This place is more unreliable than Congress. The hours of operation does not exists, there’s nobody in the kiosk ever. Might as well just close it permanently

I ordered my son and I a pretzel dog and a drink. They both were brunt but as soon as we bit into them it was raw dough. I quickly tell my son to spit it out but he ate it. Both of the dogs under cooked. I go to get a refund the lady refunded my money and didn’t even say sorry and did it as slow as possible. My son was crying because he really wanted one but they said they didn’t have anymore cooked. By that point I was upset so I just left. Thanks for feeding us dough great thing we didn’t get sick. I just want them to know it’s not fault they didn’t prepare edible food for us. I look at this place with disgust every time I see it.

I didn't even to give them a star this place is terrible! I waited in a long line because the people were very slow... Then when I got up I ordered a strawberry smoothie and a mango smoothie and mini pretzel dogs waited for at least 10 minutes and finally got them but then they tasted terrible with barley any fruit and they just tasted like bad juice then we waited another 10 minutes for the pretzel dogs then they gave us theses weird nuggets so we gave them back and 10 Minutes later we get a big pretzel dog which is not what we ordered..... We finally got mini pretzel dogs 30 minutes later and they were burnt the girl with the oarnge hair was very rude too and blamed it on me talking wrong which I didn't just don't go here this place sucks!

My daughter and I came to the northwoods mall to the upstairs location. My daughter is a type one diabetic but wanted to treat herself to some cinnamon sugar pretzels. Shawna was the women that helped u . She was so pleasant and helpful. She help measure the exact ounces on the container we had ordered. She told us about the rewards program as well. She was so friendly, it was refreshing. Thanks Shawna!!!

I didn't even want to give them 1 star. The server was rude, didn't smile or anything. I waited in line in for 20 min, then was told I had to wait another 10 min for a pretzel dog. Also I am a mall employee so I was late coming back from break and didn't receive my mall discount even though I had on my name tag. The mall needs to bring back Didoughs pretzels. $9.47 for lunch is a bit steep for a drink and pretzel dogs.

I always enjoy Auntie Anne's. I enjoyed the food this time as well. But it's too expensive for what you get for rude service and that's exactly what we got this time. Interupting, barking what sauce when were telling what drink we want. Just awful.

This place has such poor customer service. I've called multiple times at different times over the last week with one answer two weeks ago out of a 56 calls. (the person who answered (35th call attempt) told me to speak with the manager (who, along with their employees, NEVER answer the phone) the following day, which of course was useless advice.

They have mini pretzel dogs all over their menu and don't even serve them, then got a regular pretzel dog and waited 12 min, and was super doughy also do not except 50s or 100s even though my total was 35 dollars so there's no difference between ordering $5 worth of food with a 20 or $35 with a 50, very bad service
