One of the easiest home improvement purchases ever. On Saturday, I walked into the store- said I wanted carpet similar to what I had purchased a couple years ago. Sandy looked up my account, pointed me in the right direction and waked me through selection. She scheduled me for measuring on Monday, gave me the price on Tuesday and I had carpet installed on Friday (there was a cancellation)! The install team were friendly, courteous and very skilled! I worked with bree to get an estimate for flooring in my mother's house. Her help was fantastic but unfortunately we weren't able to do the job yet. Once we get the money together we will for sure be working with her. Highly recommend working with her she is kind courteous and and extremely helpful.

I highly recommend Vonderheide for all your decorating needs in flooring and window treatments. I had my entire home done and they did such an amazing job! From Sandy in the showroom helping me figure out every little detail and what would look best in my spaces and putting it all together, always engaged, and following up with the progress to Tim Vonderheide coming out to measure all rooms for floors and blinds, he was so helpful! Not only that but when he saw some of my Hunter Douglas blinds that already exist needed some tightening and adjusting, he was so gracious to do that for me! They are top-notch in professionalism and their work. You can’t get better service or quality than Vonderheide!

Vonderheide recently installed hardwood flooring in my house. Excellent experience from sales to installation. The installers were friendly and did an excellent job. They were so careful when removing the baseboards, I didn’t have to touch up the paint on any walls. They even shoveled the snow in my driveway so they wouldn’t track any in the house and also did an awesome job on clean up. Planning to get carpet from Vonderheide in the future.

We wanders into the Vonderheide store and everything was great from that point on. The sales team helped us fine the floors my wife wanted, and the installation team was the most efficient pair of individuals I’ve ever seen. They came in, focused on what they were doing and left us with beautiful floors and far less impact than I expected. We will never buy any type of flooring from anyone except Vonderheide. Truly the best experience I’ve ever had with any type of contractors…the professionalism was amazing!!!

I was so happy with all my interactions at Vonderheide's. Everyone was so friendly and knowledgeable. Bree was so helpful in finding just the right flooring for my laundry room. She listened to what I was thinking I wanted, I was unsure and I'm terrible at making these kinds of decisions, and she made some great suggestions from what she got from my ramblings. Bree ended up finding the perfect floor for me.

I went to the showroom last Saturday to look at flooring and to get an estimate. I was looking for new flooring for my whole house and wanted to go somewhere local that could help me pick out what would work for my needs. I walked in and a lady came up and said "Is there something I can help you with?" I was a little thrown off by the rude greeting. I let her know I was wanting to purchase new flooring then she asked me if I even have the dimensions for the space, I let her know I did. She then called a gentleman over and told him I was looking for a "rough estimate", I guess she decided for me that I was not buying right away. I was then ushered over to the flooring display where I let the guy know I wanted the same flooring for the entire house and that I have a dog so I need something durable and waterproof. He pointed to a wall display and said this is what we have in stock the rest has to be ordered and over here is the sale section. That is the extent of the help he gave me. I stated again that the flooring would be in the bathroom and kitchen so I need waterproof thinking that might get him to show me something that would fit my needs and nope he just pointed at the back wall again and said this is what we have in stock.I thanked him for his time then left. Needless to say I did not purchase flooring and I don't see how I can recommend anyone to go there.

What a horrible experience. I’m saying the whole thing. If you are looking for quality and customer service you might want to keep looking. So had three different installers try to fix each other’s mistakes didn’t happen and one of the owners was full of excuses and promises. He also was very rude. And unfortunately we are stuck with a hack job that looks worst then when they started. Thanks a lot Vonderhid!

I had a vision and they were so patient with me while I took many samples home to try to achieve that vision. The staff was good at keeping us well informed about when the carpet came in and installation would be. The gentlemen(Max & Adam) laying the carpet stood us what they were going to do and kept us up on the job during the task. We had vinyl flooring installed in our entryway and a bathroom. I changed my mind a few times before I made my final choice of floors, but both of the sales people were very patient and helpful, and I am very pleased with the outcome.The installer was also very polite and professional. He finished both jobs in the same day, and the floors look great!We've used Vonderheide Floors several times in the past, and I'm sure we will call them again the next time we need new vinyl, tile or carpet.

Vonderhiede did a fabulous job putting down vinyl plank flooring. They moved all my furniture and put it all back in place. They were neat and clean and swept everything up. Just did a fantastic job with everything!! I highly recommend them for all your flooring needs!!
