I've had great luck ordering online and picking up at the store. The order is always ready for pickup in less than 30 minutes. When I arrive for pickup, the order arrives at my car in 3 or 4 minutes. The staff I have encountered have all been friendly.

I feel as though the staff in this store could accommodate the customer's a bit better. They always seem like they are in a unpleasant mood which makes the experience less enjoyable. My wife and I make frequent trips to the store to get supplies, we have always had issues with the stores Customer Service! Definitely needs improvement.

Well organized, friendly, helpful staff. Great selection of things you won't find in a "normal" hardware store. A bit out of the way, in the back of the old Pekin Mall. But the drive is well worth it. Ample parking and plenty of area to load up.

I had needed some stuff from Tractor Supply Company in Pekin, IL. I couldn't come in to get it for a couple a days because of my medical procedure. They saved it for me. I do so appreciate how they handle their customers. I come here because of that as I have a choice of three stores I could go to. Thank you for being there for me. Sally

Has anything for farms and city folk alike. Has various feeds for animals. Can get items.shipped there and pick them up, or delivered to your home at a low fee. Has unique items as well as everyday items to fix a farm tractor or a lawn tractor. Prices are fair. Hours good.

I went to TSC in Pekin a spur of the moment trip to purchase a mini bike. Pam and Gauge went above and beyond to help me get everything needed to get my mini bike home from tie downs, renting one of their trailers to even installing a ball and hitch for me on my SUV. I cannot thank them enough. Definitely a wonderful team at this TSC and I will definitely continue shopping here.

Great service and value. If you live in the country, this place is a must. Shopped around for field fencing, and they had the best price, almost 20% lower that others I looked at.

Good place to get in and out when I'm in a hurry. Usually well stocked on things I need, whether it's something for the chickens or the cats. It's also the only place in the area that I know of that carries food codec diatomatious earth that I can use for the chickens.

Used to be my one stop shop for bird feed, squirrel feed and many, many dollars spent on dog food.This store in Pekin, hasn't had what we needed for two years.Although the store in Columbia, Missouri was a 10* miss that store.

They have a Vet clinic every Thursday from 2:30 to 4:00 pm if your dog or cat needs shots reasonable prices!!!Its a good place to go never to crowded and staff is fantastic!

Bought a cub cadet rider put 4 hrs on it and electric clutch flew apart had to haul it back in and they have no idea when it will be done and they wouldn't let me upgrade to a better unit .hopefully done before mowing season is over . beware of the cub cadets .
