Tons of variety in terms of products. Great selection of clothing, motorized vehicles, camping supplies, guns, etc. Staff is very friendly. Not many of their clientele wears masks, unfortunately.

They had our boat for months, never given updates. When we finally got our boat back we didn't even ride 2 minutes before it broke down the same exact way it did before they "fixed" it.

Enjoy going to Bass Pro Shop, besides the nice fire place, the live tank with different fish, and all the great outdoor items, one could get lost and spend lots of money and if you get hungry they have a great restaurant than bowl a few balls on their lanes.

Dinner was pricey and not fabulous, which I would expect for pricey. Our waitress was really great, though.If you're going to see Santa plan ahead to spend a LOT of time there. Despite getting a ticket for our time, they were nearly an hour behind by the time my kids had their picture taken with Santa. Plus they ran out of the stuffed animal my littlest wanted from seeing everyone else. He got a craft instead that's probably awesome for a little bit older kids.There were tons of stations to play at from a first person hunting game all the way down to coloring pages. This helped immensely while my oldest waited in line so the others could play.If you plan accordingly you'll probably be fine, and I bet earlier this month it was an awesome time for everyone. Now that it's getting more crowded with the holidays, it was just an okay experience.

Absolutely amazing. They had everything you could need on your boat. Every accessory you could ever want. For being one of the smaller bass pro shops it had a lot of things to choose from. Great boat selection aswell. Loved it!

Took 4 pair Red Head lifetime warranty socks back for new ones. just in time for winter. No Q's asked. Nice clerk's. Then I went to the sales floor I am not the kinda guy that needs help and to be honest I was kinda getting tired of being bugged. I know they are instructed to do so and I don't wanna be rude, but after 8 or 9 employees interrupt me... I finally had to tell one girl I didn't need anything from her after 4 different Q's & statements. When i politely tell a person I do not need help, I expect that to be enough. Don't follow me and keep asking me stuff! I just wanted to look around a bit with some peace & quiet. This is why I gave 4* instead of 5*.

have brought boat 3 times in last month and half to this location, 3 hours away they keep saying they take it out and test it and every time we bring it home same exact issue at this point have probably payed for the motor in repairs and have same exact issue

I tried to call them for 2 hrs and had to call bass pro and tell them someone wouldn't answer. Then told me I couldn't buy or have my tracker worked on because it is to old. They are the tracker dealer and can't even get one fixed. They should give Tracker back to Watkins Marine. I am sending a complaint to the Tracker Corporate center.
