Amazing customer service!! My dog loves going in there to pick her toys! They were a big help with getting my dog to gain weight back after having puppies... thanks to them we have one healthy momma dog and 6 very happy, healthy pyppies!!

I shop here off and on for my pet supplies. it's a smaller store then our other pet stores in the area but the staff is very knowledgeable helpful and friendly. On my last shopping spree there I picked up 3 benches and now I'm proud to announce they were quite happy in our huge Aviary with her other five Birds and now we are the proud parents of three baby finches. Animals especially Birds need to be well care for in order to still breed once you bring them home so they're direct Testament to the care that they are received and that store are babies hatched about 5 weeks after I bought them. So yes Pet Supply Plus in Pekin is my favorites pet pet store

So I bought my 6 year old daughter a glow fish and it died four hours after brought it home. So I took it back. Then I got her two goldfish. It's only been 9days and now those two are dead. We started with brand new everything for her. New tank, rocks, decor, and new fish. After trying to save the fish with meds and water changes, I have to tell her AGAIN that her fish are dead. I'll never buy fish here again. I also wasn't allowed to bring these dack and they changed their policy from 10 days to 48 hours to return dead fish. There's your sign.

Not impressed with the delivery service. It seems to be a little light on customer care and commen sense. But they do have great groomers who are friendly and go the distance to meet the customers needs.

I shop here in store frequently and have always loved it. I recently purchased something online to be picked up. Unfortunately the animal suffered a stroke before I could pick it up and the product was no longer needed. I called immediately (May 7). I was told a refund would be processed and if I did not hear anything back it would all be good. I waited. No phone call and no refund. I called back and was told it was on the manager's desk and they would call me soon. I waited... No call no refund. I was again given the same information. Today I called and was told, "Oh. Since it was an online order you have to come in, pick it up and then do the return in person. We have it in the back room waiting." I am not looking forward to having to go in and explain about my pet and go thru all the hurt, but more importantly... Was anyone ever going to call to tell me? 10 days and no one had. I asked and I was told, "They told me someone called you." This was the worst customer service I have EVER received from this store. Couldn't be more disappointed.

This is my favorite pet store in the area. The staff are extremely friendly, knowledgeable and helpful. You can tell they actually care about animals. They took the time to let my kids hold several reptiles and explained them, and the care they need, to help us make an informed decision. It may not be as big as other stores, but the personal experience will always have me shopping there.

This place is OK. I went on looking for some stimulating toys for am african Grey bird. They had a good selection and at a decent price. For as small as the store is, they have a good selection.
