Alyssa was fantastic at helping me choose vinyl plank flooring for our lower level. I was worried about putting it against brick but she helped make the brilliant decision to choose Vinpro edging at the base of a brick wall. It looks awesome!Max and his installation crew Ryan and Dylan were extremely efficient and very professional. They kept me informed of the projected progress and validated any installation questions and choices.This is my second experience with Carpet One and I will always go back there for my flooring choices. I highly recommend them

We knew within 2 minutes of talking with Alyssa and Page that we were getting the best kind of help that we needed. They listened carefully and handled all our problems from A-Z. The flooring that was picked out for us was perfect. We had exhausted ourselves looking at several other places and getting the usual 'welcome and help yourselves attitude'. I love it when you can feel the sales people really want to help you. Hands down, we couldn't have asked for better service.The floor installer did a top notch install as well. Perfect job and took care in bringing supplies in and out of our home.We truly can't say enough good things about our experience. Their staff is top notch!Thank you so very much ladies! My husband and I worked with Brenda for the purchase of carpeting for a bedroom and basement stairs. She was very helpful. We also had a good experience with the gentleman that came to measure, friendly and quick. As of now we are waiting to have the carpet installed. I will surely resubmit my review if there are any problems with that process.

I had nothing but a positive experience with Carpet One. My husband and I had never replaced carpet and had no idea what would be appropriate for our basement. Brenda guided us to the right product and answered any question we had. Within a week the carpet chosen had arrived at the store and 2 weeks later the carpet was already installed! Mike and co.were in and out within 3 hours. I was over the moon with how amazing they did that my husband and I are already saving up to finish the carpeting for the rest of our house! Needless to say my 1 and 2 year old have been completely obsessed with running around on this carpet so I’d say they approve.

Our new carpet was just installed this morning. The two men who did the installation were on time, professional, efficient and did an outstanding job! We had just had the room and baseboards painting, and I was a little anxious that the baseboards would be marred. However, they took great care and the baseboards are perfect. The carpet is beautiful! We are very happy with the whole experience of working with Alyssa and Columbia Rug & Carpet.

Excellent experience! We worked with Brenda to pick out the perfect carpet that was within our budget and fit our needs. She quickly got us a quote and sent someone out to get a measurement (he was also very kind and knowledgable). She was very easy to work with and answered all of my questions about install and timing (first time carpet buyer). We were set up with Brett and his crew for the install and I don't have one complaint. They moved all of our furniture with no issues and cleaned up nicely when they left. Extremely happy with the service from start to finish and would highly recommend to anyone in the market for new flooring.
