I've been getting online orders here for at least a year. But the last 2 times that I have placed an order it's been "running late" and then cancelled 10 mins after the final pick up time has passed.Well, today I went into the store, found every item I ordered on the shelves, checked out then asked to speak to someone in charge. We were told that they "have not been trained for it, that there was no orders on their handheld, and that there isn't even a computer training program for it."The store is an absolute disaster, garbage and stock sitting everywhere. Also, while I was checking out a person w that had been shopping in the aisles i had been in walked out of the store with a backpack on and set off the alarm. The only response from the employees was to call out "freeze!" from behind the register and laugh.When my ex husband worked at DG in Bartonville he was written up, and demoted from store manager for way less then this. What an absolute joke of a store. Save your money or go to another location. This one is awful.DG Store Number 666

If you're planning on placing a pick up order, I cannot stress to you enough, don't do it.Twice now, our order has been "running late" and then abruptly cancelled without so much as an explaination as to why. When you call to try to inquire as to why this is, the phone either rings for several minutes before going busy; OR they pick up the phone and hang up.Take your business elsewhere.

I normally do not leave bad reviews but this dollar general is in shambles. It didn't state anywhere outside or in that they were remodeling like the one in Manito did but it sure had the appearance, I hope. Everything was all over the place more than usual. Boxes and merchandise in every row, empty shelves, the same items in multiple locations. Very hard to shop. I only gave the 2 stars because the male cashier was very fast and friendly.

I always enjoy going to this Dollar General store. The employees have treated me well and are pleasant. My only complaint is the aisles are very crowded and it gets hard to shop sometimes when there are multiple customers in the same aisles.I would like to mention that I fell out in the parking lot, right off the curb by the ice machine. Customers could have cared less.

Aisles are too narrow with products over-flowing; there is barely enough room to maneuver carts. Carts constantly need wheels repaired or oiled. Even the ONCE DISCOUNTED items, are now barely competitive with other stores. I shop here because it is usually quick to get in & out of due to fewer people shopping here. The employees also make a concerted effort to get your items checked efficiently.

Broadway store always great, only once didn't have what I was looking for, but who can beat cat litter for a $1! Staff is friendly, food reasonably priced, and cigarettes if you're a smoker also reasonable for the high dollar they are nowadays...

One can find some very useful and unusual items that you don't find at the big stores. You really have to look closely. Right now some great deals via their downloadable coupons. I plan on doing some Christmas shopping there.

I have never been so appalled to read slanderous comments about a store or store manager. As an employee of this establishment, It saddens me to see that someone could be a level of unhappy to to this kind of thing. I have never worked with a boss as pleasant as the one I work for now. I have never been respected by a manager as I am here. If any of these negative comments were true, I wouldnt be working here. Plain and simple. I have a college certification. I could find a different job any day of the week. I enjoy working here because of the atmosphere that my boss makes for us to work in. I work here because at the end of the day, the respect that I get from my boss makes the hard work worth it. The fact that someone would say stuff like this about the leader of an establishment just because of personal unhappiness is just wrong. Rachel is an extreamly hard worker, and a hell of a great person who cares about her employees compleately. I wouldn't want to work under anyone else.

I like coming here because it's so close to my house and prices are good. I only gave it 2 stars this time because there was about 10 people in line and only one person checking people out. Just think some else could have gotten on a register to help get the line down.

Call them on the phone ask them if they had any sleds for teenagers. Got there they only had a couple left and they definitely were not for teenagers. Little misleading but oh well it's a dollar store and we all we need them around.

The staff is really nice at this store. Since I work late I dont usually make it here until 10-15 minutes before they close. My only problem is sometimes they close 8-10 minutes early. The store manager said its because the employee's get written up if they have any customers inside even 1 minute after 10pm. Which I dont think thats right if the closing time posted is 10:00pm then they should stay open until 10pm. Otherwise change the closing time to 9:45pm.

My family and I aren't the richest people alive, so we usually come here when we don't have much money. Typically, we buy microwaved foods and double liters of soda here, and it's relatively cheap!Despite how cheap it is, though, the selection isn't the biggest. Even if you shopped here with a bit more money in your pocket, you might not always get what you want.

Can't get through life without a local Dollar General and this location is very nice. They keep the store clean and organized. I never have trouble finding anything and the staff is always friendly.

It was busy & the store was to clustered with clutter. There's to many displays in the center isles. It make me very anxious & I couldn't wait to leave. I ended up going to Walmart instead. Get rid of the displays & put stuff away !!!

Has almost anything you need for your home, at great prices. Clean and organized. Staff friendly and helpful. Go here often for a variety of things, food included.

If you use a walker or wheel chair then this one or any dollar genral are not acessable to us the the Isles are always packed full of boxes or other merchandise or you cannot get around there are no automatic doors to open it you have to have someone push open the doors for you I feel this is unacceptable

More expensive than Wal-Mart but not as much trash.. so I'm in the fence.. just like I would rather pay higher taxes for welfare than have to deal with the garbage sucking off the system

Store is clean, stocked and well maintained. Cashiers / staff are always friendly. Lines are long at times though.

The cashiers are more worried about stocking shelves than opening up another register. There are always long lines because of this. SMH. Customer service is second here, unfortunately.
