Went to get my spouse her seizure med that she needed. Instead of filling in the pharmacists position, they find it a better idea to close and tell the people that need there meds tonight sorry! And that's not the first time I've had issues like this. Horrible. They don't even deserve the star.

The drive thru is a joke 10 cars in line only one tech working the windows when there are 2 computers should be 2 people working the windows. Poor management I ended up changing Walgreens so glad I did no wait now.

Not the best Walgreens I've ever shopped in. The store seems a little cluttered. The pharmacy has never been great. I made an appointment for a vaccination, but still had to wait 10-15 minutes before being seen. Also, I did not have the pharmacist innoculate me, it was a pharmacy tech. We left the pharmacy for regular refills because there always seemed to be a delay or a billing error.

Horrible wait time and the staff is very nonchalant about it; no apologies, no hustle when lines get long. It’s very disappointing. Was told my prescription would be ready in 15-20 min; I had my newborn in the car. Came back after 25 min; prescription still not ready. Lady at the window said she just got there and didnt know why it wasn’t ready yet; no apology, no drive to fix it. It took about 40 min.

Since the court st store is the only 24 hour walgreens. EVERYONE IN TOWN goes there. The drive up is ALWAYS at least 5 cars deep in both lanes with only 1 person serving all the cars. They need to staff BOTH stores in town 24 hours.

I called to check on the status of a prescription I was told would be ready; and it wasn’t when my husband went to pick it up. Whoever was answering calls about prescriptions was extremely rude and hung up on me mid sentence. The guy never said his name but was very rude and short with me on the phone.

Wait time is EXTREME for ANYTHING, but getting vaccines here is a joke! Left WITHOUT getting ANY vaccines as others were more important to care for than a person waiting CLOSE to an HOUR for a few vaccines. AND the other person had JUST showed up with a question.

This store has turned out to be the slowest place! Skip the drive thru, you'll be sitting for 20 minutes with 1 person ahead of you that's also been waiting that amount of time. I have had this experience twice within the past week. There are also 2 reps working the drive up window. Seriously what's the hold up?

I thought I was picking up 2 prescriptions and only 1 was ready. Apparently I didn't do something on there website right. Make sure you get notification that they received your prescription. The technician said give me a minute and she filled it right there in a minute. She was awesome and I wish I had her name but I threw my receipt away!! All I can can say the 2020 Court St. Pekin IL Walgreens Pharmacy is #1 on Saturday, April 16th!! Thanks so much!!

Why does anyone use this pharmacy? That is a serious question. EVERY prescription I, or any member of my family, had had is MUCH cheaper everywhere else. I'm not talking $20 here or there. Very significant amounts of money can be saved by ditching this place.I currently started a prescription that is not covered by my insurance. First off, the Walgreens staff has never mentioned trying anything like GoodRx, because why provide savings to the customers. Second, even if you use an app like that, it is still hundreds cheaper elsewhere. My new prescription with GoodRx at Walmart is $19.64/month. With GoodRx at Walgreens, the same medication is $382.45.Yep, you read that right. I'm not talking name brand vs generic. Both are generics, both are made by the same manufacturer, Walgreens just thinks the extra $360+ is worth it since they also make you wait twice as long. This is a joke. If you are not switching pharmacies, you need to dig your head out of the sand and look for yourself. These results are 100% typical. You WILL save thousands per year ditching this joke.

I called Walgreens due to Covid, I asked if I can buy Paxlovid over the counter. They said no but they have a program where they can prescribe it and to go online to make an appointment. I did and the website is a nightmare and super hard to navigate. Esp when sick. There were no options for this treatment. I called back and they said they do not provide that service.

Told my prescription would be ready at 1pm. To give them plenty of time, I waited until after 5pm to pick it up. They told me it would be at least another 30 minutes and basically just blew off the fact they had promised me it would be ready four hours earlier. Came back after two more hours and then it was fifteen minutes. they finally had it ready at 9am this morning. Twenty hours after it was promised. Use a different pharmacy. The crew in there at the time didn't even hide the fact they had contempt for their customers. The guy ahead of me also was told they did do his prescription yet either and he was also told to come back later.

This certainly isn't my favorite location but when I'm here I usually find a good deal or two. The management seems to take a more relaxed approach than other locations but never had an issue in this location!!

Both Walgreens are constantly getting something wrong with my perscriptions. Every month I either the wrong amount or don't get them all. I am constantly calling them after picking my med up because something is missing or the amount is incorrect. Now you get a call center when you call them, you don't even get the store. If you have an elderly family member always check their perscriptions from either one of these stores.

Would rate 0 stars if available.. not once going here has been a good experience get texts saying prescription is ready went in it's not. 4 times in a row. Cvs is by far better this store needs to close as it is useless

I called Tonight to have a prescription transfer because I got got to pick it up n I had to give My address three times n I already called my Walgreens in dekalb Illinois n they told me to talk to the Walgreens in Pekin after a long day n having to change a flat tire I was tired n I got hung up on n I'm so exhausted I don't feel or want to argue for that matter so I will be in tomorrow I'm person to see if I can have it transferred if I could I'd give - Negative star's
