I went in yesterday with a plumbing problem, and not only did the guys in the back know immediately how to help me with the parts I needed, they also helped me repair the part on the spot. Two guys went through a lot of time and effort (not to mention parts drawers!) to resolve an issue that I could never have fixed on my own, and I regard myself as somewhat handy. They have tools, a bench, and a great attitude, all of which will make me keep going back to them. I think their prices are reasonable, and if you only need one washer, you only have to buy one washer. Keep up the great customer service, guys and girls!

I went there recently to get a part to repair a bathtub faucet and expected to pay more for the convenience of it being close by. I figured I could get it cheaper at Lowe’s or Home Depot. The owner or manager told me exactly what I needed and I came away only having to purchase seven dollars worth of washers and parts. Had i gone to Home Depot or Lowe’s, I would’ve had to purchase an entire unit at $40 or more.This Ace Hardware has the feel of the old hardware stores when I grew up as a kid where the owners and managers would personally help you select what you needed. I miss stores like this and the quality people who work in them!

Really like this place, full of very well informed staff, can-do attitudes with excellent service. Only reason not five stars is not stocked as well as the big box stores so I have to make two trips. But, the value is excellent for the money, will return.

This specific store receives only 2 stars because the products I've purchased at this location are usually old, dusty, and some of what I purchased doesn't even work properly. The owner refuses to rotate his product. The reason im not giving this location 1 star is because there are exceptional employees at work, helping in any way they can. These guys really do care about customers and make it obvious. Unfortunately you usually don't see the owner as he is always in his office or not even at the store and isn't seen assisting customers enough. Then again he may be busy with his other locations and isn't aware of his decreased presence at his different stores.I will continue to visit the incredible staff at this location as they are very knowledgeable and extremely nice. However, as far as purchasing product (and investing my money at this specific store) and in regards to the ownership, I've moved my business to another Ace Hardware location under separate ownership.My great grandfather, my brother, and myself have all worked at the same Ace Hardware store for years and I won't let negative experiences at just one location stop me from giving my money to this corporation. This old company deserves your money. You are investing in a good thing and keeping them alive. Just be cautious about which store location you're shopping. You want a good store with an owner who remains kind and on your side, who is there for you no matter what, and you obviously want products that work. Happy shopping!

Went in looking for a bolt for my circular saw, the guy checked a few different bolts n couldn't get one to thread in. Looked a little deeper into the hole n saw a stripped thread in the center of the length. He chased a tap down it and cut new threads for me. Didn't charge me anything for it. I walked out with a fixed saw and a new lock washer for it. Total was 12cents. Highly recommend.

Love this store and all the other little hardware stores. The most helpful people and OMG they have stuff in every nook and cranny. If can't find it ask them and most likely they have it tucked away somewhere.

Every employee here is wonderful and helpful to the max. The owner is often found working in any and every department and he knows his stuff. My only complaint is that they aren't open late enough on the weekends.

Had them make 3 keys and none was f them worked.They used the wrong key type to make the keys.Was already $14 now have to drive back over to get remade.
