“Who da thunk “ that the Bass Pro Shop was the perfect rainy day entertainment for our family…but it was! The shop is huge, fun and eclectic. Definitely NOT just for sportsmen! There is a huge aquarium tank, a small but amazing bowling alley(designed like an under sea experience), an arcade and a restaurant all contained within this hidden gem! The icing on the cake is that every employee I encountered was kind, helpful and knowledgeable!

BASS PRO! Good shopping experience and they have deals! I went for Santa photos and left with memories that will stay with me for a lifetime. Bowling is fun and the fish tank is just as fun.

We love Bass Pro. They plan fun activities for the kids here. The fish tank is always a nice draw.. They have bowling and a restaurant.We came for Santa this time. The Santa there did a fabulous job. We were very impressed with how he spent time talking to each child.

Super expensive! Even the restaurant in there is outrageous! We left there and went to Texas Road house for a full meal cheaper than their $16 hamburger. Texas road house was $14.99 for a sirloin steak full meal !!

Great prices! Clearance items were actually clearance prices! So many options in every department. Probably the best Bass Pro I have ever shopped at. Not to mention, it is attached to a restaurant and bowling alley! Our kids are begging to go back!

Such a neat place! My kids love going there, soo much to see! There is also a bowling alley on one end of the store. Wish more shopping places had this kind of creativity.

I love shopping here but the customer service is always terrible. The last time I did store pickup they were understaffed so I had to wait an uncomfortably long time for my order. I went in a couple of days ago (3/23) for hiking boots and the female staff in the shoe department was hesitant on helping find my husband's size in the back.

I have visited Bass Pro more times than I count. I started out when my 3 boys were growing up and continue to go now for both them and my grandchildren. Their inventory is beyond amazing and too much to list here. Do yourself a favor and stop by one for an in-store visit. I guarantee you will glad you did! NOTE: As you walk through the store don’t forget to look “UP”!

Lots of fun shopping at the shop! They could use a bit more finesse with scheduling cashiers - the lines were unnecessarily long. And I do not recommend the restaurant at all - plenty of options close by if you want a meal. If you just want snacks while bowling, it would probably be OK, tho.

I really like bass pro, the issue is there snack/coffee shop never seems open when I'm there and when I went in to look at firearms because I really planned on buying one, the guy at the counter was relentless about the stupid basspro credit card. Not everybody is interested in that kind of stuff and when your customer is obviously not interested that doesn't mean keep talking about it and trying to force it upon someone. Maybe when I try to buy my shotgun it won't be so bad, or I'll just do what I did last time and buy elsewhere.

A must visit! They have more than you can imagine in outdoor gear. And so much interesting local outdoor murals, taxidermy animals and replicated scenes including Abe Lincoln's boyhood cabin, antiques and more. It's an amazing outdoor store and a museum all in one.

Purchased a gun and then was sold wrong ammo by the gun counter employee whom retrieved the ammo and bagged it. I was not aware it was wrong until returning home and seeing the ammo type. I contacted the assist managers they refuse ammo return or exchange, contacted the general manager left a message though never received a call. Basically I was ripped off by Bass Pro Shop in East Peoria of $71 dollars. An executive decision should have been made being the employees fault and they would not honor their mistake. I will never trust nor purchase from this corporation in the future.

Enjoyed the restaurant inside call Uncle bucks. Had the shrimp fries and slaw and a golden margarita. Food was awesome, and the drink was on point. Not a lot of places can make a golden margarita. The store itself is always nice but over priced on clothing, as usual.

I love bringing my kids here for bowling and shopping. We all have a good time here, especially in the winter when cabin fever sets in - lots of games and things to do - and buy the sale items when you can!!!

Love these stores. Love their different lines of clothing so that you can get reasonably priced clothes or higher priced, whichever you choose. I bought a sweater and a fall shirt that I absolutely love! We'll be back!

I will never do business with BPS.One of my son's went into their store one of my granddaughter was not feeling well went to the restroom to throw up and that. Next the know being surrounded by cops accused of kidnapping. I guess now on I better not even go to Peoria Il. Ever since you can be accused falsely of anything even if you look cross eyed at a person accused of something or farted to loud

Review from my husband. Great store! Justin in gun department has outstanding customer service. Calin at the customer service counter is amazing. Larry in the fishing area is extremely helpful and always has great advice.

This place is massively large and is ideal for bringing your dog inside to walk around.This time around, I stopped and got a milk shake. It wasn't that great tasting and had grainy texture to it. Weird

Fantastic selection. Friendly staff who are knowledgeable. It's great to take little kids to kill time (looking at the fish). And they offer pictures with Santa for free during the Christmas season. Only criticism is that prices at a bit high compared to other competitors.

I guess answering a phone is a thing of the past , for 2 days I've called to get info if they sell a particular license and they answered 1 time and sent me on to more long time holds of phone rings ,great job !!!
