I am so thrilled with my new walk-in shower! Everyone I had contact with during this process was amazing! Thank you Gabe, Jesse, Bradley and the ladies in the office, who were patient and kind when I had any questions or concerns. The shower looks even better than I imagined! I will give this place a three because their work is not exactly what they advertise. We agreed to spend a lot of money for a bathtub / shower installation because they advertised as a one-day installation. I completely understand if a project is too big and it takes more than one day however if you know a project is big you would send more than one person to do the installation. You would also have an experienced person do the project. What I got was a guy 1 week out of training to come in and install new waterlines and build new walls for this project all by himself. I am in no way frustrated with the installer. I am more frustrated with the company overall for putting an inexperienced person in the position where they are not comfortable nor confident in their own work. He was so rushed trying to get everything done in three days that he forgot important details which led to water leaks and damages. The leaks were fixed but It took four days to have them come fix the problem. Had I known my experience would be like this I would not have agreed to a $10,000 loan. When you pay that much money on a shower/bathroom you expect more out of the company. It does look beautiful though.

Salesman Jereco lied about removing a section so I would not have to step up. He said the crew can grind it all out. Liar! When everything was dug out and gone, the 2 man crew said they have nothing to do this with and that these salesman promise stuff that can't be promised. To late to turn back now! This is all $9,000 later and that is with certain discounts if you qualify. If you're handicap, they definitely take advantage with the cost. It looks nice, but almost $10,000! We were told that we could even get a discount on our 2nd tub/shower. Lol. That will not happen, because this will never be paid off! Although, everything goes over to the next owner. Not sure about that either? Liar salesman from the beginning! Think, think, think before you do this!

If you need a new shower installed ask for Trevor to do it! We had great / bad experience. The first guy who come out left is with a mess, not a very pretty, actually was very upset. They had to replace everything because of what he did. Then they sent Trevor. He knows what he is doing, great guy to work with. You need it done right he is the guy. Terrible experience with this company. My first installation date was February 9, and they sent unexperienced installer, he worked 3 days, walked off the unfinished job. I was sent out 2 installers to look at the damage and take pictures. They agreed for me to not turn my shower on at all, which I hadn't because it was not properly installed. Was informed new equipment and installation will be done, but not until March 9th, one month to the day my 1st date. This is my only bathroom with a tub or shower in my house, so I've had to go elsewhere to shower all this time. The humiliation and inconvenience this has caused me, not saying the depression is unbearable. I have contacted David in the complaints department twice since then about this and getting my full refund as the company broke the contract not me....he has not since answered me. This company is terrible and are taking advantage of a widowed,veteran woman. I would and never will recommend this company.Service: Shower refinishing

they replaced fiberglass tub with a walk in shower, they did a fabulous job, nice workers, pleasant, were very clean at their work, cleaned up nicely, I can't say enough praise for Jesse and Bradley, the job they did is perfect, I absolutely love it , the best shower I have ever taken, with out lifting my leg up with my hands. It is wonderful. thank you . if you need a new bath I recommend Bath Planet 100%

