Purchased stove and fridge installed in location they stated 30 day parts and labor guarantee next day noticed no water coming out of valve I service and own a company that services these types of appliances called CIA and stated that it needs a new valve but they stated they don’t warranty ice and water DO NOT SHOP HERE CROOKS!!!

Quality appliances and friendly guys. Washer and dryer were as advertised and hookups were a good price and quality items. Not a fan of the smoking in the building which is why I gave it four stars.

I really don't want to leave a star at all this place sells refrigerators that are 15 to 20 years old for very high prices. Please do not go here unless you want to loose your money. I went here one month ago and bought a 20 year old refrigerator that they said was only a few years old for $617 When I got it home it would not get cold on either side freezer or refrigerator. I called them and asked them if they could make it right by fixing it or something and they said they could not Now we have a refrigerator lost out on that much money and it doesn't even work They also will not service it after 30 days Better Business Bureau here I come. I'm pissed

Purchased a used stove from this company, and for an additional fee they offered delivery and said that they would take the old one away. It was not being delivered to my residence (we are preparing my parents' house to sell), so I called the day of delivery to get a better handle on when it would arrive. I wanted to be there so that it was handled properly. They beat me to the house by a few minutes and left the new stove but did not take the old one away (it was sitting literally 5 feet from where they delivered the new one). They also did not include the 2nd oven rack (which was discussed at the time of purchase). As I was entering the neighborhood, I saw the delivery truck driving away. So I knew they couldn't have gone too far. So I called the store to ask them to come back and make good on their promise to take the old stove, and the manager gave me a song and dance that he did not have any notes about taking the old one (I had just confirmed this a couple hours before) and about the limited resources they had available. Also mentioned the missing oven rack and he would not commit that he could get that for me either. I told him that if he didn't send the delivery crew back he was probably going to get a bad review. He said "I don't care...go ahead," and abruptly hung up on me. Moral of the story...I didn't have a good feeling about purchasing at this store when I walked in...I should have listened to my gut feeling.

The prices are decent, you get what you pay for. We purchased a refrigerator for $400. The next week the refrigerator stopped working. We spent a day trying to figure out if it was our outlet and it was not. We called on Thursday to let them know that it stopped working (take it we had already been without a refrigerator for 2 days). They said that their technician has already left for the day and will not be back until Monday. Apparently they only have one tech and is only available certain days. So we had to wait a additional 3 days for the tech to come out. When he did he said it is completely blew and will need to be replaced. They provided two optional refrigerators as a replacement. Neither one was the kind our size we originally purchased, but atleast it was a option. We agreed on one and I asked are you able to swap them out tomorrow(Tuesday) since it is already late.I was told yes between 9am-1pm. Here Tuesday comes, my fiancé took the day off so we can get it done. No delivery! I call and the owner says oh we don’t do deliveries on Tuesday 😡. So we wait another day. They come out to swap them out but fails to mention they are not going to go in and get their defective product and bring the new one in. No we were supposed to put the defective one out side and they were going to leave the new one out side, because “ they do not go in peoples house”! You were just in my house for repairs. They offered to take the broken one out of my house, but left the new one in the yard. So now we have to figure out a way to get it in. I am not happy with this transaction/company or the way it was handled at all! I do not recommend. And the hours of operation sucks!

After buying a fridge from Springfield that was too big for our kitchen, we came here to find something that worked better. They offered us a trade in for our old fridge. We ended up getting a nice black whirlpool fridge with the set up we wanted and it had the same finish as our other appliances. Very reasonably priced and works much better than our old one did. The guys at the store were easy to talk to and really nice. Seem like honest people. We have a warranty with this fridge which is nice considering we didn’t with our old one that was $200 more expensive. Would definitely return. The shop dog was cute too haha

Owner is a great guy, very friendly and knowledgeable. Huge selection of quality used appliances. As an HVAC Tech myself it is hard to find quality used products. These guys offer just that quality used products. Just bought a washer and dryer set, I've had zero issues with it, but I got a 30 day warranty just in case, they help me load them, and made me a reasonable offer. I will defiantly be back to do more business soon, and I suggest you do as well. By far the LARGEST selection of used appliances as well. Even his dog was really friendly and calm.

Place looks nice. Has great options. But don't stand by their products. We're told all belts/bearings had been replaced and checked. Bought washer in Sept. By the begining of November the washer was bad. Needed new bearings . So clearly they lied. Will cost 300 $ for new bearings. The owner said that was way too much and they only charge that because someone was coming to our house to fix it. Well how else ii am supposed to get it fixed. They want us to bring it back in and they'll only charge me 110. To fix parts they said had already been replaced. And we were told we should have bought the extended warranty. Which still would do no good because I'd have to take the washer back in. Said he doesn't have a crystal ball to know when things will break. Well if they had replaced the bearings in it like they said it wouldn't be broken on the first place. Will never shop here again.. liars and ripoffs. Please be careful if you shop here. Tried to save money and cost me more then a new washer in the long run.

We bought a whirlpool washer and dryer set . Paid cash up front . Paid for delivery . They delivered it and it doesn’t work .the dryer doesn’t work . I called them they admitted it’s a fault of their own . They gave me 2 options . Either wait a week until they can fix it . Or I can get a refund but I lose $25 for every 100$ which makes no sense. So I have a dryer that doesn’t work because of them and even though it’s their fault I lose $75 because they didn’t test their dryer even though they told me they did . If this is fixed I’ll update this review

Horrible horrible please do not purchase from here I bought a dryer that did not work the same day it was delivered i call them they agreed to come out and fix and all I got was lies that my electricity was the problem the guy that came out was very unprofessional screaming arguing nonstop…. Just horrible please save your money do not purchase from this place $300 gone to the garbage very upsetting

Great place to buy used but great appliances. I purchased a refrigerator a year ago and it still works for the low dollar. I recently bought a washer/dryer combo and it was the best appliance purchase for the low. Highly recommended.

I recently purchased a refrigerator at a very good price that included some cost offset by selling them our old one. After taking it home, I discovered the freezer section worked properly but the fridge did not.Living a half hour away, it was not easy to return it for repair. Central Illinois Appliances (CIA) helped me with possible solutions to look at by phone. When all those failed, I returned it for a refund.Throughout the sale, purchase, and return process CIA was professional, reasonable, and helpful. If you're close by, and can bring the appliance in if something ends up not working, it is worth a look to see what they have!

this Place is absolutely horrible!!! please people do not buy anything from this place!! nothing works I bought a stove and refrigerator and nothing works my refrigerator leaks water really bad it leaves water all over my kitchen. the stove I had to send back three times and the finally gave me another stove but now the oven doesn't work please people do not shop there there product is garbage

I bought a washer from them. A Samsung Calibrio. It was in very good condition. It works really well and bought it at a very good price. A good alternative to getting a brand spanking new.

Need longer warranty on appliances I've bought 2 in a year repaired one on my own something else went out so I got a new one from them and not even a few months later broken they repaired and now broken again. Another 100 could of bought new for the price of 2.

Within 6 mo of purchasing my appliances, the dryer went out. Called 2 ask about if they can repair it & they told me I had 2 bring it n2 the store. Had Staats come out & $75 later, I need another dryer.👿👿👿

Bought fridge and stove and when I first used the oven started smoking like crazy then kept saying error not even a month after purchase called left a voice-mail they never got back to me called again and they answered and said I'm out of warranty and I told them I had left several voice-mail mails before the warranty was over and they said I never called back so now I'm home with a messed up stove not even a month after purchasing.
