Bob and James were on time and got right to work after Bob graciously answered all my questions!He showed me what he was doing as he re-stretched carpets in 4 areas of our home and then cleaned all those carpets. Bob was very responsive and professional! He was able to repair our carpet that was previously installed by others and remove excess carpet that was rippling in the hallway. Bob and his assistant did an absolutely fantastic job on our basement carpet. He and his assistant restretched the carpet and then cleaned the heck out of it. Once again Bob did an amazing job. We had two doorways of carpet repaired after renovations. Both doorways look better than when they were originally laid. We also had carpet cleaned which now looks brand new again. We will never call anyone else for all our floor needs.

A miracle worker!! The VCT tiles in our commercial rental had years of grim, dirt and wax built up. It was hideous. Somehow B+N worked magic and got them shiny and clean. For a very reasonable price! They were always communicating and being open a honest about the job. I appreciated that!

Called Bob needing 2 carpeted rooms restretched. He responded quickly and came out for an estimate. Very personable and professional. He then came out the following week to perform the work.He did a fantastic job with the restretching and he also (carpet) cleaned all of the rooms. Our carpet looks new again. After using a nationally known company every year, we hired B & N to clean carpet on the recommendation of a friend. Bob does a phenomenal job! He was able to remove a traffic pattern in front of a couch where our teenagers sat to play video games. We've had a rug there for years to hide it but after Bob cleaned it just ONCE, we got rid of the rug! Bob is punctual, professional, super friendly, and his prices are very reasonable. We referred a friend to B & N and she was extremely pleased with Bob's work too! We wouldn't even think of hiring anyone else now!

Bob did an outstanding job on my carpets. I guess I never knew what color they were supposed to be until he was done. You can tell he takes pride in his work and and it shows. I am 100% happy with the service and outcome, and will only be using B&N from now on. Bob also gave me pointers on spot cleaning and other mistakes people often do, which I am guilty of. Bob and his staff are professional, thorough and just plain good. I like the fact that they have told me what to expect upon cleaning regarding a spot that may not clean well. They also put blocks of styrofoam under wood legs as to protect the carpet right after cleaning.

Horrible with tardiness and excuses. My carpets smelled better before he cleaned them. I prefer the smell of a rented carpet cleaning to his. Overall worst experience i can remember. If I want excuses and complaining i would get my teenager to clean them. Dont call this company!