We are delighted to be working with BathPlanet out of Peoria, IL for our upcoming bathroom remodel for the tub/wet area. We learned about them from advertisements on Facebook. The salesman was kind, patient, and explained the product and the process for the project. My partner was there in-person while I was there eventually over the phone. I can imagine trying to explain things in that way to two people can be difficult. I appreciate his willingness to explain things twice and answer our questions. We explained the urgency of our need and he was able to help accommodate that for our family of six. We signed the contract on Jan 9th and will have the project done by the end of the month, not three months or more.We needed a remodel to help us with a mold problem and fix up the area for a reasonable cost. It will also take approximately one day to complete the entire project, which is a huge bonus. We financed to complete the project: two years of payments with no interest.One area for improvement would be to include an itemized budget to the consumer with the quote. We are obviously able to get a total budget for the project, but without an itemization it’s difficult for the consumer to fully evaluate the cost of things. It’s a minute detail since most people consider the overall cost to determine how feasible the project is from a finance perspective. Personally, this is just an expectation from my own line of work when doing capital projects: an itemized quote when asked is always included.We are excited for this project, and we have high hopes that this will end in a happy customer experience after everything is completed! We wanted to include a review for the first part of the process (sales, setting up the project) and then follow-up after the project is complete. Most reviews often focus only on the completion of a project. But I really wanted to take a moment to evaluate this part of the process. I contacted Bath Planet for a tub removal/ shower install for my aging parents. Was there for the initial meeting with the rep (i live out of state), to ensure they would be getting everything they needed for a safe shower. My folks told me they were extrenly impressed with guys that showed up to do the install, they covered the floors, were careful not to make a mess, there was little to no dust removing the old tile and tub. Clean removal, great install. The only aspect my mom didnt like was the bamboo seat that was installed. She says its not big enough, and she doesnt feel comfortable using it safely. Only issue they've had was a nonslip floor was not initially installed. This was a specific request for my aging parents and mt mother with a bad knee. Bath planet originaly said we did not ask for it, but made good, by returning and putting down nonslip material. BUT within 6 months, it had worn off. They have since returned to fix the issue. Added a new built in shower with new wall and drywall. They did an excellent job of installation and cleaned up the job as they did the installation. Would strongly recommend the install crew however we tried several times to contact Nick the salesmen's manager and he did not return any calls. I had a great experience with Bath Planet. They pulled out a 1955 bathtub and replaced it with a walk-in shower. The job was done very well. Blake was very professional and did a thorough job explaining the company and it's products. He addressed all our questions and even looked at a quote we had received from a competitor to point out the differences. I felt he was honest and knowledgeable about the product he was selling and industry pricing trends.Like the fact that shower panels are custom made in Illinois and adhesives used are proprietary to Bath Planet. We will consider having them do this job.

My husband and I weren’t able to replace our bathtub-shower at this time, however, their salesman, Roman Szyszka, was absolutely wonderful!! He was courteous, friendly, and at no time, did he pressure us. Roman knew the products, measured the area, and was precise on financing and cost. If BathPlanets’ workmanship is as great as their salesman, Roman, we would seriously recommend this company! And, no, we are not related to Roman.

My husband and I are dual military nurses. We just arrived to Illinois after serving overseas for 4 years. We bought our first home. We started our remodeling process and hired this company to do our bathroom. We were promised one thing and got something different. There was miscommunication which is obvious to us and the Peoria bath planet, however, this mistake falls solely on us because we trusted bath planet to provide us what we thought was on the contract. The whole process took 3 hours and we tried to work with them and even drove him to a father in law who had wifi to sign the contract. Trusting that everything we discussed was in there. What customer after, an at this point 2 hour signing process, is going to want to scan a contract? Especially after sharing stories about each other’s families while waiting. Trust was built and now all the blame is only falling on us which seems wrong. The salesman promised us a custom fit tub to the size we needed. The tub installed was standard size. There was no help whatsoever. I spoke to the manager nick and the owner Bryan (he said he was the owner). They said since I signed the contract that’s what I get, he said he doesn’t think I am “dumb” enough to have signed a contract without reading it. Well I didn’t read it. I trusted the sales person after 2 hours of ordering and him having trouble with his tablet. It’s horrible, 10k to the trash for something we didn’t liked and didn’t asked for. The treatment we received was depressing. Please read your contract! Don’t trust people. As a nurse and a soldier is disappointing that we can’t trust people anymore. The installer guy was the best though! He did what he was told!Service: Remodeling

My grandma waited for over 2 months to get her bathroom done. They called to confirm the day before and said they would be there around 7am-9am. They called the day of at 8:30 and said they wont make it because there kid was sick. I get kids get sick but don’t call late. Not only where they late about calling they didn’t have another person to come and do her bathroom. I would not recommend this company. They are not responsible enough to make sure they are here.
