My 21 year old daughter had recently lost her dad, and wanted a Build-a-Bear in remembrance of him. The staff we encountered was very caring and sympathetic. The employee who actually put the bear together, asked my daughter if she could hug her!....how thoughtful!

Went here for the first time with my daughter yesterday and I’m highly disappointed. The manager with the oxygen mask on at first was rude when I asked her what are the steps to making your own stuffed animal since it was our first time inside of this store. She had an attitude and instead of showing us around the store, she pointed and proceeded to tell us what to do instead of getting off her phone and showing my daughter and I how everything works inside this workshop. Thankfully, the third coworker came in and saved the day with her kindness and helpfulness when she seen us confused on certain things within the workshop. During checkout, they also didn’t mention anything about my daughter making a birth certificate for her stuffed animal. Spent over 100 dollars here and I’m still highly disappointed, we will not be returning back.

I can't think of a better experience than what I got. the worker was absolutely phenomenal and so welcoming to members of the LGBTQ+ community, and helped me find "docs" and converse for my bunny, and just was so kinda!!!!

Had a great time the people were nice and building a bear with stuffing was super cool (I recommend you get a scent it smells awesome) the birth certificate was cute and I liked how you can choose a outfit for your bear all around great trip I recommend this for anyone who needs to get their kid a birthday present

All of the staff members were very nice as well as helpful. I saw the woman with beautiful braided hair staff member stuffing animals treat each child (5 before me) with such kindness. She talked to each child about their stuff thing and let them just talk. The woman with different colors in her hair went above and beyond to help me with a question I had. She got online and found the place I put in my email when my item would be available again that the company will send me an email. WOW SUPER COOL AND CONVENIENT TO HAVE.I wish the BAB hospital was up and running like it was pre covid. I am trying to get my Mumble in to have the battery changed in its voice box before it is 100% dead and cannot be replaced.

We went for pay your age day and I was SO impressed with the staff on hand. The line was handled exceptionally well, staff was friendly and kept everyone informed as to what was happening. We didn’t get in the store until 4 1/2 hours after opening and the store looked clean and fully stocked. All employees were friendly and didn’t seem like they were rushing people. I went with low expectations and was blown away. Thank you for making it an enjoyable experience and handling the crazy promotion with grace. This mom is forever grateful!

We did the pay your age for the birthday bear for my two kiddos who both have November birthdays the staff was so friendly helpful! We will be back the one specific staff member made the experience for my son ...he is very shy and it was amazing to see him taking extra time to help him make his choices.. Can't not say enough positive about the staff there!

This is a unique place for children because it is interactive and fun. The child get to choose his or her stuffed animal or character, choose its clothing, and participate in the stuffing process. A scent ball can be added to the stuffed animal and/or the child can record an up to 10 second message in their own voice which can be inserted into the animal. The animal can then speak this message back when voice activated. The employee that was there when I visited is perfect for the job. He is warm and friendly and seems great with kids. Some people may think the products are a little pricey, but it's also an experience and will be remembered as a happy childhood moment.

The staff here in Northwoods Mall made our experience enjoyable! One would be hard pressed to believe it was in the midst of a pandemic! Besides the social distancing and masks they are doing a great job to make sure the little ones feel confident and comfortable.

I was in store for 25mins and just because I didn't have a kid with me they didnt even ask if i needed help .. 4 people walked in behind me and they jumped to help them .. i just left the non stuffed bear snd clothes on the counter andcwalked out

My kids loved it and I love that the "binky bunny" idea worked for my toddler. It's cool that this option is available to parents seeking to banish the binky. The cost is a little steep, though, especially if you add in the extras like clothes, shoes, and accessories. You get gift cards for spending certain amount, which softens the blow to the budget a bit.

We had to get my daughter's animal restricted. They were awesome with the repair. We Lzo got a few Chriztmas presents and they were very helpful with getting them ready for Santa. We love BAB

They where AMAZING!!!I went in to get a bear for my neice as a flower girl proposal and had my heart set on a bear I had created online. I didn't have enough time to wait for it to be shipped to my house but got to the store and asked if they could stitch the words on the bear and unfortunately, they do not do that in store. The accociates where however able to help me to create a bear that is a way better fit for my two year old neice. She's not able to read yet so they suggested that I use a voice box so everytime my neice presses the bears hand she can hear me ask her to be my flower girl. It is the perfect flower girl proposal and way better than my original idea! I can't wait to give it to her to see her reaction! The bear is so pretty, pink with a white dress, matching Vail and flower head band! The accociates helped me so much with their wonderful ideas and I couldn't be happier with it!
