Decided I'd try their chicken before I move out of state in a couple of days. The "lil" girls didn't even acknowledge me. Just kept talking and I'm standing there just wanting to place an order. I finally asked if I place an order with you? Referring to a chubby dark haired girl with glasses. She didn't even look at me and just lazily pointed to something and told me..."you place it there". I walked over confused yet found my way. Order placed. Of course she just kept acknowledging friends coming in not caring about customers waiting. The girl with the piercing was much nicer yet please teach your employees customer service! Your business came off like trash due to them. Glasses girl was the worst!The chicken was excellent yet finding noodles in my mashed potatoes was gross when you're not expecting them.

I went to this place every day for our sodas and we’ve spent a lot of money in here. They are rude and their customer service is the worse. This store has so much potential but it needs new employees.

Called ahead ordered 1/2 white chicken, plus 6 wings, was told they only had five wings. 20 minutes, they still gave we my mom the cold wings instead of all fresh!! Boo on you guys!

They have a few good employees like Crystal but one lady when I get her name I'll post it. She is the most disrespectful and rude person I meet. To think they still let her work she worked today 6/28/2022 was there at 11am-2pm I know for sure. Older but not blonde she needs to take some classes on how to do her job. I wouldn't go here unless you want someone to be a** to you and act like she is better then you

I love the chicken!! Just moved to Pekin, heard about the chicken, so I stopped in and purchased the chicken, corn, mashed potatoes, gravy and biscuit. Best meal I'd in awhile. Great friendly service as well.

A good go-to convenience store with a lot more. They have a liquor store, chicken restaurant, tobacco and convince store all in one. The alcohol prices are generally lower compared to others in town, but definitely shop around. Their tobacco prices are said to be some in the best in town especially if you have the Beck's loyalty card. The chicken is awesome. It tastes great at a great price...and it's a better quality than you'll get at most true chicken restaurants and especially and fast food places. If you're hungry, thirsty, or have a craving; you cant go wrong at Beck's.

love it. i live near by and stop in everyday on my way to work and sometimes on my way home. great food, wonderful staff. most of the staff see me in line and know my cigarette order l&m menthol 100s menthol shorts and full flavor shorts. they also know my routine. it is rare that they don't have what i need. i have a feeling sense i buy the some thing every month they order extra tobacco and tubes right before the first of the month. 4 x 6 oz bags of menthol buoy tobacco, 2 x 6 oz bags of regular, 4 boxes of short tubes and 2 boxes of 100s tubes

I must admit when I want a fried food fix I cruze on down to the South side for your amazing fried chicken and mushrooms. Today stopped in and asked if the mushrooms were fresh, I was told no and no offer followed to cook fresh ones. What a wasted trip across town.

I walk in to buy beer from the liquor side and I can still smell the FOUL MOST DISGUSTING smell coming from the "kitchen." The very rude and not so becoming excuse for a woman tells me that it's actually fried chicken and they're used to it. Well I'm sorry but that is definitely not Popeyes or KFC but rather straight up garbage. It's horrendous that customers have to smell something so awful just to buy some alcohol by someone who is of subhuman form. BUT HEY THIS IS PEKIN.

I went to Beck's today to get the chicken strip lunch special I've had it in the past very good it's always fresh and food's always good and customer employees are always really nice so walk in this afternoon stand there for about 2 and 1/2 minutes at the counter they're not very busy at all which is surprising lady finally looks up at me really snottedly says to me if you want to order chicken you have to go over there and put it through that computer thing I think it's called a kiosk I said excuse me I can't just tell you what I want and you give it to me she said no they're not very nice so I left and I will not be back again I don't want to punch my order in on a screen I want to give my order to a person call me old fashioned I don't care

I always recommend Beck's to those in Pekin. Been a customer of many of their locations over the years (Princeton, LaSalle-Peru, Oglesby, Mendota, and Chillicothe too), and all of their locations have friendly people and great prices. I'll always continue to use Beck's! BTW, this Beck's is the only location that doesn't sell gas

They will wait until they scan your item, then ask if you have a mask. Basically, they will use the tools given to them by the powers that be in order to abuse your constitutional rights for their own control fantasies.

Just bought chicken and biscuits and Mac n cheese this was the worst tasting ever.....chicken was old and burnt an biscuits we're hard as a rock.....this is the worst chicken I have ever had....right now I would not recommend this place to go eat at and I buy from here all the time it was literally discussing....
