction. I love that they don't use harsh chemicals. Everyone is friendly and professional.I've gone through a lot of cleaners.... individuals, small companies, large corporations, etc... Never being fully satisfied with the job they did. This is honestly the first time I have been completely and totally satisfied and happy with everything. They did not miss a speck of dust or leave one spot unclean! Courtney did an amazing job and Lala inspected her work and caught 1 or 2 things that I hadn't even seen yet! Absolutely, positively, definitely will be using them on a regular basis and will always recommend them to anyone looking for exceptional cleaning service.

We got a deep clean and it was so pleasant to have Stephanie and Tameka over to help us. The dogs were embarrassing loud but they were so nice about it and didn't treat them like a burden. I recently had my first cleaning with cottage care and like most cleaning companies they require a higher priced deep clean the first time. The initial cleaning was fine, but nothing that would suggest a deep clean or justify the extra expense. The staff and manager that I have spoken with were very friendly and the customer service is very good. I will update my review as I have more services provided by cottage care.

Annette and Jen are so nice to have in our house! I look forward to them coming and they are friendly but get down to work right away. The house smells clean when they're done, the trash is emptied and all the floors are clean of course. Give yourself a treat and get Cottage Care services with them.
